Good stay. We stayed in premier rooms and they were good with balcony view. Food was good too except on days you want to pack your breakfast early- there is hardly anything to choose from. Water takes a long time to heat up. Staff is excellent and very well behaved. Stella and Anil for special mention. We booked our cab for sightseeing through the hotel only. Path to the hotel is narrow.

A charming place made even better by the amazing staff! Right from the booking process till we said good bye, the staff assisted us with all that was required. The rooms are well designed and luxurious, the food sumptuous, and the mini-garden as lovely as it can be. They even arranged for all our side trips. The place to stay when in Leh and we're definitely returning back soon!

Beautiful place, rooms, and services. Especially the owner who’s very friendly and teaches us a lot of things. The owner gave us apricot jam as a parting gift! It was very lovely and I’ve never been happier staying in a place ❣️

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Padma Ladakh. The rooms were clean, had an amazing view from the room window. The hotel is centrally heated, that really helped us beat the cold outside. Location is really good - less than 5 minutes walk to the mall road. The food was really good as well. The staff is really good and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Leh with family.

I must give 5 stars for this hotel as they deserve. On entering the hotel they welcomed me with local drinks, Rooms were really clean spacious and well maintained, hot water was available 24hr, the restaurant serves really delicious food, tasty soup, and dessert. The staff is courteous and friendly. I would like to tell people travelling in winter to enquire about a room heater i didn't find it anywhere. I travelled in June so it was not required.

Humble staff, felt like home throughout the stay. I enjoyed their delicious food both in breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is travelling around Leh and their prices are pretty affordable too.

Stayed here for 15 days in Nov 2023. It’s just an amazing place to be. The rooms are centrally heated and super comfortable. Special kudos to the hospitality of the staff (Vinodji, Stella etc) who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended stay!!

Great Location, Nice view and awesome and friendly staff. Had a great time during my stay, the front desk and Kitchen staff was friendly through out and assisted me to their best. There is also common lobby on each floor and it has some great view. They also helped me avail transport for my sightseeing and get a good deal and super friendly driver.

The staff were really helpful and we had direct communication with . The location in Leh was really good. Rooms were spacious. The whole hotel was really clean and well presented and dining facilities were great. Provided great assistance with regards to coping with high altitude.

Hotel Padma Ladakh was our base to explore Ladakh from and we had a truly wonderful time staying here. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing and the chefs introduce new dishes every day to make our meals really enjoyable. The rooms were super clean and warm! The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with our itineraries and offered really good advice to what we liked to do. The owner was super friendly and very much involved in the running of the hotel. We found ourselves talking to him so often to have a deeper understanding of Ladakh. A source of insight and wisdom to the region.

Good Hotel, stayed in mid week of June. Near to main market, around 8 min steep walk. Central heating. Good food options considering hill area. Employees are available over a phone call. Oxygen is available. They will give you local guidance, if asked. Clean rooms. I have taken deluxe room, which is very well sufficient for two people. Stay in new building, which is recently built. Buffet Breakfast 500 Rs. Dinner 800 Rs. Free WIFI available. Attaching view from room. Room side 303,has better views. Recommended for a family.

I stayed in this hotel during my trip to Ladakh and I was delighted. I appreciated the helpful and courteous staff, the excellent cuisine, the proximity to the central street but in the meantime the tranquility of the area. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. I will definitely come back during my next stay in Ladakh.

This is one of the best hotels in Leh. Situated at a great location from Leh main market(only 400 m). The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. Now coming to the hotel staff- Each staff member was extremely helpful and ensured the guests feel comfortable while their stay at Padma Hotel. I would like to specifically mention the name of one of the staff member at the reception- Stella, she was definitely stellar. I don’t even remember how many times I bothered her with my questions but she made sure I feel comfortable at the property. She personally arranged everything so perfectly.The hotel has medics assistance as well in case of any emergency. The food is delicious 😋 Thank you Padma Hotel for an amazing and unforgettable experience 😁

Stayed here for more than 12 days in peak winter ( mid Jan 2023) for office work. Very nice hospitality, caring staff. Room heating is top class with floor heating system. Hot water always available. Food is very nice 👌 I recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfectly organized the interior throughout was lovely , clean and well maintained , stayed couple of nights and then stayed at another equivalent hotel for a night just a few meters down the street on our way back. So, I can easily compare and say why The Padma Ladakh is several notches up than the other hotels. First of all, they gave our family of 4 two adjacent rooms - both having great views of the snow-capped hills. Their staff was very helpful throughout the 2 days of stay - we had a pleasant experience at Padma Ladakh - Highly recommended this hotel for there service and for good staff , especially Miss. Elena, appreciated how she explain every detail until we have fully understand the query being done , they have clearly thought through what their guests would need in this terrain. If I go back to Leh again, I am definitely staying with them for sure!

This was by far one the best hotel experiences we've had in Ladakh, The room was amazingly well designed for ultimate comfort and luxury.The entire staff starting from the concierge to the restaurant to the house-keeping was incredible sweet and polite. The breakfast and dinner was amazing and delicious. We loved it so much we extended our stay by one more day because 2 days were just not enough. Definitely going to stay here again soon.

The rooms are well maintained. Clean and nice. Very hospitable staff and food was also good during our 2 days of stays. They have nice small outdoor seating as well which would be better used in summers. Overall great experience

I booked for 3 nights at the Padma Ladakh but ended up extending my stay by 1 more night. I stayed in their Deluxe rooms. The hotel is very well constructed with rich interiors. The best part was that each floor has a common lobby area with balcony to enjoy amazing views. They also have a very well maintained garden full of vegetables and fruits. We had all 3 meals at the hotel and they were good. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful. The only thing which could have been better is the Wifi. Even though they have fiber connections, the signal was very weak and fluctuating in the rooms where we stayed (3 floor). So we ended up using our own 4G data most of the time.

The rooms were great. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV. They also turned the heater on but it was too hot. The bathrooms were also really nice though the geyser was not working properly. The service was also really nice and the people were also nice. The food was also great. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ladakh.

The staffs are very attentive and caring. Great breakfast and dinner. It's very delicious, but I would prefer it if they put less salt. They have wonderful organic vegetable garden in the middle. It's the best. And the flowers there are beautiful. This place feels like home.

A truly five star experience. The Check-in was prompt and smooth. Food we ordered was delectable. The most beautiful mountain view I have ever seen from the room. Premier room with all the comforts. Staff was super accommodating and did some beautiful last minute updates and decoration to the room knowing that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday , Also owner of the Hotel is very kind and helpful . We would definitely visit again soon
