The best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff knows the area and can recommend all the top spots to meet your needs. Breakfast has everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to an assortment of cold cuts and all different kinds of fruit. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality stay.

Lovely little hotel in old town Split. Pretty much every significant attraction is within a 10 minute walk, max. Many attractions are only a couple of minutes on foot. Restaurants, markets, coffee shops are all essentially at your doorstep. The rooms have nice beds and are a charming mix of modern features and old. The stone walls in the room were lovely and the breakfast spread was great. For being in the middle of old town, the rooms are pretty quiet and we had no issues getting enough rest. The cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good as well! Staff are incredibly sweet and make great recommendations. Shuttle service quickly took us from the airport to the hotel, and they helped us with our bags as there is no elevator. We were allowed to check in early. They also helped us book a ferry to Mljet and their shuttle service took us and our luggage straight to our ferry, perfectly on time. They even packed our breakfast as we were leaving very early. For all of these reasons, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Split, and I 100% recommend this place!

Location is right in middle of everything you want to do! Service was great, breakfast good, and overall comfort really good. Make note going though the “market” area to get to the entrance of hotel is a little confusing. We called and said we needed help and they send someone right away! A true dream come true for us, Split Croatia is beautiful and we had an amazing and memorable trip. A year ago this week and we are still reminiscing about how great it was. Thank you Heritage Jupiter Luxury Hotel, our stay was fantastic!

Such a perfectly located tiny hotel in the heart of Split's old town. We were met by a lovely lady from the hotel, at the parking station, outside the old town's perimeter and walked to our hotel, which was a short distance away. Our room, set in this historic building, was beautiful. The decor, the bedding, the shower - everything was clean and exactly as promoted on their website! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the hotel and by stepping outside the entrance we were in the square directly outside the gated entrance to the Diocletian Palace. So central and a perfect quick stop for us to this historic city.

Tiny place.. nice staff but somehow very cramped rooms… no view. Not the hotels fault as it’s located in the middle of the old town but important to know before booking. Breakfast is ok.

Great location, OK room, amazing service. The room was fine, a simple place to lay your head. The location was central and super easy to find. The receptionist’s recommendations were great! She told us fab places to visit, eat, drink, and because we were there over a weekend, party. We thought it was a long shot asking about party places but she came through with the recommendations and service - we had a great night. Thank you Dina! The recommendations made the trip unforgettable.

Great location, excellent service, and beautiful rooms.

Excellent hotel in the center of everything - we have stayed in both of their locations and enjoyed our time immensely. Every part of the service was impeccable (front desk, porters, the car to and from the airport, etc) and the breakfast just what we needed to get our day started.

Villa Split is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Split old town in an amazing location. Super friendly and professional staff, especially Ivona was so helpful with restaurant and coffee recommendations - we are foodies and she sent us to the best places to eat! It was very hot in Split and we looked forward to coming back to the hotel for piece and quiet and air conditioning 🥶! Highly recommend staying there. 10/10 👏👏

Amazing boutique hotel. We were in the annex and our room was quite spacious and really nice. The breakfasts were great and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Quaint place in a 12 century historical building on the edge of the palace.

Do not book here! Awful experience!! Booked and tried to adjust the date the same day of booking and they refused. Call and was told too bad. I’ll never stay at this place again!

Lovely hotel in old Town Split. Breakfast was delicious w fresh berries fruit, cheeses, meats, cereal and pastieries.

Absolutely fabulous. Lovely hotel with everything except parking. The parking they provide is far enough to be a hassle but it’s probably the best option possible. Very highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Small little hotel but very romantic with old stones, good breakfast, and perfect service. The team staff was very helpful and sympathic.

We have had such a horrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. We booked a room at this hotel back in January for our stay in May. Due to COVID-19 and Croatia being shut down to any non-residents, we were unable to travel there. This hotel has refused to work with us to offer a refund on our room. This is the only hotel that has given us an issue with this; all other hotels were very understanding. We have tried numerous times to explain to them that this is out of our control but they refuse to listen. When we finally do take a trip to Croatia, we definitely won’t be booking this hotel. I highly recommend thinking twice about staying here. They clearly don’t show any compassion to their guests and couldn’t care about the current situation this world is in.

I have booked a reservation in this hotel before the pandemic situation. We have sent a lot of emails asking for a cancelation and refund my money, or extend my voucher for more 1 year (I have tryied to talk by e-mail and whats app and no return). I have a bad feeling and I was disappointed for not resolve my problem because it was impossible to travel to Croácia bafore 2021, Set (calendário vaccins in Brazil).
