I'm
an
on-off
member
since
2015-ish,
My
latest
membership
ended
in
December,
therefore
I
didn't
renew
it
since
I
want
to
take
a
hiatus
during
the
increasing
case
of
Omicron
and
Ramadan.
I
wanted
to
renew
the
membership
today,
but
then
they
told
me
that
my
payment
is
considered
late
and
I
have
to
pay
the
membership
from
January
to
May--in
which
I
didn't
use
their
facility.
If
I
want
to
make
a
new
member,
I
have
to
wait
for
3
months
because
my
name
is
still
in
their
archive.
I've
never
experienced
this
for
years,
they
didn't
inform
me
if
there
is
a
system
change
or
stuff.
So
I
asked
to
talk
to
customer
service
for
a
solution.
Guess
what?
They
DON'T
have
customer
service,
and
their
staff,
even
the
one
handling
membership
(Ms.
Sonia
and
Mr.
David)
are
SO
unhelpful.
They
just
explained
the
system
again
and
again--if
that's
all
they
can
do,
I
think
they
don't
need
to
hire
staff,
just
put
robots
in
the
front
office.
I've
been
okay
with
the
price
that
kept
increasing
each
year,
even
though
the
facility
is
never
being
updated.
Been
swimming
there
for
years
I
know
even
which
shower
that
the
hot
water
doesn't
work
on
weekdays.
At
least
they
keep
it
real
clean
and
the
pools
are
great
for
sport.
But
the
staff
are
really
unprofessional
and
unhelpful,
they
don't
have
proper
customer
care.
Ms.
Sonia
and
Mr.
David
are
clearly
under
qualified
for
their
job
desc,
the
management
doesn't
care
about
customers
and
just
think
about
the
money
they
can
get.
I
recommend
you
to
try
other
pools
in
Bandung,
I
bet
any
place
got
better
service
than
this
place.
