The most pleasant meal surprise of my time in Split! Only had an hour and was able to get two drinks and a delicious Croatian style burrito all in under 40 minutes. Waiter was super friendly and a good conversationalist. Service was prompt, and food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. A hidden non-touristy gem right on the doorstep of the main tourist drag. Try the plavac mali wine too, it’s delicious with a nice body to it even when chilled.

Overall food was better than fantastic. The service was exceptional. The owner Vinko was super conversational and was very enthusiastic about the food. We first came there for lunch and I got the ‘more love’ burrito and after that we knew we had to come back. So the next morning we came back for breakfast and got the ‘Fela Kuti Bowl’ with the ‘Forrest Smoothie’. We will definitely be coming back.

We came here because we saw good reviews and it was a short walk from our friends house. The menu looked super simple, but honestly everything was fantastic and full of flavor! (We clearly know now why it’s reviews are so amazing). The server (maybe owner) is the friendliest guy with the best vibes- he just gives off the best energy making you feel so welcome. Such a hidden gem of Split, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice breakfast or lunch.

Great breakfast spot! I came here twice during my time in Split because I just loved the food and vibe so much! The first time I had the More Love Burrito and the 2nd I had the BOKUN Sandwich- equally as good as each other but I the pickled ginger in the sandwich really set it apart, great mix of flavours. The owner is welcoming and happy to help with any questions you may have regarding local eateries and gave me some great recommendations, including dishes I should try. Set back from the promenade down a little walkway, I found it a great place to enjoy a tasty breakfast before heading off for the day. Chilled ambient music and service spot on! I’m only sad I didn’t get to try the breakfast bowls as they looked so good, but there’s always next time!

Great place to grab brunch. Can recommend veggie sandwich and veggie wrap, the watermelon smoothie was a bit sour (expected it to be on the sweeter side) Staff was very friendly and service was fairly quick. The place gets crowded in the mornings. We had to wait for 10-15 mins.

The place itself is quite hidden, on a side street sheltered from the noisy main road nearby. It has a warm atmosphere and doesn't seem to get crowded. There is both in and outside seating. The breakfast served here is incredible and all of the food is very low cost for the great quality. The menu is translated into English and service is fast, with a friendly waiter. I would recommend to any tourists visiting Split, it was very much worth it.

The breakfast bowls were really good and we liked the chilled vibe inside. The guys making the coffee and food were also great!

What a place we found! We had breakfast here every morning in Split and what a lovely way it was to start the day. 10/10 food and 10/10 service. Highly recommend this place especially the forest wonder smoothie & the breakfast bowls. Music taste was top notch too!

Really chill place, nicely setup outdoor area. Can't host too many people, which keeps it from feeling crowded. Food has been great, one of our favorite breakfast spots during our holiday!

Leave the super touristy harbor with overpriced not so tasty food and walk on over to Bokun. You will not be disappointed! I came here twice during my stay in Split and both times I was very impressed. The food is fresh, locally sourced, and very tasty. The main guy (the owner?) is a little snarky to customers that don’t have patience, but I think it makes it even more a vibe. Come to relax on the patio, wait to be served (might be a minute because it’s a small staff) and enjoy watching people pass by! Also a great spot for an iced coffee which is sort of hard to find in Europe.

Nice place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Service and food were great. Unfortunately I had one of the last meals before they shutdown for the season. Make sure you come back in the spring

Cozy brunch/lunch place very close to the center. The burrito was very tasty with loads of fresh grilled vegetables, eggs and bacon; definitely soul food to make you happy!

Best burrito I’ve ever had & the guys were super friendly. I tried the espresso with fresh cream it was super tasty! I can tell the ingredients were fresh. This place is underrated!! Not to mention the cute tall server with curly hair, great view in the morning 🤭

A real authentic spot for breakfast or brunch. We had the breakfast bowls, it was so good that we went back the next day. Try the coffee with cold cream, its amazing! Very friendly staff and excellent service. Last, we really enjoy the choice of music and atmosphere for starting the day.

Great service. Breakfast was filling. I did not want the bacon and they replaced it with another egg. One of the better breakfast I had in Spilt so far.

I've had bokun vege. It wasn't bad at all, the bun was really nice, vegetables too. Tho for me it lacked flavour. It really needs something savory like pickled onions (or even caramelised). Food I would rate 4, but I rated the cafe 3 because there is no light inside or outside so it seems pretty dark. Also the chairs outside where I'm sitting they don't look great (despite them being very comfortable!) You could really use some lamps or lanterns outside, maybe add more decor and change these atrocious table sheets.. On the picture there is a bokun vege (there was an olive on the toothpick but I ate it) 🤣

We wanted to find a cosy place to eat dinner on our last day - we ended up finding our favourite place in Split! Please do follow Vinko's recommendations. He definitely knows what is doing in his bar & his kitchen. Premium quality vegetables km0 and one of the best sandwich bun I have ever tried. Bruschetta was also super nice. Two sandwiches, one bruschetta & a couple of cocktails each for less than 200 kunas. Music was jazzy, relaxing & we could find the chill atmosphere we were looking for. Thanks for outstanding experience!

We had a quick breakfast here and it was delicious!! Very good portion size (not to big, but def enough). We both ate a breakfastbowl, very nutritious and nicely made up. The coffee was a good. They used fruits from a local farm. Everything tasted fresh and the service was very quick even early in the morning ;)

The BEST place is Split. The staff is amazingly friendly, the food is so tasty and beer is local and so good! I recommend this to anyone that would come to the city! Been there 3 times and I wish I had such a place back home! 5+ stars all day long :)

This place was amazing. The food was so rich & full of flavor. Simple but very well thought out menu, locally farm sourced ingredients. The music was on point as was the atmosphere. We were served & tended to by the owner 12/10 would recommend!

The only thing I regret is not coming here sooner. The food is delicious and healthy, made with love. Good prices too! Coffee is also delicious. The guys are precious, they even helped an old lady carry her stuff to her nearby’s home. Would definetly recommend!

Wow! This place is beautifully fresh and tasty. We went for breakfast and lunch on the same day it is that good! We wanted to find food away from the tourist-y restaurants and some good hearty food - look no further! And much more reasonable prices. You must visit here if you are in Split!

Absolutely amazing service, very charismatic waiter Vinco - apologies if i misspell the name. Great coffee! Was a staple when we were staying in Split. He gave awesome recommendations about the city, great food places and Kasjuni beach - made our trip even better.

So glad we decided to pop in. Literally hidden in a little alley way this spot has the best vibes. The owner is so pleasant and uses local bakers & ingredients from farmers to constantly switch up the menu. We both ordered club sandwiches and the flavours were so fresh and delicious. I ordered a salad cause I wanted more from this place. Prices were very fair- bring cash to tip!! Don’t pass this spot up

Asked for a latte and got a cappuccino instead. The yogurt bowl with fruits is very small and tasteless. On the other side the sandwiches are good. About the service... The employee which at the end served us was very nice, but the one inside looked bad at us when we asked for a table, he makes people run away 😅 I would not go back there

Absolutely great place! Perfect spot for a healthy and delicious brunch. Food is fresh and so full of flavour. The venue itself is very stylish but in a relaxed way, chill music and the server (maybe owner at the same time?) is such an attentive and friendly guy, he made us feel so welcomed with his attitude. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to eat tasty food and avoid crowds.
