Whole family on rhe bog spewing and diarrhea. Missing items sauces out of containers and all over. 2 kids i and My 6 month pregnant misses not well at all if anything happen I swear I'm going to ring environmental health on yous and sue. We would like money back doubt your are honorable enough to so so . Burger didn’t even come as described, was missing onion rings and the burger patty tasted like it had come out of a tin. Tasted awful. Chips were incredibly greasy and tasted old. Kebab meat was awful. Garlic sauce didn’t even have much flavour.

Ordered a cheeseburger, dry stale bun. No option for no sauce on the online ordering system so specified this on the “notify the restaurant “ box. Delivered with garlic sauce, fair enough could have been missed but burger was awful quality - dry and almost meatless. Couldn’t see any cheese until I realised it was half melted mozzarella under the burger. Never had mozzarella on a cheeseburger before and it really didn’t work. Odd combination, not what I was expecting or wanted at all.

Burger patties are about as rank as South Moor Golf clubs. Is there a takeaway that doesn't use cheap, rubbish patties? Honestly, so disgusting I almost vomited in my mouth. Also the sausage meal that I ordered for my son does not say anywhere that it's a battered sausage. So much wasted money. Won't be back.

Ordered tonight, I'm pregnant and my partner diabetic. 10 mins after order was accepted it was cancelled, I'm glad after reading reviews on here. AVOID !

Ordered 2 fish and chips i got told delivery would be 45min 2 hours later order turned up the fish and chips were cold i had to re heat them so won't be ordering from their again 🙃

Food late, freezing cold, chips dripping in grease, flavourless, garlic sauce like water.

Food was pre ordered for collection via just eat, was 20 mins late, wasn't hot, chicken kebab was really fatty.

Why or why do to try to change something that was fine. The disgusting garlic sauce that has just ruined a full meal. Why put chilli powder in garlic sauce?. That's my finish with brendas you have just lost a loyal customer of 5+ yrs

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and they’ve always cancelled my order leaving me to eat all of the bread and milk in my fridge. Whether it’s a coincidence or if the blessed Brenda herself is racist against those from Brandon I’m not too sure. The stars I’ve given are merely for the name of Brenda as that is a bloody brilliant name.

Canceled my order twice with Just eat with out telling me and when I phoned they told me I was too far away to deliver. That was £48 I spent else way. Don't advistise on a delivery website if you can't follow it through!!

35 mins late, pizza dough was horrific and stuffed crust was stuffed with air. burger was cold. garlic dip was decent. best part of the meal were the chips I air fried at home to go with the burger.

Food is good and prices are reasonable too. There is a sit in or take away option and the staff are very friendly. Fish and chips from here are great and the curry sauce is fantastic, I don't like hot curry but sometimes mild curry can be bland but not from here their curry is very tasty and goes fantastic with their fish and chips. There is also outside seating so in the fine weather (if we ever get any) you can sit outside and eat your food, this is best done on Saturday as the market is on and it's a great place to people watch.

Food came 40minutes late and it was quite cold.. also for the price of burgers you would think some small side would arrive too.. Update: sadly the pizza wasn’t tasty, the dough was neither raw or something off about it as it didn’t taste like normal dough and it kept breaking. Very sad.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited for over an hour for stone cold food, and when it did arrive;We received a pitta bread with our kebab that had mould on it. When we called about it, the woman was very rude and not really bothered about the problem. Feel sick to my stomach, never ever seen such a thing, avoid at all costs if you do not want food poisoning.

Came from Doncaster for a visit to Beamish museum and stopped for the night in Chester le street, went for a walk around as you do and stopped here for pie chips and mushy peas. I can't emphasize how beautiful the food was absolutely, and with amazing service.

Being told it would be 5 minutes for the food at the takeaway point... to be waiting 20 minutes and then to be told it’s because the chips aren’t ready... although after being served 2 others were served chips... hardly fair and not even apologetic. Rude, rude and rude.

Had what only could be called dumpling gravy and veg, (a few specks of mince),the wife had a piece of corned beef pie (a loverly shade of grey)after one little taste each was promptly pushed aside (it tasted sour).All washed down with a half cup of dishwater tea,what a waste of ten quid.I remember better times at this cafe,never again.

Food is always hot and tasty. Both the chip shope side and the cafe side Nice and clean premises. The staff are helpful and friendly. Wheelchair access.

Went in today for a driving break, the blonde lady behind the counter was so attentive, nothing was too much. Very reasonable on prices and the food was great, I couldn't recommend highly enough and that lady wants a raise after the service we got she was fab. Please go and check the place out.

I popped in last sunday expecting a small sort of sandwich shop.. i was totally surprised, fantastic range of hot food. I opted for mince & dumplings with a great selection of fresh veg and it was very good. I returned today with my wife and had a roast dinner with all the trimmings x2 plus 2 coffees for less than £14. I WILL BE BACK
