We
ordered
a
couple
of
dishes;
-The
B.O.S
(Fried
rice
with
fried
salmon)
The
dish
was
completely
bland.
Almost
tasteless.
Almost
like
they
forgot
to
put
salt
in
it.
I
had
no
choice
but
to
return
it
and
ask
them
to
recook
it.
They
gave
me
back
the
plate
now
with
a
bit
of
salt
in
it.
Another
thing
that
was
such
a
waste
was
they
fried
or
stir
fried
the
salmon
completely
dry.
-Nana's
Oxtail
Fried
Rice
The
complete
opposite
of
the
previous
dish,
this
one
was
"too
much".
It
was
too
sweet
and
thick.
You
couldn't
taste
to
oxtail
at
all.
-Creme
de
la
creme
(Creme
Brulee)
Another
miss.
The
simplest
dessert
(but
hard
to
make,
I
know)
was
a
straight
downer
for
me.
The
caramel
was
thin,
the
creme
was
to
completely
stiff.
It
was
supposed
to
be
soft
and
creamy.
This
one
was
hard,
not
creamy,
and
again
tasteless.
Not
sweet
enough.
But
what
bothers
me
the
most
was
it's
dryness.
Ever
imagine
a
dry
creme
brulee?
Not
in
this
life.
My
other
concern
was
the
use
of
the
single-use
plastic
only
to
cover
the
cutleries
and
for
the
beverages.
I
mean
seriously?
Come
on,
you
can
do
better
than
that.
