I do not recommend this hotel. On my birthday I decided to come to split, I booked a room with a balcony and a king size bed. After arriving at night, it turned out that we had a shoebox, not a room with two separate beds. I wanted to change the room to another, unfortunately the Lord from the reception said that they do not have any free rooms. I checked the booking and it turned out that there is a free room, but of a higher standard. I asked him to book it for us The Lord began to explain that this is a system error. For 30 minutes we were looking for another hotel at midnight. advise against choosing this hotel!

Nothing to like, I had booked 2 months earlier for a room with king bed, balcony and sea view, when I reached was given a back room with a small window facing the back side ( wall). Refused to stay and reception promised to return the amount paid as it was their mistake, However, 2 days later they rejected the refund request. Scammers, Avoid booking this hotel. Furniture is old, rooms are smelly.

The hotel is nice, but it is unfortunate that nowadays a hotel of this class has internet that barely works, full signal but with speed less than 1 Mbps...

Excellent hotel ! Very very nice staff, great pool and spacious room 😊 The location is a bit uphill so walking back to the hotel can be a bit tiring at the end of the day but nothing impossible and the pool will compensate 😂 The breakfast is good and varied, it's a 5/5 for me !

High-end prices, budget delivery. It's "ok", but as we paid a fortune for our room, not our normal thing (but as we're coming to the end of the holiday, we decided to treat ourselves to somewhere special), we expected so much more. There is nothing really bad, just a lack of attention to detail (broken lounger, bottles left on the stairs still there a day later, very mean facilities in the room - even the water is only available from the mini bar at 2eu for a small bottle - and you are "not allowed" to bring your own drink onto the premises for "sanitory reasons" according to the rule book in the room). Breakfast is also "ok", it's a buffet, and the food which hasn't run out is gone, but be prepared to wait for the single member of staff (doing her best, but it needs more people) to replenish things. It feels very budget-level, no waiting staff, no one to greet you, just work out the system yourself. Just disappointing for the hefty price we paid. Unfortunately we booked non-refundable (to reduce the vast price a bit), on the basis that it would be great, otherwise we would cancel the remaining nights and move elsewhere. We were fooled by the great reviews, which presumably were written by people who paid 1/3rd the rate we were stung by.

I got fooled by all the positive reviews and photos - I hope you don't get ripped off too. This hotel is designed in a 1980s Soviet style, the beds are actually twins pushed together, and the internet doesn't work. The hotels is cleaned well, pool is good, and the receptionist was a nice guy who tried to mitigate the situation by giving us a slightly nicer room. 200 EUR for this is a big mistake though, stay away.

Nice place with nice people. Food is good enough, but not gorgeous. It is OK!

Breakfast is good. The restaurant, however, is characterised by extremely poor service and food quality. It is the price/quality ratio that is mot acceptable. A rip off! The place is presented as four-star but in fact is more like a two- or three-star place in other European countries with a longstanding tourism experience.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Split, room was spotless we had a sea view with a balcony the bed was a proper double and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very nice, the staff were pleasant whilst clearing tables and refilling the buffet A little way to Riva, 15 minute walk downhill though, a bit longer on the way back The pool areas were well kept and there was a cool and friendly vibe around the outdoor pool, could get drinks and snacks,

booked this place last minute as our other hotel cancelled on us and it was a blessing in disguise. 2 pools (one outdoor, one indoor), gym, breakfast included, 24/7 reception and daily cleaning. our room had 2 twins beds pushed together with separate duvets which was lovely, colour scheme seems to be oak and red, ac which was needed in 37°c summer, stunning ocean view. gorgeous family run business

Hotel is well managed, well kept and beautiful. It is a good walk from the Riva, so be prepared, but still beautiful to walk and take in the town. Worst case scenario, ubers were abundant and cheap (I recommend setting the drop off for St Francis Church and Convent). Breakfast is great, service is very good, staff is extremely nice and friendly. Love the sauna, fitness area, pool and lockers on the bottom floor. Beautiful outside pool. I had a bay view room and it was a beautiful room and view.

The hotel is very clean and organised, about 20min walking to the old town but if one doesn’t want the walk, Uber is affordable and convenient. The rooms have an old fashioned style but furniture are of good quality and the bed is very comfortable and big. Very clean and big rooms with tv and minibar. The staff are also very nice and the breakfast included was pretty good with a few vegetarian options. They also have a few parking spaces available but maybe in peak season they’re difficult to get hold of.

Great view, staff and food. Would recommend.

A couple minor personal preferences that I would have liked nothing major otherwise a lovely hotel. Great breakfast spread!

Wonderful stay at Hotel Cvita. Room was great with an amazing view.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel Cvita having chosen one of the more affordable options in split. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are big and the aircon is very effective. Only issue we had was with the shower, the seal on the shower screen must be broken as we had a pool of water on the floor everytime, and the pipe from the bath taps to the shower head is too short, so you either have to duck for a shower or if you raise it you lose water pressure. Location is good, roughly 5 minutes in an Uber to the centre and the pool area is beautiful, we loved this area. Good breakfast each day too. Thanks.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. The room was immaculate and the views out of the windows across the water were almost unbelievable. If I wanted to explore split it was a short walk away, but was also far away enough that it was great to just relax by the pool and enjoy the silence.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff are very accommodating.we stayed for 5 nights and the stay was amazing breakfast choices were good I liked the fact that they had local food options too.pool area was clean and very relaxing. Hotel offers free shuttle to the centre or it's just a 15minutes walk.i strongly recommend it

The hotel is super clean and neat, there is no corner that hasn’t been cleaned there. The breakfast is amazing! Everything made from scratch and very tasty. The staff at the hotel just make the experience even better! The front desk gentleman, Bernard is very pleasant and intelligent, I enjoyed talking to him and the server Yadronka is the sweetest thing. I highly recommend the hotel, definitely worth every single dollar!

Excellent place to stay ! Thank to the maravellous staff who is always spontaneously helpfull, listening, smiling. Please don’t change !! They make your stay such an amazing moment, treated in the best way! Location is perfect because very close to the center but also a bit outside so its perfectly quiet and peacefull. Cleaning is excellent. The cleaning staff is always active, refurnishing the material at the pool and spa and every corner of the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and always full of every kind of food, even just before closing time ! Lunchtime on the terrasse in the morning is very cosy. I love my stay and enjoy every moments, I will recommend for sure. THANK YOU!

Great breakfast, very clean, amazing sea view!

We just finished a 10 night stay in this hotel. About 15–20 mins walk into Split old town, were on 3rd floor so had a really nice sea view. The rooms are very spacious and new and we had two bathrooms which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite And helpful. Navena was a joy! Split is a wonderful location - strange to see it so empty in COVID crippled high season. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice Hotel. Excellent rooms with very good cleaning. Best bed and pillows ever in a hotel for me. Really liked the breakfast, very much too choose from. The pool, the gym and all the amenities are very nice. The hotel restaurant has a limited number of dishes but what they make is very good. The only drawback is the location high up on a hill about a kilometer from the downtown and harbour. But you can get a ride with the hotel.
