I went here to get a coffee before catching a train. It wasn’t that busy. I asked for an oat milk latte (I’m lactose intolerant), my partner asked for a bacon sandwich with ketchup. I got my coffee and took two big sip before realising it was semi skimmed milk. They remade it immediately but it was too late. I arrived at the train station wondering when I was going to start having problems with my stomach, while my partner started to eat the driest sandwich because they had forgotten to put ketchup on it. We paid 16,90£ for that. Quite disappointed.

we made a mini trip to new castel this starbuck is very close, at the stop where you are dropped off and picked up. we still had 30 minutes before the bus came to pick us up.. we were kindly helped with our order and it's a nice place where you can stop by for a cup of coffee with something. definitely recommended to visit 👍🏽

Staff were nice but the drinks took ages and the frappucino had a giant block of ice in it so it felt a bit steep for over £4! Muffin and pastry were great.

Nice Starbucks. Oposite train station with huge Glass surfaces / Windows. Plenty of seating space. Service a bit slow. Tables need more frequent cleaning.

Coffee here is awesome. We really enjoyed the Belgium twist and Bacon and cheese toastie. The chicken wrap was just decent.

Really recommend like caramel macadamia oat latte, pumpkin spiced latte and caramel latte. Staff is very nice and has shown great customer service on my last visit. My full coffee got spilled by the purse on my leg and floor. The girl working there not just comforted me but also took care of my leg by quickly getting the ice for me. She got me a new coffee for free and was very polite.

Lovely coffee and cake prior to getting our train home. Very disappointed that the toilets have a lock on them so we're unavailable for their customers. Not good.

The smell of coffee and baked goods fill the air with a warm, cosy atmosphere. The staff are friendly, they're helpful too. The only issue is the toilet. There's a code to open the door to use the toilet, but you must ask for the code.

I'm a regular here and the staff is amazing, always friendly even at the busiest times. Being a coffee shop opposite the station you can imagine it gets busy but that's to be expected. Good drinks always prepared with care and always offering a variety of snacks and lunch options. Extra kudos for always stocking up the vegan options 🌱

Went in this morning ordered food I went to find a seat as my food needed heating thought food taking a while no one called out for order only to ho up to counter to see if it was ready , it was sat on the counter getting cold ?, staff standing and laughing just not bothered about customers or tables as needed clearing , won't be returning

I visited yesterday the first important thing was service the service was very good and the staff were friendly , I tried American .It was tasty and reasonable. It was spacious and relaxed but, I don’t like their food because they don’t have meals and also, you need a password if you need to use the toilet

A great place to meet friends. There's a lovely atmosphere and it's good if you want to do some work as there is a workstation with sockets in the middle.Fam

Absolutely fantastic service. I direct messaged these fantastic guys on Instagram who swiftly responded to my request to collect some free coffee grounds. They made me feel warm and welcome even though I wasn't spending anything in store.

Very busy due to being right next to the station . Service was up to speed given the footfall . Lovely coffee , clean and upgraded decor , clean toilets and outdoor seating . Just missing more bins outside .

Much nicer than Northumberland Street store which is dark and dingy! This is a lighter and bigger space.

No effort made whatsoever to clean tables. It's better to make a couple of customers wait a little longer for their coffee, so that those same customers can then actually have somewhere to sit and drink it.

Pit stop after an early morning walk. Super organised, immaculately clean & delicious skinny hot chocolate (extra hot). Stephen & his team run a fabulous venue.

There are cheaper places that have better service, atmosphere and coffee of equal quality. I don't rate the coffee in any Starbucks. I'm a coffee lover who drinks tea when I visit their branches. Most of the tables need clearing of previous customers left overs. There's no soft furnishing or sound absorbant wall or ceiling coverings. Once it's half full you have to shout to hear conversation across the table. I've been here three Tuesdays running and my review holds for all visits. All taken into account I don't know why anyone would come here when better alternatives exist.

Yesterday was the worst staff specially the 2 guys, I have food poisoning now I’m so sick. Very bad attitude from the older one, and bad coffee from the younger one. And I ordered a pastry the older guy handled it. No matter how much you say thank you he would look at you like you are his worst enemy!

Large shop with strange layout. Coffee was okay, Tassimo pods have tasted better though. Staff were friendly and served us quickly. Not much room between tables so no social distancing. Toilet was clean and bright. If you're in a rush it'll do, but I'd say go to Costa any day.

Put wrong address down and they couldn’t do anything to change it or cancel it. So I asked if they will make the order fresh when I come pick it up at 11am as I’m busy now that’s why I’ve ordered as I’m hungry and working, then Adam replied saying they won’t make it fresh and I’ll have to drink the cold coffee that’s been made for me hahaha! Currently on the phone to Deliveroo to get this sorted not ordering from here again. Poor customer service

They constantly send out stale bacon sandwiches with delivery orders. Deliveroo just refund them, but it keeps happening. Starbucks say you need to go through Deliveroo. The sandwiches bought direct from the store are never stale.

First time my son and I visited this branch (New Year's Eve) yet it's the closest to where he lives. Lovely shop, clean, nice staff and plenty bench stools to sit, at the windows, and watch the world go by!
