The roaches were exceptionally hospitable, very friendly. Big "Joe's Apartment" vibes.The peeling paint and mildew gave the room a very rustic vibe, very modern. Shower temps ranged from scalding hot to ice cold and nowhere in between. No phone in the room was a nice break from technology, just got to live in the moment. I was solicited multiple times for company by my neighbor who only went by the name "New York" which I respectfully declined but how's that for southern hospitality! I got to hear lots of local music and share in the culture at 3 o'clock in the morning. Made me feel like one of the locals really. Whelp, gotta scram, I think I hear a police swat team kicking down a door a few units down. Should change the name of this place to Super Duper Lodge amirite? 10/10 bring your family and friends here for a weekend getaway.

Absolute most disgusting place in town. There was roaches everywhere. Wallpaper peeling. No batteries in the fire alarm. Say they got wifi, they don't. The staff is rude as ever. The door doesn't work properly. Ice machine don't work. Vending machines are barely holding anything in them. AC unit was broke in room 126. They say the have cable, they do but my TV only picks up the Disney channel. Do not waste your money here. These people are not your friend.

Roach galore they are everywhere and some can fly, some have stingers and no food is save here at all! I have been in some of the other rooms and one of these rooms have bed bugs on a serious level, I reported it to the office and guess what? They didn't care they didn't even put out of order or don't rent out until cleaned, and furniture replaced! Bed bugs are extremely serious problem they can cause a person sever blood loss, they carry all kinds of diseases, and can cause extreme pain plus discomfort to whoever sleeps in the room plus they can attach to the clothes the person is wearing and then you have bed bugs in your home or friends/ relatives home and nobody wants to cause that onto others they love! I personally would give this failure of a hotel/motel a 0 star if it would let me!

The best thing about this place is the price per night and the location. Grimy rooms but the staff mind their own.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No refunds available at all huge sign in the front and they refuse to give me a different room. I felt better sleeping in my car than being in this place. And I didn't even bother staying here. They basically just stole my money I know a lot of people say they wish they can give zero Stars and normally I'm like it could be at least one. Not this time this is negative zero Stars completely ask for a refund they did not give it. This is worse an a third world country. the walls have never been cleaned the floors are beyond filthy this is the nastiest worst place I've ever seen in my entire life. No toilet paper no service stinks so bad that I can't even describe it.

It's nothing to brag about, who ever is cleaning the rooms needs to do a better job. The refrigerator has so much ice in it you can't use the top shelf fully. I cleaned the dust and dirt off the window shelf, it was filthy, and was wide open, even though I had 2nd floor, seen somebody go by the window late that 1st night. Heavy set lady could be a little nicer. Told her I couldn't sleep in bed under covers because the sheets looked used, instead of offering me clean sheets she goes on to tell me I am crazy they was the sheets before putting them on bed. I was glad I had brought my own cleaning solution to clean that bathroom, bet the cleaning lady don't like bleach is why it looked so dirty before I cleaned. Also, took that dirty washcloth and cleaned the dust dirt out of the air conditioner, about came out of my skin when that dust bunny hit my leg, thought it was a bug!!!

Room wasn't clean and FULL OF ROACHES... The dresser drawers needed to be replaced and the bathroom had long black hairs in the bathtub along with a used bar of soap in the soap holder

PROS: close to Downtown Spartanburg, Bus stop nearby for those that need, convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance CONS: Worn down furniture, parking lot 3am parties, CREDIT CARD MACHINE ALWAYS BROKEN so expect bank fees if from out of town, dirty/ stained towels and sheets, housekeeping almost nonexistent. I dont know how ppl have commented u get what u pay for at $300/week bc I promise u, u are NOT.

Went to visit someone who was staying the night. The place is a dump and they shouldn't be changing anything more than 25 a night

While I did not enter the establishment, I had been parked for long enough awaiting an uber passenger to finish packing. The environment isn't something you would voluntarily subject yourself to. Roudy, loud, obnoxious residents, shady individuals, and night walkers or 🦎's. Having seen someone else request "companionship," I was subsequently approached and offered the same from another individual. If shady, unsafe, unclean, or potential crime busts are what you are looking for by all means. But I have standards and the residents the establishment catered, speaks volumes for this particular location. Stay safe out there folks

The owners are extremely rude and discriminate against women..if you are walking instead of driving you are assumed to be doing shady things,as well as not being able to have company...it's very disturbing there and not a clean place. For the price of this hotel it should at least come with a clean bathroom.
