My husband and I chose to do several tours with My XO Adventures because we wanted to experience the area, not just one site. I’m so glad we did! Daniel took the time to learn what we wanted to see and do and tailored the whole experience for us. He even added on some stops he knew we would enjoy. The ultimate experience - a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, really fun tour guide who clearly loves and is committed to the area taking you around on a private, personalized tour telling you facts, legends, and stories while showing you absolutely glorious places. My wife and I had the pleasure of using XO Adventures on 2 tours, the first one took us out to Badlands National Park and the second took us to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and the Black Hills. Both tours were lead by Daniel who was an amazing guide. He's full of information about many aspects of the area and he got us to so many great spots throughout the day. The number of unique opportunities we got made for great photos and memories. Daniel was prepared for anything and offered water and snacks throughout the day. The evening sunset and star gazing out at the Badlands made for major highlights. We were able to fit a lot of sights into 2 days in South Dakota. Using XO Adventures made the trip so much more relaxing and worry free, but also fun and meaningful.

To steal line from a cruise line. We had one perfect day but not at coco cay it was at mt Rushmore and Badlands park. From first contact via email and phone Daniel and staff was top notch. Tour started with pick up at hotel and ended back. We had a great day. Daniel very knowledgeable and great feel for what our individual interest were. Added bonus was wildlife and pics of sunset. Highly recommend

My XO Adventures Badlands Sunset and Night Sky Adventure with Kelli was the most memorable evening of our vacation! The sunset was beautiful, the moon was full, the bison, prairie dogs, big horn sheep and pronghorns were visible, and the scenery was magnificent! We ended our evening with a delightful Night Sky presentation by Park Rangers. Kelli is remarkable -smart, well spoken, fun to be with and so well versed on all aspects of the area. This adventure from pick-up to drop-off was wonderful. Booking was easy and communication with Daniel was pleasant and clear. My XO Adventures is the best!

What a wonderful day we had! We had a personal tour of Mt. Rushmore, Black Hills National Forest, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, Needles Highway, Needles Eye, and Cathedral Spires. We saw bison, prairie dogs, pronghorn deer, and the begging burros. Our tour guide, Dakota Dave, gave us lots of historical facts, told wonderfully and funny stories, and took lots of great photos for us. Out tour was in a van with snacks, water, and lunch included. We had a wonderful day and will have lots of great memories. We highly recommend My XO Adventures!

What an amazing trip. Daniel is a first class guide and top bloke. He is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He offered us an earlier start, which we were happy to do. We rode in comfort on a gloriously sunny day and saw everything we expected. Daniel provided a great commentary and insight into all the sights we visited. As an added bonus he took us to the Badlands, where we were able to see some magnificent sights. We even star gazed using equipment and blankets provided by him. Overall, a top class experience which surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend a private tour with Daniel.

This tour is an absolute must! Our experience with My XO Adventures was excellent from start to finish. We were staying in Keystone, so Aimee reached out to us as soon as we booked to make arrangements to meet in Rapid City. Pickup went smooth. Our driver, Kelli, was right on time and greeted us warmly. She was very friendly, easy to chat with, and knowledgeable about the area. We hoped to see wildlife and weren’t disappointed. Kelli knew exactly where to go and it was almost as if she had arranged for the bison, coyote, and mountain sheep to appear on cue. The beautiful sunset and the amazing night sky views are beyond description. You just have to experience it to know. I highly recommend this tour and My XO Adventures.

We had such an amazing experience on our tour with Daniel! He really took his time to make sure we had the best experience. He was knowledgeable about the history and you could definitely tell how passionate he was about the park. He made sure we were comfortable and came equipped with everything from red light flashlights and binoculars to comfy mats and blankets. We wouldn’t have been able to fully experience the beauty of the park without Daniel’s expertise.

My OX Adventures surpassed my expectations. My family and I did the Mt Rushmore private tour and it couldn’t have been a better day. Our tour guy, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He truly wanted to make the day about us. We got to see everything we wanted to see and more!! Typically, it would take a couple days to see everything that we got to see, but with an efficient tour guide we moved at a great pace (not rushed but not too slow.) if we ever wanted to spend more time at one place than the other we could do that. We had a couple situations where my sister and I wanted to go on a small hike while my parents stayed busy with something else. There are many opportunities like that which makes it great for family and you get to experience best of both worlds. My family had such a great time with Daniel and we learned so much as well! I’ve been in many different tour guides before but they’re typically super slow, a super strict schedule, etc. While the OX tour is very catered to us with what we want to do. It’s 100% worth every penny. If I’m ever in the area again in the future I will definitely go on another tour!

Daniel was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for our family. We will be back to see Daniel for more exploration of this beautiful land.
