The owner is really nice and helpful. He dropped us to he center free of cost with his car. The rooms are as they are shown in the picture. The food at the restaurant was also more tasty and less expensive than the city. I highly recommend Palma rooms.

Very beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. The host there, Vladimir, is the nicest person you will see, he is very helpful, hospitable, and generous. Will definitely come again.

A high quality hotel really, although its sign board is small and low profile. In a morden part of the Split with some high profile companies as its neighbours.

Wow!!! What an unbelievable place. We we're late coming into split and looking for a place to stay. Luckily when we pulled up our maps this place was close by. We stopped in as the restaurant downstairs was closing and asked for 2 rooms. Right away the owner came out to welcome us and gave us a place to stay. Jakov opened up the kitchen again for us as we were starving and gave us the company of a lifetime. We felt like family to him (even though we just met an hour before that). The spread that he put out and also the breakfast that's included was super from start to finish!! If you are looking for a great spot right outside of the city center (remember parking is hard to come by, this place has it's own garage right next door!!!) Come here and you will NOT be disappointed!!! 🥰 Thank you for everything!!!!!

owner is wonderfull person, room was extra spacious and clean, for breakfast we got special vegan meal, really delicious we will definitly come back again

Decent proximity to old town with a few casinos/restauramts/markets close by. Wonderful owners. Rooms were very large with two toilets each; perfect for rooms with 3 people. Bar downstairs has service for very cheap. Breakfast is mostly just typical English breakfast but very nice. Awesome night staff (jacob) ensure security and service at any time

Very nice and cosy place to stay with an excellent staff who makes great efforts for it's customers. Rooms are comfortable, with each room named after a major place in that region of the Dalmatian coast, having beautiful painting on the wall that represents that place. It also has a restaurant called 'Konoba more' that serves tasty local food and have a range of fish dishes. This restaurant also have a beautiful decor, the greatest catch of which is, 200 year old piano. City center (Diocletian palace and Riva promenade) are close by and have easy access from the hotel.

I was in town for a conference and this was great place to sleep. The rooms are cosy and very clean. The breakfast they served every the morning was fantastic and very large. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I was here with a friend on a lads holiday in May. I really have only good things to say. The owners of the hotel were super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant underneath has really good breakfast and you get a 15% discount by eating there during other meals. Would greatly recommend.
