😠 This was like a 2 star hotel so calling it 5 star is a joke. Horrible service, lazy and unhelpful staff. There is no restroom at the hotel and no place to store your luggage after you check out. They just keep it by the front desk. I tried to reach the front desk or housekeeping but there is no way... People often mention hotel, room, location, mall, rooms, clean, entrance, shopping, front,

This was like a 2 star hotel so calling it 5 star is a joke. Horrible service, lazy and unhelpful staff. There is no restroom at the hotel and no place to store your luggage after you check out. They just keep it by the front desk. I tried to reach the front desk or housekeeping but there is no way to reach them except through emails since there is no phone in the rooms. Housekeeping made a mess in the room too by leaving their dirty toilet paper roll on the floor. I had to email them to come clean the mess they did since nobody was at the front desk! It's also impossible for any uber to pick you up there as they can't find the location. Had 3 ubers that cancelled when I put the hotel address after not finding it. Really not a great experience.

So I wanted to update the public that the hotel has not refunded me my paid stay. We had to leave the hotel because of the blaring music from the night club right below the rooms. The hotel shakes all night long- club is open until 5am. They told me they would refund and took all of our info and don’t refund. After many many calls and reaching they still have not refunded. Over $1000. Don’t stay at this hotel. All bad. I don’t want the refund now- I just want to get the word out to save people. This is what reviewing is all about. To help people Hotel is located over a night club that is open until 5am. We had to leave after our first night and are still waiting for our refund 2 weeks later and over $1500. Not sure what this hotel thinks they are doing but they should contact me immediately.

Hotel inside a shopping mall with fixed closed windows. Rooms are bog standard and not as nice as the photos look on booking websites. Massive disappointment. Shower water was leaking from broken pipe. Please note good reviews are only given by "local guides"!

2.5 star hotel, at best! Great modern, clean rooms. Nice view, as shown. Great location (but in a mall). But... Loud thuds from clubs nearby can be heard between 1am and 5am. As others mentioned, back entrance is a bit sketchy.

Terrible place for the price. In a sketchy mall. There is no deadbolt on the door or a do not disturb sign so the cleaning lady opened the door on us twice even when we said we were in there, once while my partner was changing. We resorted to putting luggage against the door to stop them from barging in. The Wi-Fi was super flaking and even the Ethernet connection dropped out and forced us to go to a library across town to work. On top of all that the rooms are located above a nightclub that is open 11pm to 5am so good luck getting sleep. The bathroom smelled worse when you turned on the fan. The location is good there are two bedroom airbnbs that are cheaper than this.

Disappointing - having spent 3 nights at Prima Life, I'm surprised with some many positive ratings. This palce is located on a 5th floor of a shopping mall and calling it a hotel is certainly a strech Pros: • Brilliant location, 10-15min walking distance to city attractions. • Receptionist is kind and helpful. • Spacious room, very clean, nice view. Cons: • Fnding the place took us some time (and stress) because there were no outdoor signs marking the 'hotel'. We arrived on Sunday, meaning that the shopping mall was closed and we had to enter via doggy back door down an alley. It looked like entering a dark industrial warehouse, and didn't feel safe at night. This is not mentioned anywhere during the booking process therefore we had difficulties figuring out the entrance. • The reception worked day shift and wasn't available 24h as advertised online. You only get one set of key hence it's better not to lose it otherwise you won't be able to enter the building. • The Color Coffee Bar pictured on booking.com belongs to the shopping mall and is not a hotel's facility, either way it's closed so for a breakfast you need to go out to the city.

Useful tip for parking: there are two main parking areas (Zrinsko Frankopanska and Vanulično Parking Svačićeva) on the edge of the center because there are no parking areas in the center ... so a 5-10 min walk to hotel is normal. The reception area feels more like a hostel entrance, and I believe the customer service - while friendly and cordial - matched that. So do not expect hotel “standard” formalities and service. That said, the spot ended up perfect for our stay. Surprisingly large, spacious, and clean room. Perfect location that is walkable to anywhere in the center that you would like to see.

Wow. Worse than expected ! How this is anything more than 2 stars is a shock. THIS PLACE IS POOR EVEN FOR THE PRICE. Located in a derelict mall Gangly elevator No lobby - or waiting room toilet No parking Odd smell in bathroom No food options Warm fridge Also - there is a club in the building so good luck sleeping 😔

Really this is not 4* it's is 1/2 at best. The room we had was grotty. Towel were grey if I got them in a hostel I would think they could do better. It was massively disappointing. I would question and anyone give this a high score. It really is location, location, location. The reception area is grim and little things like cleaning the very large windows is an easy fix.

Great service and very friendly people at the reception! They really seem to care about you being comfortable at your stay! The only bad part is that after 9pm the entrance through the syores are closed and you have to use the back entrance which is at an alley not very nice looking and inviting... the shower at our room also had mold on the corners but the rest of the room was clean and seemed new.

Good location but not easy to find unless you know that the hotel is one of 2 on the third floor of a shopping centre. Access is best by using the lift and when the store closes you use your room key to open the front door allowing you to get to the lift. Rooms are large and comfortable. Shower is powerful.

Perfect apartment got a great nights sleep just be careful of the receptionist trying to take more for using the mini bar could be a genuine mistake but then again maybe not.

The hotel is located on the third floor of a shopping mall with only 10 rooms and located in the heart of the city. You have to enter the shopping mall to find the hotel. We selected the Deluxe Suite, City View room that included 1 very comfy king bed, a double sofa bed, and an infant crib at a rate of only $56. We were in room no. 311. It was lovely modern room, spacious, clean, and the view of the old town was spectacular. The private bathroom was spacious, immaculate, and perfect. We had a comfy king size bed with a sofa bed that Dominic slept on. The hotel confirmed a Pack n Play would be available for our baby to sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided valuable tourist information about Split. The main reasons we selected this hotel was because of its location to the old town, the spectacular view, and the price could not be beat. The hotel was only a 4 minute walk from the Gregory of Nin Statue, a 5 minute walk to the Diocleatian's Palace and Cathedral of Saint Dominus, a 13 minute walk to the Port of Split, and the Split Marina was only 21 minutes. Available amenities included: a coffee shop/cafe, self parking (a huge perk!), airport shuttle, 24-hour front desk, air conditioning, front desk safe, self-serve laundry, multi-lingual staff, luggage storage, and free WiFi. The rooms included free cribs (a necessity while traveling with an infant), a refrigerator, private bathroom, and free toiletries.

This is not a hotel, but more like air bnb version. Even the location perfect, but you need to go through the mall as the main lift broken. The mall below this hotel is consider low end and almost consider not exist. The room was clean, bed perfect, shower water a bit slow but still acceptable. Staff very helpfull. But dont expect concierge or bell boy

The location is amazing. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. They wrote beforehand to provide clear instructions on how to get to the hotel to check in. The rooms are exactly like in their website photos. Very spacious and clean. Handicap friendly as there are elevators on both entrance, ramps and the rooms have place for wheelchairs. The only star which is missing is due to the loud techno music coming from the ground floor nightclub. It went from 9pm to about 3am. So if you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem.

😠 DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked into my hotel room I got on my phone and tried to find an alternate hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Says its a 4 star hotel but should be a 2 star. Walked into my room and there were stains all over the carpet- very very dirty. Requested...
