had
written
a
datailed
review
about
Carro
Motors,
pointing
out
the
problems
which
I
faced.
Now
I
have
come
to
know
that
it
was
problem
of
one
individual
and
not
of
Carro
Auto
Mall.
Once
I
visited
Carro
Auto
Mall
now
and
told
them
about
my
complaints,
their
response
was
outstanding.
They
were
very
helpful
in
resolving
my
grievances.
I
am
extremely
grateful
specially
to
Pak
Salfa
from
sales
department
and
Pak
Ahmed
Fauzi
who
went
out
of
the
way
to
help
and
support
me.
Their
attitude
was
highly
professional
and
customer
care
was
exceptional.
I
would
definitely
recommend
to
buy
car
from
Carro
Auto
Mall.
You
shall
have
peace
of
mind
that
your
car
is
genuine
and
Carro
after
sale
service
is
there
to
help
you
if
needed.

(I
am
not
sure
how
will
it
end
subsequently
but
it
all
started
with
cheating.
I
have
bought
a
car
from
Carro
and
asked
number
of
times
if
the
car
is
repainted.
I
was
told
that
it
wasn't.
Once
I
bought
the
car
and
got
it
inspected
by
Toyota
there
were
6
pieces
repaired
and
repainted.
Left
front
and
back
doors,
left
and
right
fenders,
masin
top.
Upon
asking
they
simply
refused
to
address
the
issue.
Poor
response,
cheating
and
lying,
selling
bogus
product
and
hiding
actual
condition
of
the
car
from
buyer.
What
they
claimed
in
their
ad
they
couldn't
prove
it.
Now
the
problem
is
further
aggravated.
Carro
claims
that
they
inspect
more
than
150
things
before
selling
a
car
to
customer.
My
car
started
to
give
problem
in
starting.
I
contacted
them
but
didn't
get
a
satisfactory
response.
I
was
in
Bogor
when
my
car
broke
down
and
it
could
not
start.
It
was
recovered
by
Astra
2000
Bogor.
They
inspected
it
and
informed
me
that
a
GPS
tracker
is
installed
in
this
car
and
i
have
to
get
it
removed
from
somewhere.
I
went
to
Bintang
Veriasi
and
they
checked
and
informed
me
that
the
GPS
tracker
has
a
SIM
and
it
is
being
controlled
by
some
the
first
owner.
I
got
it
reboot
and
inserted
a
new
SIM
card.
During
all
this
Carro
was
not
of
any
help.
It
very
dangerous
that
they
sell
you
a
car
which
is
installed
with
a
device.
And
that
security
device
is
controlled
by
someone
else.
Poor
show,
highly
unprofessional
and
i
would
not
at
recommend
anyone
to
buy
a
car
from
there.1)
