Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and got a lot of nice suggestions for good things to see and nice places to eat. Hotel is in a great location, just a 2 min walk to old town split where most of the attractions are located. Note the hotel lobby for prima is inside the same door as Priuli luxury rooms. We could not see a sign for prima luxury rooms on the street. Once through the Priuli front door, there were signs for prima. ;)

The place was very hard to find, not very well signed. We had to wait for a few minutes, which is OK but the service was low standard, unfriendly and rushed , without much explanation. What was very disappointing is that we requested our room to be cleaned by putting the sign outside the door, just to come back later in the day to find that the sign was put back inside the room but nothing was tidied up and towels were still on the floor. Luckily, there was another receptionist around( much more friendlier), so we got dry, clean towels at least. Otherwise, the room was small but clean. The location is great, so close to everything and at the same time quiet.

Super duper clean rooms. Amazing staff who is so helpful and welcoming! AC was strong, water pressure was good, and the room was quiet! It is in the center of the city. I stayed here for 3 nights and was able to walk to major sightseeing spots in a very short amount of time! When it got too hot outside, I was able to walk back to the hotel for a nap ;) There is free coffee and tea in the hotel!

It’s close to the old town. Accessible for several restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Although it’s difficult to find parking but it’s worth the money you spend.

Spotlessly clean and a gorgeous and HUGE comfy bed, lovely modern decor and lots of free tea and coffee! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and informative, such a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend this place for a long or short stay in Split. 💜

Bianca, the lady who checked us in was very nice . We loved the location, just outside the old town of Split. Easy to drop you off and pick you up. They have a local grocery store right outside the building, so convenient .Prima had a very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower are big, the pressure in the shower is very good. All outside doors have combination numbers to get in ....I liked that. Location of our room was very quiet. Our room was clean , AC was working well. Coffee and some silverware and glasses are available. Refrigerator is small but it was working well. Disliked · It was very hard to find this location. The sign w the name of the Prima should be bigger or at least explained to the costumer in the email more. You need to have a phone to communicate , use what's up. It would be nice to have a couple of water included for the 1 st day. View from the window was just the back of the buildings, no view of the town at all. Looks like this place was renovated but needs some corner wall repair and the window's frames needs some work . The soap bars were so small we needed additional bars almost every day. No elevators there so be ready to carry your bags with you. Rooms are on the upper 1st floor. Very hard to find places to park a car. Don't rent....walk, use uber or buses. The hairdryer has no option to stay on unless you're pushing the button non stop. There was no option for breakfasts....too complicated. Photos with food and wine bottles in the rooms are deceiving, they should be removed. Prima does not offer wine or food in the rooms.

Fantastic room, would definitely stay again! Located on the corner of the main city centre within walking distance of everything! Slightly pricy, but worth it for the quality and proximity (and peak season)! Also happy to hold onto my bags whilst I played tourist after checking out, which is a big tick in my books!! ✅

Clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable bed and nice staff. Great location near everything including a shopping street. Really enjoyed my stay here and actually sad to leave. Great value. Really happy with this selection.

Stayed here for one night in July with my girlfriend. Staff were excellent. Helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped. The location couldn't have been better. Overall our stay was perfect. Thank you so much!

This was a very disappointing experience. The room was uncomfortable with a very noisy fridge and windows very high up the wall. We were not warned that we could not pay with a card. Although the management knew when we were leaving, the young lady who was meant to take our payment in the morning arrived at the last minute and had not been briefed. We nearly had to leave without paying! I would not recommend this accommodation.

Stayed in the room with King bed, very comfortable. Have free coffee and tea every morning. The girls working there are very nice and quite responsive to our needs. Good location with few steps away from old town Split and yet taxi can drop you.right in front of the building. Apartment is on 1 and half floors up without elevator. Well if you travel in Croatia then you should get use to the stairs.

I stayed here 5 nights and will come back any day! Cleanest rooms and bathroom. Bright comfortable high ceiling space. Needs proper blackout curtains though. Niksa, wife Diane (pls forgive me?) and Mirna were extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. Niksa has a tour shop as well so all my tours were organised by him .. wonderful! The location is handy to all. Wifi is very good. Has a fridge, a safe in the room and tea / coffee station in the room as well. Its very safe .. three doors before room entry. Niksa is very available. STAY HERE! It is not a hotel but it is very good.

We stayed at their Vukovarska location. The hosts were great to help us find public parking and carry our luggage up four flights of stairs to the penultimate floor. The rooms looked new and well anointed. It is still within walking distance to the pier. Don’t be put off by the graffiti stricken wall outside the apartment block. The area is safe with many eateries, laundromat and supermarkets near by. The hostess was also kind enough to recommend places to eat and tours to join. When we checked out, she was there to help carry the luggages downstairs. Great service.

Stayed here in 2016. Very clean and the hostesses were very nice. Perfect location to walk the city. Rooms are quite small though, which is fine because you should be spending your time exploring the city!

😠 DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked into my hotel room I got on my phone and tried to find an alternate hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Says its a 4 star hotel but should be a 2 star. Walked into my room and there were stains all over the carpet- very very dirty. Requested...
