Great service, nice staff, perfectly clean, quiet neighborhood and only 2 minutes walk from main street and bus stop. It's just two bus stops or 15 minute walk away from old town. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. And of course, price is a bargain. Would recommend it anytime and will definitely be back.

5/5 Fantastic! Super friendly staff, reserved a room a month in advance, no problem. Located near the law university, not too far from the bus and train station, and about a 5 minute walk from Joker shopping mall. The room itself is small, but very nicely set up. No kitchen, but a fridge, tv, AC, king sized bed, bathroom with a spacious shower stall. Maybe a minor thing but it really helped me, I forgot to bring any soap, the bathroom and shower each have a liquid soap/shampoo dispenser. Excellent sound dampening, the only time I could hear the neighbors was when someone was in the hallway, not once did I hear them in their rooms. Excellent place to stay, would definitely go again.

Location is perfect. Good restaurants & bars, grocery shopping all within 3min or less of walk. Close to city center within 11min walk. A bit difficult to find but our Uber guy was helpful and call BVB rooms. I got all information ahead of my stay by WhatsApp. It's all self check-in no contact involved. Room is super clean, has all necessary items and Wi-Fi works well. It has fridge, wine opener, cups etc.., truly recommend

Very clean and modern room. You can hear someone cleaning the room next door at around 9/10AM which was a bit too loud sometimes. If you're an early bird then you won't mind I guess. Uncomplicated check in and out (:

Great location (near restaurants, bars, supermarkets and at a 10min to the center of Split). Quiet place, with free parking in the street. Felt super safe in the area. Host send information via WhatsApp. Bed super comfortable. WC small, but with everything needed.

Good value for money, not too far from the city center. The room was clean and large. Overall would recommend.

Room was amazing, with everything you need. Big boiler, hair dryier, fridge and comfy bed. 10 minutes walking to city center and many bar/shops very close.

He firstly acepted my reservation 21:13 and after 20 minutes after he checkd my id he saw i am younger guy then he told me sobody has resved it.Realy bad person and watch out for yours stuff beacuse he can steel when you are not in apartmant
