Really helpful staff and great location. Rooms are pretty small though and not much of a social atmosphere.

Stayed 4 nights in one of the ensuite rooms which was a positive experience. Pros: cleanliness was good, staff was friendly and flexible. Great that there is a commonroom where you can use fridge, dishes etc. Bed was comfortable. Aircon in the room was great. Everything was functioning. Cons: there is no noise isolation, so you can hear everything from the stairwell. At least, the hostel has put up signs asking people to be quiet (which they were not always). In addition, I had the room that was facing the street and not the backyard and the windows were also not isolated at all, so you would also wake up because of motorcycles and cars revving. In total, you wake up 1-2 times every night. WiFi could be faster (actually should be faster in 2022) :-)

It's a nice hostel approx 650 metres away from bus station. It's little on hilly road. Great location, lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful for planning out my excursions and ferry transportation. Main downside was that the place only has two showers for a lot of people! When it’s hot there’s a line for your turn. AC was good not great. Shower towels are rented for 2 euros. A big perk was the bakery downstairs (no affiliated) but had cheap breakfast pastries and water and was open late.

Best hostel in Split! They have the most amazing staff working there who are super helpful and fun. The common room is great with a super comfy bench which would put anyone to sleep! Balcony is a great place for a couple of drinks or a relaxing recovery.

Dora, the lady at reception, was super kind and friendly. She booked a tour for me, helped me sort out bus timetables around Split and even gave me ideas for a date with a girl I met from a nearby hostel. It can be nerve-racking staying in a hostel, especially when you’re solo travelling. But I immediately felt at home. There was lots going on. There was a group chat with Splits neighbouring hostels about pub crawls and dinners that were happening every night. It was a fantastic way to meet people and meet them I did. And this was in Early September so just after summer with less people travelling. I felt comfortable staying in for the night if I wanted. Everyone was cool about it. The Balcony is a fantastic communal area, there’s a corner shop 1 minute away and it’s so close to everything in Split. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks for having me, Matt (Mate)

My stay was good. The place is pretty clean and quiet. The girls at the reception really helpful at all times with covid issues, locations etc. It would be great more bathroom facilities and better pillows;)

Loved this little hostel. The location is excellent (it's a two minute walk from the docks and three minutes from the palace). It's not the cleanest place I've stayed and the amenities are a little scarce; there's only one female toilet and two general use showers but the atmosphere is great, the staff are wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right by the ferry, boat and old city. Friendly service and the individual double room with ensuite was great, basically a hotel room for a much better price ;)

I stayed in the hostel for 2 nights and we spent the day visiting Split. It is very well located because in less than 10 min you are in the main touristic point. The lockers were pretty big so you can save everything perfectly and there was a fridge and some space in the common room for food. The bathrooms were clean enough and the staff very gentle and nice, they will give you great advice if you ask them for help! Even that they told us backpackers in there do not usually share their experiencies in there, I was lucky and could meet some great people, there are cards and games in case you want to make new friends.

Enjoyed my stay here for two nights, it was enough to expect from a hostel and nice proximity for walking distance to the old town / beach. There are limited ammenities which let it down slightly, but even with a full hostel I never waited for a toilet/shower - just pick your times and relax. I was able to drop off luggage early which was very helpful for an early flight arrival. The hostel was kept clean, especially the floors and surfaces. Bed was comfy enough, but the sheets could have been a bit thicker. The lockers were large and in good working order. Some information signs on the stairs would help new guests direction for access, and it’s very dark when entering the stairs at night, difficult to find the light switch.

Very easy to find from the harbour. Really well sign posted and close to the palace and markets, room was clean with lockers, bathroom and even a computer. Kitchen can be used by everyone too. Great welcoming reception too. Will recommend to friends.

Incredible hostel, we all loved it so much, the best most caring staff and a balcony that can cure the worst hangover split can give you, the beds are super comfy and the showers are spacious. I would 100% stay again, best staff in the whole of Croatia!
