I'm an on-off member since 2015-ish, My latest membership ended in December, therefore I didn't renew it since I want to take a hiatus during the increasing case of Omicron and Ramadan. I wanted to renew the membership today, but then they told me that my payment is considered late and I have to pay the membership from January to May--in which I didn't use their facility. If I want to make a new member, I have to wait for 3 months because my name is still in their archive. I've never experienced this for years, they didn't inform me if there is a system change or stuff. So I asked to talk to customer service for a solution. Guess what? They DON'T have customer service, and their staff, even the one handling membership (Ms. Sonia and Mr. David) are SO unhelpful. They just explained the system again and again--if that's all they can do, I think they don't need to hire staff, just put robots in the front office. I've been okay with the price that kept increasing each year, even though the facility is never being updated. Been swimming there for years I know even which shower that the hot water doesn't work on weekdays. At least they keep it real clean and the pools are great for sport. But the staff are really unprofessional and unhelpful, they don't have proper customer care. Ms. Sonia and Mr. David are clearly under qualified for their job desc, the management doesn't care about customers and just think about the money they can get. I recommend you to try other pools in Bandung, I bet any place got better service than this place.

This place is usually for social and wedding/big event purpose Located near of pasar modern batununggal They have a small swimming pool and sport center in here They have a ballroom and a outdoor for a wedding party Big and comfortable parking space But some of the building itself is not maintained properly

Take your kids here! The kids pool is warm, they will enjoy it. There are also sliding and some water playing groung or short of. For adult 25m pool will accomodate your swim. Warm Indoor Swimming Pool and Cold Bigger Swimming Pool. And Kid Lagoon Pool. Well maintained. Busy with family and kids on sunday morning. Entrance fee for non member is 75k idr. (As of Feb 2020).

I was here for a marriage function. It's a sports complex with some open space/garden. It's very spacious and good for organizing events. Also it's located in a posh area in Bandung. It has a lush green garden alongside various areas for indoor and outdoor sports.

Clean yet nice tempered water, you get a bottled water for every ticket and on weekends it opens till bout 8-9 pm

3 pools : kid pool, average pool? (not deep), pool for advance The pool have nice warm water In wash room they provide soap (which is rare for pool to provide soap for you) and hot/cool water Please be noted that its a bit pricey (75k) on weekend, but for me its worth the money

For a sports complex, this place is good. They have parking management, various of sport site. You must buy the entry ticket for every site of you wish play in it. And they make a priority for member to using it eventhough you already pay for it, so you ended up changing schedule. Its kinda sucks

The price ok, good to swim for health not for vacation, include indoor pool

The Batununggal Swimming Pool is quite comfortable for swimming and doing aquatic therapy. The warm water swimming pool here is suitable for therapy The swimming pool is clean, the room for rinsing and changing clothes after swimming is also clean. There are lots of rooms, so we don't need to queue long. The pool staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful Usually, I go to the Batununggal pool every Tuesday morning to take part in aquatic therapy guided by Coach Elvira from Javasporties. She is a very patient and persistent coach. I was guided and trained to carry out various movements that had been programmed according to my limitations with reference to the expected improvements. I enjoy swimming and undergoing aquatic therapy at Batununggal Pool, the air is fresh and the atmosphere is pleasant
