A very cozy modernized apartment in old town Split.  Many restaurants and local attractions within easy walking distance.  Everything very clean and comfortable.  TV and WIFI worked well. Everything ran like clockwork.  Staff was polite and courteous.   Recommended!

Very good place to stay. Have been here two times with each time around 3 days. The rooms have a bice double sized bed with a little kitchen area and a nice sized bathroom. The rooms have aircondition and are really good looking. The service here is also very good, and they are always happy!

Excellent accommodation, very clean, comfortable and cool. Mia is a superb manager who was incredibly kind and accommodating. As a family with pre teen children, we stayed in another place in Split but this was the best by far.

Kristina is a very kind and welcoming host. The room we got was new, clean and pretty. We gave 4 stars and not 5 only because we didn't get a room with balcony or facing the cute courtyard of the building. I would recommend to ask for a room with balcony, terrace or an accessible private space outside to enjoy more the warm Split weather.

This is a very choice if you want a reasonably priced apartment that is great and centrally located. It is a few minutes to the old town/palace. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got great tips of restaurants and of anything we asked.

Had an amazing stay at their beautiful courtyard studio apartments. The room was super clean and equipped with everything needed - satellite TV, fast & reliable Internet, comfy bed, big shower, full kitchen, and more. The apartments have their own reception area with extremely helpful and attentive staff that more than once checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. After having stayed at numerous accommodations throughout Croatia for our vacation, we liked Korta the most. Its location in the center of Old Town Split can not be beaten - less than a five-minute walk from most restaurants, attractions, bars, as well as the Riva Boardwalk and world-famous Diocletian's Palace!

Visited a couple years ago, really welcoming hosts! Helped us check in early and get out holiday started. Room was great, only drawback is it didn't come with window. Hosts helped my partner set up a surprise for my bday. Excellent location from Split Riva. Hvala!

It's been a real pleasure to stay in this nice, clean, new and friendly place in Split. I was in a single room, very nice and clean, comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, it is on the ground floor and at the begining I thought it would be noisy or something but not at all, I sleept very good and I woke up with a nice free breackfast!! I asked for a couple of "normal" extra things and they say YES by default. Very nice staff running this place. It is a 5 for me!

Fantastic location in an old part of Split, the apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. We stayed in mid-March, and struggled to find parking in the nearby car parking. If you have no car, and you want to stay in a nice, central part of Split, these apartments are perfect!

I slept very well! They even offered us a complimentary croissant for breakfast! Also check in was so easy and pain free! I would recommend

Perfect apartments on a ideal location. If you are a group of friends who want to be near the center and clubs, family with childern who want to be near beach or couple who want a quite and romance, this is ideal place for all of this. It was fully equipped, cleaned every few days (eventhough it was a slef catering apartment), light snack served in the morning, newly refurbished...

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Split. The Korta Apartments were amazing - brilliantly located just a few minutes' walk from the old town and with friendly staff. The apartment was very clean with good facilties and really comfortable beds.
