Best panoramic city view, just 15 minutes from the coast, on a fortress. Easy hike, however beware that if it's hot it might be hard-to-unbearable to take it. It really gets hot and you should look out for shadows. You'll get a better orientation viewing the map on image layer. Nothing on the way to buy, so bring water.

As the highest point in Park Suma Marjan, Vrh Telegrin offers panoramic views back to Split and of the Adriatic and surrounding islands and towns. If you're walking from Split be prepared for the climb up the Marjan Hill stairs and the 300+ steps to take you to the viewing platform. There are also several access points to the park by car and limited parking if you want to avoid a lot of the climbing.

A beautiful place where you can see most of split and the surrounding areas. Not only is it a nice hike to get to the top but it's also very rewarding! There's stunning views to be had and you can spend a lot of time there just enjoying nature.

Free and gorgeous views - do not take the road after walking over the plaza because you will end up on a LONG trek to get to anywhere - walk back down the stairs you took to get up there - you’ll Thank me.

A beautiful park with a great view of the city, well worth the climb. There is a few things to look at along the way including an old little church. There is also a restaurant half way up. Most of it is proper stone foot paths and a lot of stairs.

Not a bad hike up the hill, and beautiful at the top! We went on a cloudy day though, so it may be harder with the summer heat on a sunny day. There are signs explaining historic significance along the way.

Highly recommended. It is quite challenging to get here because it is pretty tall, which means that you have to climb many stairs a lot, but there are many benches all the way to rest. The views are truly amazing!

One of the best viewpoints I've ever visited! Pretty easy hike, better to have comfy shoes to get there tho. I guess the best time to visit is during sunset or sunrise, absolutely amazing view, I'm in love💕

High point of the park with mostly good views, except where trees are in the way. You can’t see the old town either as it’s obscured the the central ridge of the park, although you may be able to spot the top of the bell tower.

Although at first it could be very challenging get here due the amount of stairs ( especially if you are not used to it) it could be a little bit challenging, but it definitely worth it!!! The view is outstanding, it’s very peaceful and best time to be here is surely during the sunset . An experience that must be done if you are in Split !!

Great place to get some views over a split, you can watch sunset from here. It is a short hike from city center.

Beautiful view, but there is no water available at the top. I didn't have a problem with it myself, but others seemed to find it useful.

Beautiful park with a view of Split harbor, more than 300 steps staircase, but there is a road so you can go on a bike and some places are accessible by car. Great view of sunset.

After the decent cardio to get there, the view is quite rewarding. Equipped with a bottle of water, this is a very pleasant experience.

Nice and easy walk up there. Great view. You can have a long walk through the park. No crowds in late April.

Lovely small hike uphill. I managed to get to the top 5 months pregnant. Many road options how to get there. Good views to the sea and city, some directions are less visible. The last part to the top is with stairs.

The highest peak of Marjan, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of Split and the islands in the distance. The climb isn't difficult and it's definately worth seeing if you are exploring Marjan.

This is the top of the Marjan stairs and has a 360 degree view of the city forest and the coast with the islands beyond. By far and away the highest point of the city and the best views.
