Apsolutley dreadful experience with a foreign waiter (Asian, Taiwan or something). Asked him politely for the wifi passowrd since the QR code doesn't work, guy starts raising his voice mixed with croatian/english words. Finally after he told me the password he kicked a random chair at the next table and mumbled "stupid" or something. Otherwise a very fine looking establishment.

During our stay we endured the following issues: The room was described as a ‘superior double’, yet contained twin beds pushed together, which moved apart during the night. This is not a Superior Double. When we checked in, they had booked us into a Twin room, and confirmed we would be moved to a Double with a King size bed. This, I suspect, did not happen, but they just told us we had been moved. On the first night we noted that the air conditioning in the room did not work. The temperature in the room exceeded 27 degrees throughout the night. In the morning, we raised this with the hotel. They assured us they would send someone up to fix it. The air conditioning did not improve for the second night, so we raised this again with the hotel staff. They assured us that an ‘engineer’ would be up between 7 and 8am. We were in the room during this period and they did not appear. We raised this again with the front desk and they denied all knowledge. We asked for a fan, they did not have one. At this point we had not slept for approximately 72 hours. The pool was dirty, no evidence of cleaning overnight or during the stay, there was hair floating in it, and loose tiles that were just piled up on the side of the pool. The bar staff were untrained, the hotel staff were polite, but completely refused to engage in any conversation that was deemed in any way to be negative – and told us we had to raise anything at all to do with our booking with Booking.com. When we asked for the Hotel Manager, they told us that there was not one on site. The towels in the bathroom were so small they barely covered my partner and I’s torso, and had been washed so many times that they were essentially sandpaper. The shampoo was empty, and the water pressure was so low that showering was nigh on impossible. The temperature also ranged from scalding to ice cold. The mini bar door was affixed to the cupboard door, which meant that the fridge did not shut. This meant that the contents were all warm. The breakfast was covered in flies, the warm food was cold and the cold food was stale. Despite attempting to raise concerns and problems with the hotel, they directed us to Booking.com. When we did so, they called me a liar and refused to compensate us for the nights we did not stay with them.

This was an extraordinary Oasis, with all modern conveniences, fabulous food, stunning views from the rooftop, quiet and very comfortable sleep, and excellent customer service by all staff from reception to restaurant to amenities. We were sorry to have to leave and would go back any time.

Beautiful rooftop pool, and the 3 different saunas were amazing. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service during our visit. Perfect place if you don’t want to stay in old town.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. A special thank you to Cynthia in the Wellness & Spa center; incredibly kind and professional.

Nice and quiet near old town centre (15 minutes walk).

Stay here for the rooftop pool and spa. The pool and jacuzzi area is fantastic and we spent whole days just hanging around the pool sun bathing. The hotel decor is rather dated and the rooms are fairly basic but the staff are very friendly and helpful and it's very clean and tidy. The breakfast food quality is mediocre with tinned fruit and cold fried eggs which is an odd choice. The biggest drawback of this hotel is how far it is from the Old Town. It's a 25 minute walk not 15 as advertised. Some of the areas you walk through aren't very nice with lots of graffiti and rubbish. If you're coming for just a couple of nights you would be better off staying in a hotel in the Old Town area.

Comfortable corporate style hotel. Convenient for a night before going elsewhere. Bed was huge and very comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony to sit it out on. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s not much near the hotel but it’s a short taxi ride into Split old town. 30 mins or so taxi from the airport. Spa was nice. Not much in the way of a hotel bar and it closes quite early.

Room - poor: The bathroom flooded with the dirty shower water every single shower, solution offered an extra towel… Service - diabolical: Bookings made in advance, for treatments were changed with just 20 mins notice spoiling plans, asked for a laundromat but was refused as the ‘hotel service’ was better and faster; reality 12x more expensive and took 10x longer…two days + meant I had no clean clothes for a day trip. Staff inattentive, clearly unhappy and disorganised the poorest of communication. Location - average Food - poor: Breakfast - microwaved bacon, no scramble eggs and queuing 30 mins to use the single 2 slice toaster. Dinner inedible gristly meat, raw vegetables such limited salt and pepper mills that tables had to share. Pool - dirty: In despair. full of floating debris, desperately needs a filter change and a scrub

It has been a beautiful experience. The hotel is very comfy, the stuff very nice and professional (especially Mr. Ante in the restaurant), and also the spa department. Breakfast was perfect.

The hotel is very clean, and there was a huge bed in the room. The rooftop was beautiful. We had massages included in the offer. The staff allowed us a late checkout, to be able to use it on last day. The massage experience was extraordinary. The rooms had a beautiful sea view. 10 minutes walking to the marina, beach and Old town.

Great stay here. Lovely pool and facilities on the roof. Friendly staff too. Super convenient shop next door. Only negative was it was slightly out of the centre. Not a huge deal, about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute uber

Lovely hotel with a large room and huge bed (which was so comfortable). We was only here for 1 night before heading home and wished we would have had chance to use facilities for longer. We briefly went to the roof top to check out the pool and used the sauna. Very clean. It was at sunset which was beautiful. Gorgeous veiws. We would stay again if we visit Split in the future and we would definitely make the most of the rooftop infinity pool. Staff were polite and helpful. We booked airport transport with the hotel. The chauffeur was friendly and even shared some knowledge of Split on out journey back to Split airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

great hotel with a seaview rooftop pool, comfy and large beds, blackout curtains, car parking and great staff. It is located by the street but windows are soundproof so you'll sleep like a baby. We enjoyed our short stay with a toddler. You can also play chess, billiards, piano or poker.

We are upsaid about this 4 stars hotel. Employers are not trying to serve costumers in their best way. It's okay. Generally people in Croatia are not very friendly. We booked the suite with sea view. The room is nice and big. Specially the king-size bed is great. Sea view as well good but no differenz to other Balcons. And there is no privacy on the Balcon, means you see directly to your room neighbors. Pool on the rooftop really really fantastic. Just too less employers. Difficult to book massage etc. Cause there is just one person around. Very bad experience was the restaurant outside belongs to the hotel. We wanted to eat at 7 pm but they explained that the kitchen is already close. How can the kitchen be already closed at 7 pm???? In a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is okay. Little info in the end: pay the bill in euros. The charge a lot more in Kuna, cause of the high course which they have in this hotel.

Had a fantastic time at this place. All the conveniences and comforts we needed for our journey. A great staff, nice pool, small workout room with little equipment, very nice pool area on the roof with a fantastic bar next to it, and a pretty decent breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The negatives were small items. The restaurant stops serving food quite early, 7:30 pm. So that was surprising after a full day of activities. The bar stays open until 11:00, but only drinks and some desserts. Also the workout room only has light dumbbells, a couple of treadmills, elliptical, and bike machine. So you can get creative, but it certainly isn't anything more than that. A few more items such as mats to cover the floor while doing workout, heavier dumbbells, a few towels or at least paper towels would go a long ways. The breakfast could use an omelette station, maybe some bacon (the quality of bacon available was terrible) or sausage, or warm ham (?). The positives were mostly the staff. Very patient, attentive, and pleasant. They had rooms available, so allowed us to do an early check in (thank you!). Rooms were clean and the set up comfortable. Also just about a 5 minute Uber ride to the Palace area and docks for boat tours, maybe a 20 minute walk to those. There is also a small market at the base of the building, and an individual restaurant across the street, the Fat Boar (excellent bar food). Shout out to Gracie and young lady at the restaurant and upstairs bar for being so attentive. The ladies at the front desk were also excellent! If you are looking for an alternative place to stay just outside the busyness of the Palace area, this is a great spot. Check them out!!!

Very clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi is really nice. If you have the time make use of the Wellness facilities and the massage. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely going back to this hotel in the future.

One week in this hotel was awesome. The pool on the top of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast buffet was very tasty but order and pay for a good coffee. The ladies on the reception was helpful but some don't give some right information where to go or how long to go. But was fine we help yourself. Public transportation are not on time! 15min walk to the city centre.

The hotel was very clean with a huge bed. Rooftop was beautiful but I was unable to have my nails done as they didn’t have the staff on Sunday. I had the option to book for Monday, but as we’d just arrived we didn’t know what plans we had. I tried again on the Tuesday but there was no staff around. We were disappointed with the restaurant as we wanted to have dinner here. The sign said they were open until 11pm and it also stated this on their website but upon enquiry they closed at 6pm because of COVID !!!!!. So every night we had to go in and out of town to eat which was a bit inconvenient at times. But one night they served dinner to a group of people at 9pm. I asked why we couldn’t have dinner and was told it was pre booked. Could I pre book? No. We did have a drink in the bar one night but the barman on duty said he was going home and told us to take our drinks to our room. It was the same barman who took my breakfast plate away while I was still eating off it !!!!!! He wore glasses and was very rude. He just wanted to finish and made it very obvious. I would not have expected this from this kind of luxury hotel. Anyway, I got myself another plate at breakfast and put food on it just to piss him off. Misery guts. This holiday was for our 29th wedding anniversary and we were quite disappointed. The hotel made no effort to help us celebrate even though they were told it was our anniversary. Other staff were very nice .

Fantastic small hotel within easy reach of the marina and bars. Loved the rooftop bar and spa facilities. All the staff were very accommodating. Upgraded to a suite when our check in time was slightly delayed. Rooms were turned down regularly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We stayed for 5 days and was perfect for what we needed. Added bonus was there was a supermarket directly underneath the hotel for any last minute purchases.

😠 DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked into my hotel room I got on my phone and tried to find an alternate hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Says its a 4 star hotel but should be a 2 star. Walked into my room and there were stains all over the carpet- very very dirty. Requested...
