My friends and I came to stay for one night. Really lovely hosts, beautiful airbnb which was clean and had all the information on how to protect yourself from Covid properly whilst still enjoying your trip. Really great price for such a lovely accommodation. Also in a lovely part of town which had easy access to the shops and Riva promenade. Would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing. Reasonably priced, with excellent accommodation. The staff were wonderful. Warm and accommodating. There is a shared kitchen area in the lower courtyard with a fridge, stove, etc. Very quiet location and perfect for small children. The owners have two children to play with who are very sweet!

It's in a central location. Met by a friendly, informative and welcoming receptionist. Reasonably priced. The wifi was good once it was fixed when the owner was informed and had time to do it. The apartment was pretty clean in general well equipped with useful furnitures and utensils eg. several bedroom lights, cooker, microwave with a good working air con and tv. The water is safe in most places in Croatia and also widely available on tap or public fountains, so hardly bought any. Also the staff cleaned the apartment quite thoroughly after asking, although some crockery could do with a quick wipe and the shower a scrub. Although coincidentally when we stayed there, a few insect bites appeared on his legs and arm, and one on my hand. Thankfully it hasn't caused us too much bother, but just be aware.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our room number 6 was outstanding, it was huge, tastefully decorated, and immaculatly clean. I loved the beams in the roof and the bathroom was beautful. The location was perfect, the owners and staff were also lovley and go out of their way to spend time telling you about their wonderful city and gave us some brilliant reccomendations for dining out and drinks. Overall we loved it and would deffinatly stay here again and reccomend to others.

Really lovely place right in the heart of Split. It has all the things you'd expect such as good sanitation, air-conditioning, etc, and the family who run it are really lovely people who go out of their way to help you if they can. It was true Croatian hospitality. We had a really nice stay, and will definitely return.

The place isn't safe my perfume was stolen from my bag during my staying there. Very bad experience and I dont recommend to anyonr!

Nikolla Apartments and Rooms is beautiful and centrally located! Everything was extremely clean and Antoneta who runs the apartments with her family is wonderful and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived early in the morning, and when we returned after a long day of exploring Old Town Split and the beach all our things were in our beautiful room. The room had two beds which were both very comfortable and a great bathroom. We had plenty of space for all of our things and we were really cozy. The wifi was fast, the air con was strong and the shower was nice and hot. This family business is amazing. We were even able to book a very comfortable ride to the airport from our lovely hosts with her daughter Daniella, at the end of our stay. I am grateful to have found such a lovely and safe place to stay in Split and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you so much Antoneta and family!!! All the best, Karen and Elizabeth
