First time had a spa pedicure at gentle nails what do not think amazing feel like I am walking on air. The guy who did the pedicure was attentive and polite added bonus is you get a back massage from the seat.

Very good no complaints. Was given a lovely coffee while waiting would recommend.

I have visited gentle nails for the past 5 years I have never had an issue .I have never lost a nail in all that time. apart from lock down I wouldnt go anywhere else I make it my monthly treat .

Salon is shabby and could do with a clean. My nails chipped within hours if getting home. I was going away the next day so couldn't return to get them redone. Had to pay again at a salon near my destination.

Good but expensive compared to other local business.

I called the salon for manicure and pedicure and the booked me on Sunday morning at 9 am only to get there and find the place closed.Very unprofessional !

Lovely service loved seeing a older lady getting her toe nails cut and knowing that her waiting list on the NHS would have been months.

Honestly far to over priced, and they don't communicate price with you properly. I messaged them prior to my appointment with a picture and an explanation on what I want on my nails and they assured me it would only cost £35. After they had finished my nails they tried to charge me £45, making up excuses on charges that made no sense and that weren't advertised anywhere in their shop.

My partner went here to get her nails done and they did a cracking job they looked very nice to be fair. I would say they are on the higher end of the nail price in which we have paid but they did look good and the staff seemed to work well.
