(-) Tiny and dark rooms indoor (underground!) with bunker feeling, WIFI doesn't work and there is no mobile signal in the room. It feels like totally isolation from the world. The room was cleaned just one time during 6 days after we asked on the reception. The cleaning was made superficially. (+) Good location -> I don't recommend if you want to have a relaxing holiday.

It's a economical hotel in a very good condition, it's very clean and safe. 24h English-speaking and friendly reception stuff. There is a big parking and very close a small grocery shop. A taxi and a bus stop as well as a bakery shop is not far away. To the periphery of the old town is just 5 minutes walk. Please note that the rooms at -1 don't have a view to the outside. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay in Split.

Perfect! Rooms were underground, the place was amazing! Staff were really nice too! Will defo stay here again next year! Beds were comfy. Loads of space sower was good lovely and clean!

Well priced rooms with excellent location. The rooms are very tidy and clean. The lady at reception was super kind and welcoming, which we did not find in many other places during our visit of the area. In terms of facilities, the bed could be better, it creaked very loudly every time we changed posture during the night. Sound isolation is not great, you won't hear noise from outside the building but you'll definitely hear the late party goers come in at night chatting loudly on the way to their rooms. Other than that everything was as good as you could hope for given the price and great location.

I was staying there this summer. I left a jacket in my room and on the way to the airport called to have it delivered. They gave me the go-ahead and I was grateful. Today and after a hundred long calls giving me, without answering the phone, emails ... I'm still without my jacket. a shame! I pay for the shipment to Spain but either they don't want it, or they have lost it, or they have kept it.

The staff went out of their way to help us settle into Split. Knowing it would be hard to find, the receptionist met us at the taxi in the pouring rain and walked us through the streets to the hotel. We had a good two nights - the room was very clean and tidy. It was a little noisy outside but you're in city centre so location was fantastic. Only issue was air con stopped working due to a shortage, but overall a great place to stay

No outside windows. Very noisy bed on first night so moved to another room for second night. Same problem. Management are aware of this and (apparently) all beds will be changed 'at the end of the season'. We will definatley not return.

Average for price. Rude staff. Bed super uncomfortable and squeaky. Photos look way better than what it actually is. They provide lounge area but the ask you not to lounge ‘because of the guests’. Just disappointing really .

Good location in the heart of split. Apartment is not easy to find. Disadventages: problems with internet (Internet is not working), lack of hot water (especially in the evenings), and no reception desk. the coffee capsules were not replenished on a daily basis. If you wanted to housekeeping service in your room you were supposed to call one day in advance. The same with changing towels. Adventages: price, location, clean room.

It is what it says on the tin. Rooms are all indoors, location is excellent to the main town. 5 minutes walk. Supermarket to the exit of the hotel. Bike hire available. A good service provided.

Hotel pin dropped at incorrect location on maps. (Should be pin dropped outside old town while it was pin dropped next to their sister hotel inside old Town) Also be aware rooms have NO WINDOWS!! Very misleading to booking and reservations are final with no adjustments!

Stayed for two nights, rooms very modern and clean. Great for couples with low budget.
