Might have been an amazing hotel 20 years ago. Sadly , everything are so old now. Facilities are mostly broken or are in bad condition. Jacuzzi is dirty. Sauna floor is broken. Billiard table is broken. Carpet floor is so old. Stay away unless you HAVE to stay near Karawaci.

This is a big hotel with various facilities. But it needs lots of maintenance. I stayed at the suite The door knob fell off at the first time that I tried open the door. The wood at the door and window needs repainting. The screws for the soap holder were already loose and also easily fell off. There were 2 air conditioners, 1 in the living room, and 1 in the bed room. The AC in the living room was okay. But the AC in the bed room didn’t produce cool air at all, it was just like fan. What’s worse was, that AC shuts off automatically. We tried to turned it on repeatedly and made sure that no timer was set, but the AC just kept on turning itself off. Finally we grew tired, we just opened the bed room door, and let the cool air from the living room to enter. There were actually many things that needed improvement in the room, but all of it was about maintenance, so I just mentioned some to give background. There were 2 pools in the hotel, but people mostly swam in the bigger pool. We can ask for towels, but to take the towels we need to go to the clubhouse. The location for the counter in the clubhouse that lend the towels was quite far away. Please arrange it that there is a place to lend towels that is placed around the pool. Most hotels are like that. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Overall, actually we had quite an okay stay here. This hotel offers the out of city experience. Other than the facilities itself, the hotel was located right across the mall, and also near the toll gates. It’s easy to get here, and we can easily go to the mall from the hotel. But please, have the rooms maintained.

My Google Review # 000020. Spacious. Courteous. Well-maintained. I stayed here for a week during my visit to Jakarta. The property is sprawling over acres of greenery and well maintained by the staff. The food and the buffet breakfast was sumptuous. The fruit plate was just overloaded with good quality slices of various picks. My birthday - coincidentally - was on one of the days of my stay and the staff surprised me at 12 midnight precisely with a huge birthday cake and a beautiful birthday card. On the house!.... has been a part of my good memories since then. The location and regular course of dinner was decent. Myself being a vegetarian, cannot comment more on the quality of the overall menu here. Date of Experience : January 2009

Large hotel with good amenities. Better for golfers due to proximity to golf club. Access to shopping mall is a little harder due to main road. Friendly staff and reception. Not close to airport. Room was small but nice view

Checked in for quarantine. Staff pleasant, room comfortable enough, however food has not improved compared to some other quarantine hotels in Jakarta offer a qualitymeal service....food rated a 1 star. Stay away until the pandemic is over and all services are reinstated.

I love the Bali-ish semi jungle environment but not fan of the rooms, need some retouch because it feels too old ( i happened to stay at hotel rooms, not the villas. But, the food is super delicious, not so many options, but the taste and quality is superb.

An old hotel with charms, this beautiful hotel is gonna be perfect for short getaway. They have two pools, one is ordinary pool, the pool us empty, because the best pool is located hidden at the back of the hotel. The pool is huge, with tropical vibes, and everybody's favorite...waterslide woohiooo Breakfast is OK, so may menu variety, too bad the porridge is not too good, plain flavour Overall...8/100

Good to stay if want to have a round of golf at Imperial Golf. Kitchen service team was excellent. I have issues with my order but the team replace it and give extra to compensate the issue. Well done. Appreciate it.

Bali style resort just 30 minutes from home. Glad i tried it. Great pool under the trees. Felt like i was somewhere far away from the city. In addition, the cinema, fast food places and the mall are just a step away. Definitely will go back.

Nice and great place. Suitable for resting and relaxing. National food is quite impressive, but can't use the swimming pool during pandemic. I'm still staying for the next few days.

People who love vintage and green place will be delighted here. It has big pool, very convenient to enjoy swimming under the shades of tree. The room is comfortable. The cottage is old and the sound of the air conditioner is quite noisy. Aware of mosquito in cottage room, the hotel gives you the reluctant. Recommended for back-to-nature hunter in the middle of city.

Really old and dated hotel. Rooms look like they came out of the 90s. Service, apart from the check in/out, is non existent. Don’t even have porter to help carry your bags. Hallway and lobby is dark and eerie. Towels smell like pee. Bathtub is run down and shower head is rusty. Cupboards are peeling. There’s a relatively big pool and gym but both also feel very old and in need of refurbishment. Only good thing is that there’s a big mall nearby.

Facilities are marvelous.. have 🛁, pool🏊🏻‍♂️, 🏸 , 🏀, 🎾, spa, playground, and more.. the only annoy me lack of electric socket side of bed.. even on workdesk which is absolutely need socket.. even on water boiler place.. in the end I used socket for lamp which is hard to reach.. besides of this.. it's perfect for business or family vacations..

It's a nice and cozy place for having quality times with family or young couple, the staff is friendly, and this is a huge place that you will lost if you try to get out and look around at night, cause i try it once but it's safe and fun.

It's an old hotel but very well maintained, it's a perfect place for a weekend getaway far from hustling and bustling city like Jakarta. Great staff and well service. the food was amazing from the restaurant.

Beautiful grounds and staff are very friendly and helpful. Favorite hotel in Jakarta. Also great area for shopping and dining, all walking distance from the hotel.

The room is smelly. It used to be a good room, but currently I think need to be renovated to keep up with the brand value.

Very very bad hotel, it is located next to a drift circuit, you can hear turbo's whisteling and tires screaming, the rooms have marks from oldnest from the year 1990. The pools are fool of leaves and ants, if you want a towel you must wait atleast one hour if you are lucky,

A Great hotel with clean room and good services with friendly staffs. Had a pleasant breakfast here. Facilities are good and well maintained. Parking space is huge and spacious The location is strategic, there are a lot of food and store outside the hotel.

Perfectly located if you plan on visiting Lippo Village. Prices are quite reasonable and the breakfast buffet is nicely done for a hotel at this level. The larger pool area is quite beautiful with lots of nice shady spots. A smaller, secondary pool is nearby but doesn't see to be used much. It does seem the pandemic did hit as some restaurant spots are no longer open. Still, a very solid option in this nice town.

Going here for staycation and it was beyond expectation. One of the best hotel I've ever visited. Spacious room, bath tub, great service, various breakfast and the facilities are just superb. The kids enjoyed their swimming pool very much. I love the comfortable locker room near the swimming pool where I can enjoy warm shower after swimming without even need to go to the toilet area. It's great to have the toilet separated from the shower and changing room 👍 Some part of the hotels need more maintenance though. The vegetations, the pool slide, the small ponds around the "forest like area" and the children indoor playground. Despite the minuses, it's a wonderful place to go to for short or longer vacay. Definitely a come back list. Thank you Aryaduta!

great place to stay. room was good. a bit dusty (of fabric particles. perhaps from bed covers), aircon was cold. for the pool and garden area was okay. too many mosquito and ants. pool also a tad dirty but can be used well. food was alright. many choice to eat. the surrounding was filled with restaurant, so getting food was easy here. overall a great place to stay.

If your business is behind the tangerang area it's a very good location. The hotel is nice. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and hang out places. The hotel is very well maintained, but it's a bit dated and probably needs an upgrade/renovation soon

Guests liked the large, clean rooms, though some commented maintenance could be improved · Rooms had views · Some guests said the bathrooms were small & cleanliness could be improved

I love their open space facility. This hotel has 2 swimming pool, one is the very simple behind the loby and the other pool is the lovely one with water sliding. They also have small field to play soccer and badminton. Really wait to get back there.

I repeat two time cos the service of this hotel is spectacular. The rooms are very clean and the attention for make your stance comfortable is very nice. Specially the services at night. During dinner Tiguh and Ready are very attentive and make you feel at home

Hotel with old early 2000 vibes. Does not affect the good service and having good facilities. If you don't mind hotel without modern looks, surely you can consider. Big swimming pool, many parking spaces, and of course located in lippo village you can easily find restaurants, malls, etc

One of the best hotels I have stayed interms of service. The rooms are decent, I would say not very spacious but it serves well. The best part is the location, the amenities in this resort, there is a club around and you can try your game on Badminton, Football, Basketball, Tennis etc... The pool is pretty big, with fun activities and the kids would love it. I enjoyed the stay here and staff in the restaurant was very accommodating. The chef was able to prepare Indian food for us and was quite decent. The breakfast session was a challenge the place is crowded and one can hardly find a place, may be I went in the festive season, not sure about that.

Great Hotel for staycation. A lot of activities. Swimming Pool is on point, because feels like in Bali. Nice welcome drink near the lift. Can't wait to comeback

My family and I were here for a very short time, but that short time was pretty great! I loved the food served at the breakfast buffet (especially the egg station, yummy and big portions)! The staff definitely went above and beyond for us - my room had a wifi connectivity problem so they came up and personally installed a router there because the built in one was faulty for that room (where other hotels might not bother). Additionally they kindly let us use the staff lift when both guest lifts were down (one was already down for renovations I believe, and the other was shut down on our last day there due to some issues). Overall a wonderful stay!

Good hotel, nice view, easy to access. Good room, good food.. a very nice venue to held outdoor wedding ceremony, meeting, birthday or other. Also have ballrooms. Lots of parking space, good price for rooms also for foods.. the people are very kind and helpful. One of my favourite outdoor garden venue. What else do you need?

Check-in was pretty with nice staff and we could smoothly go to our room. Great big swimming pool in the back of the hotel (not directly but more to the right). Room was good, the cleaning service very good. Breakfast was good 2, my wife and me mostly eat Indonesian food, our child continental breakfast. Also here a good service (especially the male restaurant manager).

Old style hotel, overall nice, but not maintained well / could be better. The worst experience was the sink of the shower was clogged. Breakfast just fine, which was surprising..it was very nice in couple years back. Will i return? If they had good offer I think

It was a mediocre for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are at mediocre comfort. Bathroom is a bit too outdated and a couple of minor things (shampoo, soap rack & towel hanger) needs renovating. Restaurants does not have tasty menus for a high price. Facility seemed empty lack maintenance. The pool seemed to change to a better theme. Overall, it has old accommodations, yet too pricy. It has been this way for a long time. The reason I keep coming here is because I live nearby and I like to reminisce living in Lippo.

Always love the concept. And Cabana (the cottage style) is my favorite. We can access the pool by just walk without bothering elevator. And we can have the full access of its Country Club (badminton, tennis, field soccer, squash, gym, spa). Sadly, during my visit, we still can see the pandemic effect after 2 years, many small broken here and there. But we can see they try their best to serve us. Keep fighting and hope we can see you again just like 2 years back, crowded and cheerful!

we’ve stayed here twice and even bring my partner’s family from australia to stay here as well. their service is top notch! every staff are friendly. they even let us check out late (2pm) cause we have a baby🥹 the rooms are very clean eventho its old, breakfast are always good, love that we could use the country club facilities, and oh they have happy hour at their bar from 4-6pm and you can continue drinking at RJ’s who also have happy hour until 8😂 their popcorn at the bar also addicting. definitely worth the price to stay here☺️

Nice hotel with great atmosphere. For building especially room need more renewable and some maintenance to make room looks better and honestly i hate the sheet cover, towel and blanket because you use too much blecing or you forget use softener or fragrance for this item(s) actually this are really annoyed . I love the breakfast menu (pastries are my favorite) your staff, they work hard and fast but please tell them to ask permission first before take dish on the table because sometimes we are still use it. Overall sure I will back to stay here and recomend you all to stay here too

One of the prominent challenges for hotels that have been in business for ages is to stay relevant with ever-evolving expectations of customer experience. While renovating rooms, buildings, and other shared hotel facilities could be interesting and obvious options to provide better experience, simple things shouldn't be missed to be taken care of. One of simple things that Aryaduta Lippo Village shall improve is to provide clear signages which show hotel guests the pathway from swimming pools to the building where they can get towels. Some people nowadays love to have "self-service experience" for simple tasks and expect getting hotel staffs' help only whenever they have tougher questions.

Hey everybody! Well first of all this rooms is kinda bad because if a normal room (not villla) it will be noisy. Even until my dad complained well.. The villa is not noisy. Second the service the people are kind, and kind cause give me a full upgrade to the best villa from a normal room😂. Third is the location is very good cause there is like McDonald's KFC like 2 malls lots of shops. So like there is a lot of things. Thank you for reading, Have a good day!

I love Aryaduta Hotels since I visit Aryaduta Bandung few yrs ago. They have bath tubs.in every room. Fall in love with Aryaduta Lippo Village since I saw their swimming pools in their IG. So I booked for my daughter's birthday. Again, Aryaduta never fails me. Service was good, room was nice and clean. Requested baby crib and they set it up for us. My daughter enjoy the pool and bath tub. Breakfast was good, but not as many variety as Aryaduta Bandung though. But it was ok. Will consider to stay again. Please increase the breakfast variety and breakfast area. It was crowded

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. There's hotel and resort villa in this area. If you stay here, you can access the pool, gym and also their gym field (badminton, tennis) for free! You only need to bring your own tools in order to use this facilities. The room was like old luxury room, which every room has bathub. But unfortunately the bathub sink cannot be close, so we can only use the shower instead.

We stayed for 4 nights at deluxe villa. The hotel room/villa need to be updated but spacious and clean. Beautiful ground ,green, lush and manicured. Very relaxing environment. They have 2 decent swimming pools. Breakfast was ok. We noticed some guest use their bare hands to get the food. It's so unhygienic. Staff are friendly and polite. The Lippo supermall located just across the hotel. Very convenient and only 30 mins to/from International airport. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully they refurbish the hotel by then.

Dont like the toilet and the shower (stay in villa, not in room), due to their lack of hand shower and hand bidet. Being a fatty and a woman, we need at least one shower/bidet that can be handheld to wash ourselves thoroughly. And the room need more lamp, it's too dim for my comfort. Everything else is okay

I always stay here on my visits. Really enjoy the welcoming staff, and the facilities are great. The rooms, while a little dated, are more than acceptable. I look forward to coming back.
