Stay clear of this place, complete rubbish service. They think it's right to call you mate !! No customer service at all, and no management willing to speak to you !!!

Went in store last week to discuss my 2 year upgrade which was due foc. The assistant tried to sell me a phone that I didn't want (commission based) and with a plan price increase. I decided to leave to do more research. Went back to the store with full details of the phone I wanted and plan details all sorted from the ee app. Same assistant told me phone was unavailable and the plan I wanted would cost extra money. Told him I had gone through the order online and it was all free. He insisted it wasn't, so I went to my ee app and did the order in front of him and it went through free of charge, a confirmation email was received from ee within seconds showing no charge. He still said I would be charged even though I had confirmation to say nothing to charge. I thanked him for all his help and left!! I would not recommend this store.

My husband and I visited to get me a new phone...Iain served us and was brilliant...he was patient as I asked a lot of questions because I am a total novice when it comes to any kind of tech

Excellent ,young man dealt with my wife who was purchasing a new mobile phone. The guy who dealt with her was ,polite cheerful and extremely patient.The sale went ahead all she has to learn how to use it.

This EE franchise store is the worst EE store I’ve been in, Ian rude and shouldn’t be working there, they don’t care about customer service issues just want to sell you stuff, You’ll get a much pleasant experience going to a none franchised store

Came in as I needed 2 replacement SIM cards, served by Sam the store manager, totally amazing even know busy solved my issue with a smile on her face, I will be coming here for my next upgrade

Up graded?! ....wrong move! as new phone got a password already on it (so they send it off to be cleared but comes back still blocked?(that's twice)so I have moan as using my 6 year old phone in mean time...and then it's all change "stop screaming at me I'm calling police... and they did for simply getting annoyed ...they can't work out what to do so use the ..'I'm sorry your being rude technique 'please don't start a contract ..Added:I've now had contract cancelled and asked to pay 1160 !!just for raising my voice in frustration !! I'm genuine folks
