    DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked into my hotel room I got on my phone and tried to find an alternate hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Says its a 4 star hotel but should be a 2 star. Walked into my room and there were stains all over the carpet- very very dirty. Requested a new room and the new room was still dirty, stains everywhere! Rooms were disgusting. SMELLED LIKE MOLD IN THE HALLWAYS. The employee helping us even told us he doesn't even like working in this place and he wouldn't even stay here himself. Never in my life have I seen hotel conditions such as this. Torturous and just dirty. Completely outdated. For $300/night - which is what we paid for this disgusting place - you could literally walk down the street and stay somewhere way nicer and cleaner- tons of nearby hotels. You could probably find a better hotel for even cheaper than what I paid for this. They did not even clean our room. Manager was not helpful or accommodating- also, you can't reach the front desk at all. Genuinely the worst hotel experience of my life. I do not make reviews but I had to take the time to write this just to warn people- DO NOT STAY HERE.

    We had dinner at the restaurant as the menu and location were very attractive. Overall the food was good, the service on the other hand was awful. Long waiting times and at the time to pay the waiter did not accept any card as he said the machine did not work. He pointed us to an ATM as cash was the only possible way to pay the bill. With cash in my hand I quickly went through the check on his device, and realized that he charged additional items that we did not order. After we took them off, agreed on the amount and paid the bill, I asked for the receipt. He said that they do not provide receipts to their customers, which is very strange. Finally, he asked for a tip which, given the circumstances, I clearly refused. If I read some reviews in advance I’d never stopped at this place. Authorities, please check their accounting books! People, please stay away!

    First of all, the waiters need to learn some manners. They don’t know anything about how to treat the guests. The waiters are absolutely deluded and don’t have any single sense. I URGE people not to go to this place and save yourself this embarrassing hotel and their Cafe outside. Absolute rubbish behaviour. Worst service i ever saw. By the way we left without ordering anything. This place doesn’t deserve a single cent of my money.

    Very slow service. Waited for over an hour for food and drink. Dirty glasses. Ice cubes in beer. Not served any fork or knife. The waiter is even eating while serving us. When the food arrived, it was served to the table next to us, then it came back to us, and was also delivered to the wrong persons, the food was cold as well. The sauce was spilled out. I ate beef carpaccio on another resturant, and it was hotter than the food that was served here

    worst food ever bought in a restaurant, burger and chips, chips were cold, and the burger was wet? Maybe the plate wasn’t dry but the bun was literally wet. Waited 40 mins to be served, servers are not attentive at all. Today I went somewhere called Bili as and it was amazing, go there instead.

    Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff considering such a large number of stars. A few days before the New Year, we came to reserve a table for the New Year, and left a name, number and a certain amount of money in case we didn't show up. On New Year's Eve, we come to collect our table (which we reserved a few days before), but the staff tells us that everything is full and that they cannot seat us, and that we should come back in about 20 minutes. In the meantime, we asked them if we could at least go to the toilet, to which one of the workers replied "only for guests". We reminded him that we have a reservation, to which he again replied "only for guests". After half an hour of waiting, we came back and one of the waiters told us that everything was still full and that there was nothing they could do. Another waiter says that they canceled all the reservations the day before (but they didn't even tell us). The third claims that we didn't leave them a number, and the fourth started laughing. Very shameful and rude from such a highly reviewed and famous caffe bar.

    The food was the best. We had seafood plate for two. Vladimir have us the best service and we never missed anything. Even when the restaurant he was super quick to solve our need and gave us a table. This a employee that can read people and don’t react on it. I wil come back and for sure ask for Vladimir to handle our table.

    Cutlery had to be returned, extremely dirty. Burger was good, chips were not warm. Ordered the banana split dessert, it was a single small scoop for almost 7eu, I asked to return it that I was not happy with that and was rejected ... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

    The food was amazing the waitress girl was also really friendly and smiley all the time which is need the most for hospitality! Great restaurant great stuff. Thank you. Definitely will come back. (Every day)🙂

    We ate here... Initially very impressed. Great location and very friendly. Excellent burgers and we were very happy. However when the bill came they over charged us by almost double!!! 62 euros for 2 burgers, a cocktail and a beer. Fortunately as they only take cash we had worked out the bill before hand. They charged for a pitcher of cocktail. They accepted that they had over charged, but only after I had to go inside... I suppose so they can still pull the stunt on others!! Good food, but terrible business practice!!!

    Extremely upset with the service… my first day in split and this waiter really spoil it with his behaviour.. This tall bald person who was serving us had an attitude which can really put u off. Just because we asked for spoons.. this guy made us feel small for sharing dessert.. and spoke things and in ways unacceptable.. v were so shocked by his words that v didn’t respond and thought we had done something culturally wrong. But rest of the trip told us clearly how wonderful split is and how bad this person was..!! Service at its worst..

    DON'T GO HERE FOR DRINKS OR FOOD. Waited for over an hour for food and they still didn't come. They've also charged us extra drinks and were not able to refund us. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Bad bad bad

    Krsuo was one of the best waiters I have ever had. In both the states and in my time in Europe. Definitely coming back here again. Very happy with my experience and because of the staff and the YUMMY food. Come here!!!!

    Absolute joke of a hotel. We booked a single room, which is a twin bed. Beware that when they say single room they mean a twin bed. When we said we had two people they said that we couldnt have two people in there, but would still have to charge us. After some negotiating they said we could have two people in there, but it would cost more money? How the heck does that make any sense? In addition, the room was awful. The lights were flickering in the hallways like we were in a haunted house. In addition, the A/C wasn't working, and we found ants crawling on the drapes. Needless to say, we didn't end up staying there. The only good thing about this is the location, but it is very loud. Highly, Highly recommend staying far far away from this hotel.

    After a terrible experience elsewhere for eating we went by the reviews for Adriana for our evening meal, and was not disappointed. Greeted with a smile by the maître d', we chose to go for the Steak meal for 2, even though we like our steaks differently, they served it as we like, and I personally am glad we did not go for a starter before hand. The portions were big, and the steaks were delicious. Our waiter Ante was exceptional throughout service, did not pester us every 5 minutes, if he saw a glass empty or near empty he asked if we would like another, cannot fault him one bit.

    We went there to eat something. Read the revisions of the burgers just after ordering. Expected something really bad. Burger was OK at the end....nothing special but eatable. But told be honest ...it needs something to taste better (sauce ...). Drinks much to expensive..Nearly 5 Euro for a 0.25l Coke??? And of course the device for card payment "is broken"...:D Black money at its best.

    Food and service was amazing. Unsure of the gentleman that served us but he was very polite and very professional. Highly recommend staying at this restaurant. My partner and I had the fish and steak, both dishes, are excellent

    In a group of 10 people, 5 of our drinks were absolutely abysmal. The waiter was great, but divulged that the bartender was upset that we ordered so many cocktails. The beers were fine, but any cocktails were awful.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not a 4 star hotel, try 2. By far the worst hotel experience of my LIFE & I travel A LOT! The rooms are outdated and disgusting. You can’t even find a plug to charge your phone. Staff is hard to get a hold of and the hotel smells. Our original room was filthy, the carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the bathroom looked like it had been used prior and the bed looked like it was slept it. We complained to front desk and they gave us the room next door, not the cleanest but a little bit better. It still has carpet stains but the bathrooms are a bit better. This already left a bad taste in our mouth. The next day my friend and I decided to spend the day at the beach, we were so excited to get back to our room and shower, only to come back to a messy room still. They did not clean our room or give us new towels. We tried to call front desk and the line was busy for 20 minutes, we then got through and explained, the girl was no help and just gave us a few towels. We are now in the process of trying to get some money back as this hotel is not cheap and completely leave and get a new hotel. We have 3 more nights here and no way staying in this disgusting hotel. Left a bad taste in our mouth and don’t even want to stay in Split anymore. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! So many more affordable and CLEANER ROOMS down the street! One of the hotel employees told us he wouldn’t even stay here. The halls of the rooms are automatic and turn off after 10 seconds, gets pretty scary and smells like mold. Beyond the worst hotel experience of my life, I do not recommend staying here unless you like dirty rooms and the smell of MOLD!!!!!!!!

    I went to the restaurant for a dinner with my girlfriend and firstly it looked nice, waiter came soon and we ordered, but then they brought us the food... My dish was fine but my girlfriend got a burnt salmon. It was totally dry and on one side it was really burnt and some of the pieces werent even edible. Then when we finished we waited more than 30 minutes for the staff to take away our plates. I dont know, but I expected something better from a restaurant, where the food costs around 30€......

    Terrible service. Arrived there with 3 families. After order was done, were waiting for one of Malvasia bottle to come. After some interactions wine finally made it, howevere starters were gone by then already and white wine was at room temprature. Food was not bad, however again, after long wait of food had to wait for cutlery to arrive. When removing the plates, one of the waiter spilled remaining fishy water from musssels and vonguele shells on my parther’s dress and leg. Needless to say it was smelly and not pleasent. Steward was sorry, that’s it. Staff would not bother a lot about that, just saying “what can we do, it happens”. Bill arrived, and of course there were mistakes - more expensive wine than ordered and etc. As our kids were already sleeping and we were tired, we just paid and left. We ecpected to have some disapointment, as very rarely we were at good restaraunt in touristic area, however not like that and not with the menu prices they had. Would not recommend it to anyone. I do hope they will improve, but reading other reviews, can’t see much changes recently.

    We only ate at the restaurant, but the food was atrocious. I ordered monkfish with prawns and prosciutto risotto. What was brought out on the plate can only be described as a culinary abomination. There were three tiny chunks of undercooked monkfish, two small prawns and one small piece of prosciutto. The risotto was by far the worst offender. It was undercooked and crunchy. I suspect that is because they boil it like regular rice. Needless to say, I left it untouched 🤢

    Stopped here for our last meal before leaving, on a recommendation about their steaks. Have to say the steaks were delicious, cooked perfectly and were so tender. No steak knives provided but they were not needed. Lovely desert afterwards. Waiter very pleasant and willingly took photos. Great meal to finish our stay.

    Pro: Nice interior, attentive waiter. Food good but not exceptional. Con: Grumpy reception, ice cold interior with turned off heating while below 10C outside, restrooms unclean. Summary: You pay for the location. Like most places at the riva not worth it.

    PERFECT location! Just steps away from the ferry boat, 10 min walk from the airport bus terminal and smack in the middle of Old Town and the promenade. I got a single twin room (it’s just for one person) and was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great option if you want location above all! The service was nice and friendly (but so am I). Thank you!!

    The service was realy slow and the food was realy bad! Shrimps were old and had almost no meat in them. The carpaccio was so so, but server wil stale bread that just tasted realy dry. Not even a sorry, but just sayd okay when we told the waiter. I don't recommand going here!

    Visiting and was recommended the tomahawk steak. Our waiter Vladimir recommended the meal for all 3 of us and it was phenomenal. Served with mashed potatoes, diced potatoes, cabbage, and an appetizer board of meats and cheese. Would highly recommend.

    Restaurant: Try not to waste your time here (could be taken literally). Serving was actually okay for us and we had no problem with card payments like others mentioned other than that it took some time to get the actual check. Guess some things have progressed a bit. Overall it was just not worth it (quality to cost).

    I wish I could give them O stars. We visited this restaurant on July 13th at around 11.20 and waited for at least 30 minutes and nobody came to us. Waiters looked at us in an unpleasant way and we didn't feel comfortable because of that. We finally had to leave because we wasted too much time waiting for someone to serve us. Don't go there if you don't want to waste your time!

    Our last night in Split was in the wonderful restaurant Adriana. We have choosed the seafood plate for two. It was three types of fish, squid, mussels, crayfish and vegetables. Everything was of the best quality and cooked by perfection. Even the restaurant was full booked we got quickly a table with amazing view. The waiter Volodymyr gave us the best service one can ask for. The restaurant definitely deserves the best reviews❤️

    The drinks are very tasty (I recommend the cucumber gin tonic they serve). But the toilets are somehow really dirty and after talking to two waiters that I can’t go to the toilet because of it (toilet paper was also empty), something happened. They were friendly :). So I recommend it, because I don’t think the toilets always look like this.

    Food was really good, the waiter was very nice, we had a great experience overall, the views are amazing and they also have an inside part of the restaurant and it’s very nice also. I’ve seen all the bad reviews but it wasn’t my experience, you might want to give it a try

    The food and cocktails from the restaurant were incredible and the staff were wonderful, great location overlooking the water. Good music playing and great ambience. Really enjoyed eating here! Would highly recommend.

    Food was terrible and drinks were worse. Service was fine, but the seafood fantasy had dried fish on it. The salmon pasta tasted like cream and day old salmon. Gin and tonics were extremely sweet. Would not recommend.

    We were here for dinner and never again. The service was not nice, slow and we had a feeling we are actually bothering him. Food was overcooked, some weird potatoes side called creamy potatoes and tuna done too much.

    Went to a restaurant on the strip ocean view. Our waiter was Blaz he was fantastic accommodating well mannered. Brought our food and drinks quickly. I recommend this place to the fullest the service was excellent pre-transit great food great drinks great location will be back again. Thank you Blaz for the wonderful experience.

    Our server Marina! She was so attentive and easy going for what we were asking. We just came for some late night drinks and a snack and we were kept supplied with both quickly and she made sure our glasses were never empty! Their fries are excellent!
