Nice and comfortable accommodation. Just at the entry of the old town but quiet. Very helpful lady at the reception. Do not hesitate.

We were greeted by Julia, she was lovely and very helpful. It’s our Honeymoon (I made a note when making the reservation and she decorated our room, which was very nice of her. Julia was very helpful, gave us fantastic recommendations on where to eat and visit during our short stay in Split. The room was lovely, clean, a decent size and very economical. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

If, as a guest, when entering a room I smell an unpleasant odour and the staff member introducing me there says she doesn't smell anything, that is making an idiot of the guest. A place in a great location at a good price

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and everything that we did in Split was walking distance.

The location is perfect; In the old town and right next to the port. The room was small but clean and well maintained. Natasha who basically manages everything does an amazing job- the hero of the apartments!

Central location in the heart of the town very close to the sea. The room was clean, had a fridge and the staff were helpful. The walls of the tiny rooms are paper thin to the point that you could be in the same room as the conversations (and noises!) from next door. Inconsiderate guests made this a big issue during our stay. You can hear everything! And I mean everything!!! 🙉

Right in the middle of town, they are very nice rooms for the price. Free wifi and morning coffee. Make sure you bring an American converter for electronics to plug in. Install what's app if you have an American number so they can reach out to you as the staff is not 24/6 so they will ask for check in time so someone is there. 2 layers of security to get into the room.

Excellent value for money. New and very well equipped. Strategic location and the host is very nice, she gave us a map and told us where to go and recommended some restaurants. Parking costs 15 euro a night in a private garage around the corner.

Great location within 10-15 of the main areas of Split old town and harbour. Mia was very welcoming and gave us a map with lots of great recommendations. Bed was comfortable and the fridge was very handy for keeping water/beer/wine during our stay. Room was good size and clean. Bathroom was good as well with a nice sized shower. Would recommend to couples or single travellers.

Location is amazing. Right in the middle of old town Split. Petra our host has been so accomodating, warm and friendly. Room is very clean and the character and atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would definitley stay here again.

Exceptional value for money with some of the rooms with balconies with views down the Riva. The place is spotless and the bed was comfy. Staff were pleasant. There is a funny smell in the main hall as some of the apartment owners keep their wheelie bins there. The spelt pizza in the restraunt next door is excellent. Would definitely stay here again. The only down point is the towels are tiny for a guy who is 190cms, but that seemed to be in all but 1 of the 6 places I stayed in Croatia.

🔝hotel in the city center, 10min from the bus station & ferry port. Very nice & cozy room, super clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff was execellent, always available and answering super fast via messages/WhatsApp and super useful (helping us to find locations for the PCR test). The room was fully equipped with AC, iron, coffee & boiler, safe box… the only downside I would say is the “bad smell” coming from the marina that can be perceived in the room if the windows are left open. We had an excellent experience in this location, so nice that we came back the last day before taking our flight back home. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT !

We had an incredible five night stay this July 2021. Luxury Riva is perfectly located and central to everything in Split. The service was terrific and they pointed out some amazing dinner recommendations! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!
