I have just finished treatment for cataract surgery on both eyes. I cannot praise enough the skill and care of Mr Patel who has now given me perfect sight. The whole experience from the first time I walked into the Nuffield has been first class. The receptionists, the nurses, the porter, the surgeon and my follow up consultant were first class. Had a hip replacement yesterday and home the same day which was wonderful. The care i got off everyone involved was beautiful, I felt involved not just a number, can't thank you all enough your truly amazing. I feel like new already and so happy.

I recently had a hip operation at this excellent hospital. The whole experience, from initial consultation to post operation care, has exceeded my expectations by a very long way. Every single person I came into contact with did a terrific job in helping me through the whole process. Not only that but I found everyone to be friendly and great company as well. Thanks to Mr Cooke, who is a brilliant surgeon, and all the other dedicated and highly skilled staff at Nuffield. Highly recommended!

Great experience. From doctor Nick Cooke to the dinner lady all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The theatre staff were great they calmed my anxiety and explained all the procedure for my hip replacement. Special thanks to all the ward nurses could not asked for more. The food was excellent, if only all NHS trusts would take note, good food speeds recovery. Thank you to all hoping for much better quality of life. Best wishes David.

I was expecting the same quality of private patient healthcare that I have previously received at Nuffield York in the past; not so at Norton. One hour waiting for initial consultation; not a good start. One hour wait for MRI scan even though I was first in at 8am. If I can be arsed getting here on time with 3hr round drive, please try to stick to your arranged appointment times! I've rearranged my final consultation at York.

Had 2 total knee replacements first one is 1year old today amazing care and facilities Mr jafri my surgeon amazing man a real top surgeon thank u all xxx

Due to failing NHS I opted for a visit to the private side. Very efficient & friendly staff only spoilt by the lack of privacy when giving personal details to staff.

Absolutely fab! I needed blood tests on a certain day but the website booking system said there were no available slots. Rang the girls in pathology who told me they didn't do the blood tests on a weekend, however the girls went out of their way to arrange for me to have the blood test done by one of the outpatient nurses to save me a trip to London. Absolutely fab service and the outpatient nurse even had my bloods sent straight to James Cook in a taxi so my results would be back in time for my scan. Thankyou very much again girls!

I was extremely lucky to be referred to a consultant at this hospital a number of years ago under the NHS Choose and Book system. Since then I have undergone 2 hip replacements. The caring and friendly attitude of all staff creates a culture where patients feel confident and supported in the health care they receive. Whether a private or NHS patient this hospital and the teams from consultants, theatre staff, nurses, catering and ward assistants are 5* professionals. I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

Had a right hip replacement here , ten years ago , and the left one replaced in seven weeks ago , professional, so caring , pleasant and polite, and Mr Hui , thank you so very much , for giving me my life back , not once , but twice, you're a Star !🌟

Typical typist fingers, worn out joints, beginning to arch, I had the specialist in all the world to me anyway, Mr Middleton gave me 5 pinned joints, over 8 years, never suffered the awful pain I had before, the staff are always nice and friendly, their food is beautiful, that's a Triple. I had a THR at Nuffield just over a year ago. I have already written a review about the excellent and wonderful treatment I had during my stay there, but I thought I should update my experience, now that I have been signed off as a patient, so that I can praise Nuffield for the brilliant after-care service. It really has been second-to-none. I have felt so very well cared for and it has made me feel that I'm still an important human being, even though I'm getting on a bit now. Mr Nicholas Cooke is a brilliant surgeon and a wonderful, caring physician. The whole team at Nuffield are awesome too. Highly recommended!

Easy disabled parking and access to the hospital, not long to wait to see the doctor and he prescribed medications which will help my illness

I had total hip replacement surgery in November 2022 and the care was first-class. All the staff were professional and did their jobs to a high standard. The consultant was amazing and he delivered exactly what he promised. I would recommend this hospital to anyone

I arrived yesterday morning for my planned thyroidectomy surgery was kindly greeted and shown to my room which is lovely and clean. All nurses and staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming have all been fantastically understanding with me being hard of hearing also and removing masks for me to hear better and lip read. My surgeon Dr elasify was fantastic and surgery went well. I go home this morning I couldn't recommend this little hospital and its team enough.

Got referred to Nuffield for knee replacement.First class experience from a very professional staff,nothing was too much.I was a bit anxious at first because it was my first operation but my mind was soon put right, can't recommend the staff highly enough.
