I am so sorry Dominoes! 😭 We genuinely love getting pizza from you and we have done for years but something is going on at the moment! Always used to get the best food from here but for the past few months we have never gotten our correct order from you. There's always items missing or hardly any toppings. These pizzas cost so frickin much that even we are getting frustrated now. I don't want for you to lose your customers but with the cost of living being what it is you will do if you don't get your act together. I can see from other reviews that lots of people think the same!

Ordered a 12 inch pepperoni pizza but was given a 12 inch poopeeroni pizza insted. I did take the order back but it was half eaten by this point so the manager refused to refund me and instead spat on me and called me a "scruffy little melt".

The pizza itself is always fine in terms of quality, however it's impossible to recommend because after some extensive amount of pizza craving, I've realized that this shop will ALWAYS give you a size smaller than the pizza size that you order. Ordering large will result in getting a medium size in a large box, and so forth. Once, we ordered both a medium and a large at once, and the sizes were correct (presumably because if they were both a size smaller it would be immediately very obvious what was happening.) It's so completely unacceptable to short-change consumers in this way. If you really want to buy from here, you'll need to order two different sizes to have a higher chance of receiving the correct size.

If I could put 0 stars then I would! Most of the meal was ok if a little overpriced however one part of my order the Chicken Strippers Combo failed to be delivered at a cost of £7.99. Customer Services are far from helpful with this and are offering a voucher. I don't want a voucher. I want a refund. I rarely go to Domino's due to the overpriced food. The only reason I choose Domino's on this occasion was the ability to pay with PayPal! So overall overpriced good quality food (the items that were delivered) but absolutely shocking customer service when they get it wrong and fail to deliver all of the meal!

Used to be good but orders lacking now. Pizza we got today was missing the drink, had the wrong crust, didn't have the extra cheese and also was missing half the toppings. Was mostly thick crust. Awful. Put half in the bin. Used to be amazing but I'd give it a miss now. This will be our last order for a while.

Food is clearly overpriced but delicious . Staff extremely unfriendly to the point I really question why they’re working within the customer service industry

For Pizza that’s almost £20 each and contains the exact same ingredients of pizzas that are £8each you expect perfection, Every-time. We ordered two on a hangover Sunday and they Both arrived undercooked, beige looking, floppy and just flat out terrible. We had to bang them in the air fryer to give them a second chance at life. Will never order again, overpriced under delivered.

Received abuse by the delivery driver upon answering the door. "lucky" to get my order according to him. I ordered, paid and it was accepted? Not sure what his problem was. Half of the order was also wrong but after the shoddy attitude from the driver didn't think it was worthwhile contacting then directly. Could use some customer service training.

I usually love dominos; but on Friday 4th this store really let the brand down!!!. Furthermore after talking to dominos customer care team; they obviously wanted to lose a customer permanently as they have done nothing to resolve me issue. The incident:. I ordered on the app on Friday 4th and after 15 mins of the order not changing on the pizza tracker I came down to the store to see on the board that it still said prep 8 minutes to go. Upon entering the store I could see there was an issue as the orders board was rammed. There was a staff member eating a customer order in the actual kitchen which is not acceptable under food preparation legislation ; as it contaminated the kitchen. The oven had broken which really wasnt the store fault; however my issue is with how it was dealt with. Firstly they were still accepting orders they knew they couldn't fullfil. They didn't bother ringing to say about the problem which meant I wasted petrol. The staff were eating half the customer orders; I am assuming as the whole order wasn't ready. The colleague on the till couldn't care less when I asked about the refund; just kept saying it will be refunded in 5 days. Still no refund at the moment. Had to pay again and go to spennymore store which took more time and added 9 more miles onto my trip. So I have decided to contact customer care. They bascially apologied for the inconvenience and offered a voucher for a free pizza and dip. But I could only have that or the refund!!!! . It's rediculous why would I now want the voucher when I am not considering ever going to dominos again!. Refund requested apparently it shall take 5 days or I need to contact them again . Rediculous you really have under performed. Hopefully this review will warn others about your customer service if there order goes wrong. Richard

Me and my husband use the app frequently. I placed a large order that was £90, as our oven is broken. The order was Sunday 20th August. The food was to be eaten over 4 days. My husband answered the door and said hello to the delivery driver, he apparently didn't greet my husband back but went on and on in the middle of the street about our £90 order. Saying he was incredibly surprised and "who spends £90 on Domio's". Quite rude, to say the least. We'll be taking a break from here for a long time because of this incident. Food was nice! I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

I order from domino’s all of the time and the last phew times I’ve ordered it’s been stone cold I know it can get busy but if it’s so busy why can’t they employ more staff?

Thought was lovely when customer came in and his little boy wanted to see how pizza was made one male member staff went and put a little show on for him great customer service

Tasty as always - the best pizza in town! Just got confused in the app and didn't get as good value as often...

We ordered 20 pizza's for a party and all arrived on time and every one of them was hot. Delivery woman was awesome and had everything under control. Great service and lush food.

Just a pity I can't give it a zero ordered some food at 19:37 and the app said it was delivered at 20:45 although no food arrived. Phoned the shop and the bloke said it was just around the corner. Still no sign at 20:55 so phoned back and cheeky git said not much he can do when its out for delivery. Tried calling back as nothing turned up by 21:11 and cheeky git just rejects the call. Risk your money at your own choice I'll be dealing with corporate to get my money back and then deleting the app from my phone. Gone well downhill Still being messed about by corporate 12 of November still no refund but this bunch of scammers claiming they delivered the pizza. Giving them until November 15th or will be contacting the police as this is nothing but theft and fraud. Case completed settled prior to court they paid £214 instead of refunding the £16.98

Absolutely ridiculous price£19 for a thin and crispy pizza which had hardly any topping won't be going back

Last three times ordered they forgot to put the main ingredient on the pizza so no meat just onion and cheese!! We used to love dominos because the service was also reliable as well as the food. Not anymore. Wont be ordering from here again

Excellent delivery drivers are Britiant pizza maker is brilliant just hope they keep the pesto and think about a bolognaise piza
