Halfway through eating my subway sandwich and found small maggots.. I am so grossed out. I used to work there and never had any issues with produce or meats being left out and uncovered but obviously things there have gone downhill. I did an online order otherwise I would have said something while I was there about how yucky the spinach looks. And maybe would’ve noticed there. They also didn’t want to give me the two cookies that went with my meal instead of chips and my husband had to argue with the girl there while picking up the food. Ew.

Did the curbside order today, through the app. No issues til we got home, ordered 2 salads, and were extremely small portioned! Called to let the staff know, and the gal that answered the phone was dismissive and didn't seem to care, let us know that we could file a complaint during Monday thru Friday when mngt is in instead of trying to fix the issue then and there! Bottom plastic tray wasn't even half full! Beware of curbside orders!

Food sat for 5 minutes after being pulled out of the oven while the girls sat on ones phone, girls don't know the sandwiches and where very rude. Tried charging me extra for two little pieces of meat.

I've had a better meal straight from the dumpster. Rude girl making the sandwich was annoyed because I couldn't hear her whispering her sandwich questions. My 1 basic footlong sandwich was $18, I guess it's cuz I added guacamole? My dog wouldn't even eat the sandwich...

Great atmosphere. Service was top-notch. The three ladies behind the counter handle 5 families amazingly. They made conversation with all of us while getting us all that we needed.

They sure don't make the sandwiches like they used? To and then they charge your enormous leg for extras? I don't know if I'll go back to them or not. Firehouse subs a whole lot better.

Service was excellent. The quality of food was very poor. Either the owners don't allow employees to throw away dried bread or they just didn't care. My sandwich acted like it was burnt toast and it was straight from the bread oven. It wasn't worth the money.

My husband and I ordered online and it literally took an hour to get our food (would've been faster to just stand in line) they didn't have our food made bc they were out of a few ingredients which we were understandable about and waited for our order patiently. We didn't get what we ordered (an exception of the cookies and childs sandwich) when we got home even with the changes made to accommodate the missing ingredients and the whole experience was terrible. I don't want to be one to "Karen" out but there needs to be extra training done without a doubt. I want to blame the workers but at the end of the day this falls on management.

It's a sandwich. My grandkids love the pizza. Good alternative to all of the hamburger places in town. Shouldn't charge extra for green chile...that's a little ridiculous!

Worst Subway I have ever been to and I've been to so many because it's my favorite. I've worked at this Aztec Subway and a few others in Colorado. This particular one is ran by a dude who got it from his farther when he became sickly, I know because my grandmother was friends with his father. The son is a HORRIBLE business person and it shows! The quality is terrible and it's a constant cycle of high school kids who do not care to work at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR FUNDS!
