Modern, confortable for two and quiet room a few minutes walk from the old town. The owner has 4 rooms there and gave us a 5 star service. We stayed a week and it was excellent. For the city of Split it's a great place to stay for the money.

The rooms are very nice, the location is good. The street is loud, though.

Fantastic recently refurbished rooms all with flat screen TV's, good WiFi and wet rooms with power showers.

En raison de la pandemie, le ménage ne pouvait pas être fait chaque jours cependant des sacs étaient déposés tous les 2 jours avec des serviettes de rechange et du papier toilettes. I booked this place almost half a year before the stay and wasn’t disappointed. Very nice place, great location - walking distance from the old town and close by to food places. The rooms are well equipped and convenient. Everything you need for a short stay in Split. AC is working perfectly, which will save you from day heat.
