Magical Accommodation located in the Diocletian Palace. My friend and I stayed for Ultra Music festival and it was the perfect location. Inchy and Boris were amazing hosts allowing us to use their kitchen, giving us directions, recommending activities and leaving tasty treats out for us. The accommodation was clean, the air-con was a lifesaver and the WiFi was good. I would stay here again.

A bit difficult this review, it depends what you expect! Being slap bang in the middle of the old town was a brilliant location, and Split is great. I had the en-suite room which has good facilities, but a tendency to be hot as it doesn't have an outside window. I think the other rooms had A/C. The window outside of it in the passageway overlooks a small yard with some ambience from the restaurant/bar which quietens down about 10:30. So if you're an out and about person/couple, looking for a cheap place right in the middle, this would be great!

I was here for one night with. A friend and we loved this place. It was very clean, and the owner was very nice and kind. You can always use the kitchen and there is free coffee and tea. I totally recommend this place. An last but not least it has an amazing localization in the center of the ruins, near the temple of Jupiter.

Inchy room is a great stay ! Even though you're right in the middle of the Diocletian palace, it's calm and quiet at night. Inchy and Boris were adorable to us and very helpful throughout our entire stay. There was air conditioning in our room, the bathroom was clean, and we had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this place!

I was here for 4 nights and had a room to myself with the bathroom just next to me. I was given a set of keys when I arrived and Inchy & Boris immediately gave me a map to the entire town and told me the places to visit. The room smelled really fresh when I stepped in and was spacious. There was a/c in the room and fresh towels were provided. The toilet was really well kept and the shower came with a heater. Location wise, it was slightly difficult to find but the location is awesome. Very convenient to everywhere. But be careful when returning at night as there are no lights on the first level where there are no occupants. There are lights right outside the house, you just have to switch it on. All in all, a good stay, would definitely recommend if you like privacy and a home like feeling.
