I
usually
love
dominos;
but
on
Friday
4th
this
store
really
let
the
brand
down!!!.
Furthermore
after
talking
to
dominos
customer
care
team;
they
obviously
wanted
to
lose
a
customer
permanently
as
they
have
done
nothing
to
resolve
me
issue.
The
incident:.
I
ordered
on
the
app
on
Friday
4th
and
after
15
mins
of
the
order
not
changing
on
the
pizza
tracker
I
came
down
to
the
store
to
see
on
the
board
that
it
still
said
prep
8
minutes
to
go.
Upon
entering
the
store
I
could
see
there
was
an
issue
as
the
orders
board
was
rammed.
There
was
a
staff
member
eating
a
customer
order
in
the
actual
kitchen
which
is
not
acceptable
under
food
preparation
legislation
;
as
it
contaminated
the
kitchen.
The
oven
had
broken
which
really
wasnt
the
store
fault;
however
my
issue
is
with
how
it
was
dealt
with.
Firstly
they
were
still
accepting
orders
they
knew
they
couldn't
fullfil.
They
didn't
bother
ringing
to
say
about
the
problem
which
meant
I
wasted
petrol.
The
staff
were
eating
half
the
customer
orders;
I
am
assuming
as
the
whole
order
wasn't
ready.
The
colleague
on
the
till
couldn't
care
less
when
I
asked
about
the
refund;
just
kept
saying
it
will
be
refunded
in
5
days.
Still
no
refund
at
the
moment.
Had
to
pay
again
and
go
to
spennymore
store
which
took
more
time
and
added
9
more
miles
onto
my
trip.
So
I
have
decided
to
contact
customer
care.
They
bascially
apologied
for
the
inconvenience
and
offered
a
voucher
for
a
free
pizza
and
dip.
But
I
could
only
have
that
or
the
refund!!!!
.
It's
rediculous
why
would
I
now
want
the
voucher
when
I
am
not
considering
ever
going
to
dominos
again!.
Refund
requested
apparently
it
shall
take
5
days
or
I
need
to
contact
them
again
.
Rediculous
you
really
have
under
performed.
Hopefully
this
review
will
warn
others
about
your
customer
service
if
there
order
goes
wrong.
