First off we didn't even stay. This place hasn't been cleaned since before covid. There were roaches on the walls and splatter from bugs all over the suite. The linens on the bed were stained and had holes. The shower door was completely covered in soap scum and the towels seemed to have come from the era that split became a city. I am only giving one star because there are no negative marks. Save yourself the money and effort of going here.

Hotel was clean and check in smooth. Bathroom was nice but typical small shower. Had a small kitchen with fridge bit we were only there over night so didn't need it. The bed was comfortable but pillows not great but I guess that is personal preference. The location is great. Walking distance to the old town and palace and only a 20 minute walk to ferry and bus station.

Stayed for 2 nights in July 2016. Excellent location, just 10 minutes from Riva. Nice, clean apartment with kitchen and spacious bathroom. Owners Nicola and his brother were most helpful. Even provided complimentary transportation to the Bus Stop upon departure which was helpful with our luggage. Would highly recommend it as long as you are not looking for luxurious accommodation.

A very nice place right next to the city center. Next to the entrance to Marian Hill. The owner of the house is nice and helpful. I recommend this place.

It was cheap, we had everything we needed and more inside a room for 3. Really nice garden on an amazing city. And the employees were very helpful. Reccomended.

This place is great for young adults…the owner was awesome! Great location 10/10. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The cottage we booked was dark and dingy with a lot of mosquitoes inside and cobwebs too. The space was smaller than I expected based on the pictures. The air conditioner was in the kitchen area instead of the bedroom and it really didn't reach the bedroom very well. The towels felt like sandpaper. The location is very close to the old town which is great. Also the main guy running the place was nice enough to carry our very heavy bag. This place needs some love to be livable.

The manager (or owner? not sure) was an awesome guy, he was extremely understanding when I told him I needed a fridge to store my medications. He was also understanding about the fact that my friend who stayed with me got sick from eating seafood from a dubious restaurant. The WiFi worked well, the TV was good, and the rooms were very nice. The location is also phenomenal, it's right near downtown and was about half the price of hotels nearby! Would definitely stay here again

It's a lovely place to stay, but not too cosy. Appartaments differ quite a lit from each other. For example the size if the bathroom is tiny in one and massive in another. The host was quite impatient Great location, but if you're coming by car you may struggle to find a parking. It's available up the road for free or downstairs at a cost.

It is a great place to stay, is clean, comfy and close to everything in downtown. Nikolai is the best host!!!

Great location in Split. Lovely set-up. Mini cottages off of a gravel path. I needed a late check in and early check out. Everything went smoothly.

My wife and baby were booked in to stay here after a long flight. The staff were welcoming. Staff bought all our bags in from the street, I must had looked like I needed a beer, I think the staff member went to a shop and got me a bottle, thats the ticket right there

The staff is friendly and helpful, although we did stand in the rain for 10 min waiting for someone to open for us. Also this hotel is not clearly marked. The rooms were clean and neat with modern window blinds and air conditioner. Its an old building with thick walls and doors, it feels like you are staying in the old town (which you are). The room we stayed in was to far from the Wifi so we had no internet. It did feel like they weren’t finished with decorating and finishing of the room we stayed in. They don’t serve food on the premises, you have to walk to a restaurant 2 min away, this restaurant doesn’t have a great selection for breakfast and the staff isn’t really friendly or helpful.

A larger group of us stayed here over the weekend and we loved it! Great location cause you're near the city center so it's easier to get around. All of the apartments were relatively new, clean and neat. The hosts were lovely and helpful. All in all, I (i.e. we) highly recommend the place!

Nice apartments, close to the center, with free parking at 100m. We did miss a television and toilet paper.
