Hotel is one of the greatest I have ever been in! I don't usually like classic and fancy hotels, I prefer modern ones. But this hotel changed my mind. It's interior is designed in the "Austrian castle" way. It just makes you feel cozy, and like you are in the Middle ages 😁. Anyone should visit it and experience the Classical. I definitely don't recommend it to children or teenagers, because they might find it boring 😅. Now I would give it 4 because it doesn't have a good view and someone could spy into your room if you are on the first floor 😬, but because everything else is great, I gave 5. Good job, and I congratulate the designer.

We were fortunately transferred to this hotel from Split In by President. We were very happy with the stay. The room was very very clean and friendly. The facilities in the room itself and in the bathroom were good. What you want to define as excellently - is the staff. Here we were always warmly welcomed and advised. Our breakfast thanking the waiter Nikola was an excellent start to the day. Our dauther has loved her pancakes.

Beautiful hotel with very professional, helpful staff. A very pleasant stay. Very clean and attractive. 3 beautiful swimming pools. I'd recommend staying here - looking forward to coming back. Close to shopping mall and attractions but far enough from main road to ensure a quiet relaxed stay.

Bad bathrooms with significantly calcified shower equipment, broken hairdryer, with numerous dead insects and spiders around the room. Wifi is slow at 7mb/s but beds are comfortable. Walls and ceiling very dirty, with large, brown stains on ceiling above bed. Largest stain is approx 5cm in length and 3cm in width. Floors are uncarpeted hardwood and doors take much effort to lock. This hotel is very mediocre in all respects compared to its competition

Seen couple of different layout rooms for two and I was very dissapointed.. one them the bathroom section was okey but the room itself was not so nice,even the aircondition was'nt working properly(than been said,other room had the same problem). Second room,the bathroom was low level.. tiny...nothing working.. Breakfest was nice and a bit different that Ive used to in Croatia

Nice hotel nice location. But if you have any disability it’s a nightmare! I am partially disabled and asked for a walk in shower when I booked. No such thing! I was given a room with a shower box and a one foot step to get in! Even if I could have got up the step I could never have gotten in the box. When reception was approached for a disabled room I was told that the room I had was it! Very low toilet. If that’s their disabled room I’d hate to know how anyone in a wheelchair’s would get on. Impossible.

Loved the winter garden! Very nice hotel, helpful staff and delicious food. Very much enjoyed and look forward to coming again :)

This is really not good enough to be a 4-star hotel. The staff, breakfast and other services are good but the hotel is just dated and badly needs a renovation. Broken shower head, sinks not draining properly and poor wifi. I’m not going to a 4-star hotel expecting to hold the shower head because it won’t go in the fitting. I would avoid or look into a 3-star for cheaper.

Stayed there in late February 2023. While their were few guests in the hotel in the off season, the service - from the front desk, kitchen, and other hotel staff was excellent. We were greeted cheerfully every day, and asked what they could do. The front desk printed by boarding pass; the kitchen staff cooked to-order omelets, and in general they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Wi-fi was fast, shower was excellent, room cleaning great - provided robe was very nice. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cleanliness was quite bad, with bathrooms being especially unclean (faucets, toilet and bidet had not been cleaned for a while) and glass/handrails being quite dirty. Ordered room service, but they were quite rude and abrasive throughout ordering and they made it quite clear that I was being a burden to them by ordering the room service. My ordered room service meal was also not what I ordered and the quality of the food was substandard (very oily and bland). Breakfast was not horrible, but the choice range was limited and it left me feeling slightly unsatisfied. Despite this, there were a few staff who were incredibly friendly and gave me very good service. Overall, I would not expect this kind of bad service from a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Service was impeccable. Ruzica at front of house was extremely competent, helpful, had great restaurant recommendations and spoke English fluently. A true find.

There are no basic things for first aid. In fact, there is nothing in case you need a doctor or some kind of first aid. Keeping guests healthy is not one of the important things in this hotel. I asked for first aid at the reception and they didn't have one. I asked about a doctor at the hotel and it turned out that you don't have ..no doctor and no first aid and no first aid kit for basic things...I had to look outside the hotel for first aid

Tidy room, but furnishings are old and tired. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location within 10 minutes walking down to the promenade. We had an interior courtyard facing room and it was very quiet and relaxing with the window open at night. Breakfast was typical euro-style continental and met our needs. They do have a parking garage but its pretty tight...maybe 12 cars tops would fit.

Definitely a good hotel. It was a pleasure to stay there for a week. We stayed there with my 4 classmate and 3 teachers for a school programme from Turkey. And I stayed in a 2-person room with my friend. Let me start my review from rooms.In our room there are enough possibilities for our needings. Little catering services into our room, wardrobes for our clothes, cleaning of our room - every day when we were not in the room -, towels and soap in the bathroom. There were only two problems in our room; our TV and our mini fridge. We couldn't open channels on TV, we called the lobby and they fixed the problem. And there were some kind of alcohol drinks in our mini fridge, we wouldn't want to see these kind of things in our room as Muslim customers. Let's talk about service. It was almost perfect. The employees' help as I just mentioned in my review, delicious foods in the breakfasts and of course cheerful and relevant lobby etc. And finally, the location. It is really good. The otel is within walking distance to the seaside, Stadion Poljud, bazaars and souvenirs in Split, you can go and see the places that must-see in Split within walking distance as I said.

This is more about 1 particular room than the hotel itself. If you can, avoid room Room 201 at all costs. It is a large room and great for more than 2 people...if the room itself actually made any sense. It needs work. There is no actual functioning bathroom as such (there is a toilet room with sink) but bizarrely, the shower is actually situated in the main living area. It's a very odd set up. We complained and apparently it is the only room in the hotel set up like this, but just remember - avoid room 201 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nice hotel in a good position. Dinner in the restaurant was not pleasant. The only waiter was quite rude. Tap water and coffee is 'not possible' The veal ordered was pork and the crepes were a slice of cake. Hairdryer did not work and the jacuzzi shower needed instructions

The staff is very pleasent and professional, always ready to help you with your request. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is really good. I'll come back next year.
