I sat in the narrow and crowded waiting room once, without explanation for up to 30 minutes, until finally I read the small writing to place the document. The patient should only bring the queue number, the nurse will take the patient's documents herself. And sorted according to queue number. The numbers are not random, so the numbers are not sequential. The eye nurse who examined was also impatient, checked quickly and was not friendly at all. I told him the letters weren't clear enough, but he didn't try to find the right position to see. After finishing, ask "what is your complaint?" Usually asked about complaints before being inspected.
