Luxury rooms fortuna in split 안과 밖이 다른 곳! 사이트 예약할때 룸 사진들하고 현관이 매치가 안되서 살짝 기웃뚱했으며 숙소에 들어가니 현관 입구랑 다르게 깨끗하게 잘 정돈되 있음 현관문이 따로있고 3?4?층에 아파트먼트가 있는데 다행히 우린 현관문에서 담배피던 분이 문을 열어줘서 들어갔음 엘리베이터가 없어 불편했으며 아파트먼트는 생각보다 방음도 잘되며 위치도 좋은 구시가지와 가까운곳에 있으며 (걸어서 2~3분 정도?) 어메니티도 안챙겨가도 될만큼 소소하게 다 준비되어있음. TV도 유튜브가 나와 숙소에서 쉴땐 한국 TV프로그램을 볼수있었음 다만 아쉬웠던 건 석회때문인지 커피포트 깨끗하지 않았다는 점 하나!

I stayed at Fortuna during a 3 day visit to Split and was very impressed! The building does not look like much from the outside, but the guest rooms are of excellent quality. The room was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The furnishings were all in great shape. I would highly recommend Fortuna. We had a room with a balcony; the street outside is a little noisy, but is not a problem when the windows are closed. The noise didn't bother us at all. Toni assisted us with check in and was very helpful during our stay! The hospitality was top-notch. Fortuna is less than a 5 minute walk from Old Town and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry port and bus station. It was an easy walk for us with suitcases from the ferry port to Fortuna. Note that there is no elevator in the building, so you will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach Fortuna.

Fantastic restaurant. I had the lamb kebab/skewers 🍢 with gnocchi and salad 🥗. Cooked perfectly { in my opinion) others might like them cooked for a few minutes extra. The accompanying sauce was sweet but not sickly. We're going there again later in the week and I will not even look at the menu...... Lamb kebabs, lamb kebabs, lamb kebabs.

What an amazing appartment! We traveled a lot around the world and we have seen a lot rooms, but non with this good quality for the price. It has a perfect location, it's is new, it is clean, the bed sleeps great, the decoration is nice and I could go on for a while like this. I would for sure recommend it.

Do not let the out side of the apartment disappoint you, the room inside is so nice , clean and luxurious.

El personal es muy amable y cuando llegamos, como íbamos con el coche, nos acompañaron a aparcarlo. Great location, in old town dubrovik which allows you to take your time exploring places without needing to rush back to your accommodation outside town. Easy to get to activities and attractions. Clean and spacious room.

A dreadful experience. Firstly, this is NOT a hotel, it is a converted apartment in a residential block in a seedy part of town. There are no lights near the front door, which is covered in graffiti and one night there were two drug users sitting on the front steps. All THREE of our rooms had hairs on the bedding!! One room’s shower also didn’t work. We contacted the property who were slow to offer any help so contacted our booking agent. The hotel owner then got angry we had escalated it to the agent! Also disgusting headboard in one room. They eventually replaced bed sheets, didn’t fix the shower. And there is no place to leave luggage and we didn’t meet a single staff member during our stay. Oh and last thing, they have the cheek to use Rituals Karma toiletries bottles, but refill it with some cheap nasty stuff! Avoid at all costs! Sadly google algorithm doesn’t allow posting of the hairs on bedding! Oh and and when we complained, they refused to do anything.

Perfect location, very convenient, clean room, I would recommend it.
