My daughter loves this shop as it provides stylish clothing especially for the 12-15 age group (unlike Next who seem to think a 13yr old girl wants to wear the same as a 5yr old - really!). Anyway, New Look is great but for one thing - the teenage clothing range is too small and appears to be shrinking. Weired as it's probably one of the best for this age group.

This New Look store is preferable for me to the Arnison Centre store, which for some reason doesn't stock the "Curves" plus size range. As with all New Look stores, infuriatingly the curves range is significantly more expensive than the standard range, and seems to be getting less well designed when it comes to flattering the fuller figure. Also, the range of colours in this range is currently very limited, and all are colours which do not suit me. The range of footwear is significantly better, with a decent selection in the "wide fit" range. In fact, the shoe area appears to be larger each time I visit! I pop in for a quick look round quite often, but I think it must be at least 2 years since the upstairs changing room has been in use when I've actually been there. I always get redirected to the downstairs changing rooms, which are usually full of very slim teens - when I used to be able to try things on upstairs, there were usually other larger ladies in there with me! The staff are usually friendly enough, but I resent that they start clearing up and closing tills over half an hour before official closing time. It makes me feel like I'm a nuisance just by being there.

I believe I had to sit on a rock hard plastic cube not intended to be a seat whilst my girlfriend tried everything In the shop on. Please get a man sofa and even a TV for us lost souls with no escape.

I tried the coat i bought and finally decide it did not suit me. Thanks Anne and other staffs to help me get the refund, everybody are so kindly and friendly. Great thanks.

I was served by Jonathon who was absolutely lovely and deserves a mention as so often the staff are miserable in shops and don't even say hello, but Jonathon was great.

I was served by Danny - he was super helpful and friendly even though he told me it was his last day still provided me an excellent service. I was returning a faulty item from a New Look concession brand without a receipt, a manager with blonde hair served me (sorry I didn't get your name) and was lovely and patient with me. Found the product code and issued me with a credit note - working in retail myself I know how long it takes sometimes to find a product code. She was helpful, friendly and very professional. Excellent service!

Went in for a couple of work things and got served by rosie at the tills, she was lovely and I couldn’t have had a better experience, 100% recommended (they also have a really big sale with amazing prices :) )

Not impressed by customer service or by the stock. Customer service didn't exist, and stock was limited.
