The entire correspondence leading up to the trip was very professional with fast responses and thorough itinerary planning. The team exceeded our expectations by also helping give some recommended hotels and restaurants, and helping to call the restaurants to book them. We finalized a 10 day itinerary program that took us through the main cities - Zagreb, Rovinj, Split, and Dubrovnik with lots of small city stops in between, and even a trip across the border to Mostar. All of the guides were very knowledgeable about the history, professional, friendly, and engaging. Our favorite guide on the tour was Kristina, so friendly and accommodating! Overall, this was the best vacation experience we could have asked for in Croatia. Super service tailored to our families needs. We did two trips. Friday we went to Krka and Sibenik. Beautiful clean car. Lovely driver. On Sunday we went to Klis castle and Trogir with a guide. Excellent customer service and we really benefited from the guide in the historic location. We were never rushed and we were able to change things around to fit our timetable.

It was definitely a wise & awesome choice to engage Croatia Private Tour for our first time in an unfamiliar country! We were well taken care of from the beginning, as soon as we touched down in Dubrovnik! We were welcomed by the staff who drove the mini van with the vehicle no. 007, very privileged and felt like I was the VIP who needed to be escorted! Marin was then accompanied us for the rest of our tour, he made sure we reached at our destinations on time and he’s never late in picking us up! Despite our tight schedule, Marin tried to accommodate to our requests by giving us alternatives. Never hesitate to offer help and gives us space to have our own nonsensical conversations. One of the most important bonus factors which I really appreciate is the consideration of going for less costly yet delicious meal options! (Who doesn’t want to have affordable and yummy food??) it was pretty cool & thoughtful when Marin’s food recommendations for us were within this range! Another plus point is Marin helped to coordinate our local guides to meet us at our accommodation, so we do not have to go through the trouble to look and guess who is our guides! With the guides, I came to realise that Croatia is a place filled with heritage and their stories go so far back! Sometimes, we couldn’t get the info or have questions after visiting a sightseeing, we turned to Marin for answers. He’s knowledgeable and never failed to entertain our questions or clarify our doubts! Not forgetting his humour, added more fun & laughters during our trip!!! The tour went from Zagreb to Dubrovnik. Croatia Private Tours made visiting Croatia an exceptionally wonderful experience, they were highly exceptional in terms of providing very skilled professional and knowledgeable drivers in a clean very nice spacious vehicle with AC for summer visits (which allows you to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sea as you make your way down the coast. All arrangements were taken care of by Croatia Private tours, all tickets were provided and included and we were timely informed of our upcoming daily plans on which we gave advance feedback so the tour was tailored to our special interests. They arranged walking tours with a great local guides, all spoke English very well. We got excellent recommendations for dinner and stayed in a variety of beautiful hotels with huge breakfast buffets with large variety of everything. Everything went very smoothly and they took us to many special places, everything from truffle hunting to a private boat tour of some of the beautiful islands and the blue cave. I cannot say enough good things about this Company, Hrvoje the owner who has excellent local connections, keeps an eye on all the details to make sure we had a fabulous time. Highly recommend this group. We got the croatian and slovenia tour. Quick to respond to my queries and was flexible to adjust the itinerary to fit our schedule. The itinerary was executed seamlessly from start to finish and it was a good balance of activities and free time. We managed to actually see and get a lot done in a short time. We booked a tour with Croatia Private tours from Split to Dubrovnik. Our driver, Božo picked us up and loaded our 4 heavy suitcases into the car, made sure we were comfortable and offered us bottled water. Our first stop was Mostar, Bosnia. Božo took us to Old Town, gave us some tips on what to see and met us at the designated spot after our walking tour. He then drove us to Blagaj, but it was so hot, 41 degrees Celsius (106 Fahrenheit) that we decided we wanted to stay in the car. Božo drove us around the town and down to the river so that we at least got an idea of what the town was like. He then headed to Dubrovnik. Božo is a safe driver, the car was comfortable and clean but most of all, Božo was so knowledgeable about the history of Croatia and Bosnia, that we learned a lot. Not only that, Božo is so friendly and personable, that my husband and I want to adopt him and his family! We had a wonderful day and we highly recommend Croatia Private Tours and Božo.
