We bumped into this restaurant while walking through the streets of Split. And if you want sushi and great atmosphere, this is the place to visit. We had a couple of rolls that we enjoyed very much. The attentive staff made experience all the more enjoyable. I would come back anytime.

Probably the best sushi place in Split. The restaurant has a very nice terrace, and unlike the restaurants in the old town is not stupidly crowded. The prices are on par with what you will pay for sushi in Croatia.

This is definitely the best Asian restaurant in Split! I’ve spend years in Asia so I can compare. All the dishes are so tasty and made from the best fresh ingredients. I highly recommend Biberon sushi to all Asian cuisine lovers :)

Absolutely the best sushi place in Split by far, and we haven't had better even in Zagreb. A bit pricy for the area, but worth it.

The food was not bad, it was fresh and tasted good but it was too little on the plate and not much variation of greens. Me and my husband took the poke bowl. Overall experience was that is was too expensive for the amount of food we got and the service was not too good either.

The sushi was basically delicious and the ingredients fresh, but served too warm. For this price, this is not acceptable. The desserts, however, were something very special and also inexpensive!

I ordered edamame, Avocado Maki and the Nika Roll - all tasted great. The Nika is supposed to be spicy but I think it’s more a Croatian-level spicy so actually more mild :) but you get plenty of wasabi and ginger.

Great sushi place. Fast and friendly service. Went on a Friday night, advisable to reserve ahead of time as it did get busy. Had the edamame and 6pcs pork gyoza to start- both really tasty and full of flavour. Then had Philadelphia roll and spicy tuna uramaki rolls which have 8 pcs each. Philly roll was beautifully creamy and the spicy tuna had just the right amount of spicy kick to it. Tuna and salmon was fresh and delicious. They are expensive but it seems to be the going price for sushi here. We also had the ebi tempura which had 6 pcs, really tasty meaty shrimp which was fried perfectly. Ambiance was really lovely, slick decor and the perfect low lighting for an evening meal. With a Heineken and a Coke Zero the bill came to 60 euros for 2 persons. Will come again for another date night

Excellent food. I tried a soup, a sushi set and a poke bowl and everything was absolutely delicious. Possibly one of the best sushi I've ever had. All the dishes were not only beautiful, but also seasoned to perfection. The signature cocktail named after the restaurant was also stunning. I will definitely come back.

Ordered in because I was craving sushi and this looked good, with good reviews! I did not expect what we got! Wonderful and thoughtful packaging. The food. Oh my. The food was incredible! Everything about this meal was amazing. Can’t wait to have it again. Recommend!

I love the sashimi, especially tuna and salmon. For the sushi party, I would be recommending without the chilli sauce above the sushi cause it covers out all the sushi taste.

Top quality sushi, in my opinion one of the best sushi places in Split! Food arrives very quickly and staff is nice. Deserts are very tasty and unique!

I think this might be our favourite restaurant in Croatia yet! We are big sushi fans and Biberon has done a great job. We would highly recommend the gyozas and the truffle sushi 😍

We ate here last night, and it was amazing! Very good service and a good vibe. We had gyozas as starter and they were the best ive ever had! We had the party plate to share and it tasted very good, perfect selection! The cocktails were also delicious, I absolutely recommend this place :)

For me, nothing special and not worth the hype. Drinks were very good but food says nothing. Service was okay despite not being so busy. They forgot our starter and the drinks came after our food which is poor.

It's oke it could be better I've had better sushi Gyoza's were delish! Lumpia's were more a fusion then the tradional asian lumpia's. Drinks were oke. Service was not great, the waiter ignored me .. If you aren't going to service people don't stand outside😉

Fantastic sushi with some actually original twists. Loved the spicy kimchi sauce on the spicy tuna roll and the crispy bell peppers inside the crispy roll. Service is fantastic too. Highly recommended.

Im huge sushi fan, place have very nice atmosphere, chill and tidy. Sushi should be taste explosion with every bite, and they are nailing it here. Strongly recommend.

I had a Salmon poke bowl. Salmon was fresh and so were all the veggies. The sauce was sweet and tasty. The rice was room temperature. The price was around 90Kuna.

The place is a real gem. The food was top notch and the service was very good. One of the top places in Split for sushi. I really liked the food and the atmosphere. Definitely place to visit. Very good choice of sushi dishes and nice portions. Very good list of wines 😇

We ordered sushi from biberon and it was very good, however the size of the sushi pieces are a bit smaller than expected.

The Sushi was really fresh and tasty and the outdoor area is nice and clean. The Sushi variances are a bit limited though. Our waiter unfortunately seemed a little "uninterested" in serving us ... i guess that was the only negative point there. All in all a good place to have Sushi.

Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere. We took tom yum and miso soups and poke with tuna and salmon. Everything was delicious.

waiter was not professional, didn’t even greet us. Tom yum soup was horrible and actually not a tom yum soup at all. Tariaky sauce was very salted and not even a bit sweet. Spicy tuna roll was very very salty. overall - really bad experience.

I was super excited to visit one of the best sushi places in Split (according to Tripadvisor and Google). Unfortunately I had to be disappointed. Although the location is very nice and posh, the food was mediocre and service was slow and awkward. The portions were rather small, the fish did not look very good quality, the truffle on the sushi roll was rather old and tasteless.

Highly recommended! Good, fresh sushi in nice location. Bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. If you love Sushi, try it out!

Quality of the sushi was good. Location was also extremely good (we were staying at a hotel right around the corner). Highly recommend you make a reservation (recommendation for all decent restaurants during high season). Service was ok, could be a cultural quirk or just server burnout dealing with all the tourists. Prices were decent too, at least relative to LA sushi prices, but it was on the spendy side compared to Split, Croatia prices.
