The food is amazing! We had tons of extra wishes and all of them got fulfilled. The main dish was even “created” just for us. Also the variety of wine is excellent. Highly recommendation !

Located next to Bagheria rail station, this chic osteria offers a good value for money. "Polpete with alici" was a delicious starter. The mint and raisins made an interesting combo with anchovies. The bread was also very good. "Calamarata" (paccheri with calamari rings and mussels) was very tasty, although a bit too oily to my taste. "Involtini di pesce spada con mollica ed erbette" was not bad, yet nothing to write home about. The wine, a Vermentino, by Duca di Salaparuta, turned out to be a great addition to the fish dishes. The dessert came with a shot of Zedda Piras, a lovely Sardinian amaro. All in all, it was a very pleasant lunch.

Very nice service and delicious fish based food. We had “polpo e patate” and “sarde” as antipasto, with swordfish and tuna for main… very fresh and perfectly cooked. Excellent quality/price ratio. A culinary experience to make if you are in Bagheria.

A wonderful place lost in a street not so far from train station! A pleasant terrace, and a food which go ahead of standards: basics are here, but with something more! The staff is here to suggest and help you to enjoy the diner. We've enjoyed a lot. Wine is delicious and price of bottle is something between 12 and 20.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Interior is fresh, clean, contemporary decor yet still revealing it's ancient past with sections of the walls purposely left open to the old, original stone walls. All of this is exceeded by the warmth and personal attention that each guest is given by the owner and his staff. We've been to so many nice restaurants over the years. Some very good ones too...this is by far the was the kindest staff we have ever encountered. We laughed and learned and just enjoyed such a wonderful evening. They are such a good spirited group! The food is very, very good. And the chef takes pride in preparing what ever that can to make you happy. Off menu seemed hardly an issue. Each night has offerings tied to the fresh catch of the day, as well as the traditional Sicilian standbys. Nine days in Sicily we found all the places we dined to be warm and friendly. None more than Osteria Can Caus. Make reservations on line. The place fills up for a reason!

Very nice place. Great decor, and great service. I wish we would have spent more time examining the menu or had asked our waiter for advice. Everyone who came in after us ordered the pasta with seafood and it looked fantastic.
