The rooms were of high quality, Elena the receptionist was friendly and easy to talk to. Location is perfect and right in the city center. Enjoyed our time in split, in large part due to this great accommodation.

Spotless Room and very comfortable beds. Taxi arranged by host Elana from airport and to airport. Brillient service. Elana came up trumps again as my sister left her handbag in taxi. Rang Elana and she had the taxi return to airport with her bag. You couldn't get a nicer person than Elana. Great girl.

We hadn't stayed at a small "rooms" hotel in Croatia until this point, and we were very happy with the experience. Elena was very responsive and helpful both before and during our trip. She had great recommendations for museums, beaches, and tours. The rooms themselves were very nicely designed and renovated. The location was great, just outside the old town and in an area with some nice coffee shops.

The place is ideally located on the perimeter of the busy old town, offering a quiet location while still being just a 7 min walk to the harbour. Elena is a fantastic host and went above and beyond in assisting with requests. She’s also very responsive. Would recommend staying here!

The location is very close to the old town, convenient and many shops ice cream restaurant around. Room is nice and clean. Most importantly Elena is the best host I ever meet, she helped us with all our requirements and even come 630am to help us Carry our luggage. Definitely recommend this place if you come Split!
