Very clean room, sophisticated interiors and a thoughtful staff - five out of five stars, my wife and I would stay again. We left early for the ferry and they made sure we had to go boxes from the just-opening breakfast buffet for our ride.

A thought fully renovated heritage mansion with beautiful art deco accents. This boutique hotel has all the modern comforts equating to international 4 star properties. The staff is very friendly and eager to help for whichever needs you may have. The only comfort missing is a pool to plunge into during those hot summer afternoons, but then again the property is only a short 5 Min walk from the harbour!

Great design hotel in Split. It’s just outside the old town, so not too noisy but very central. Less than a 10 minute walk to the promenade. Rooms are cosy and stylish and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was our first stop in Croatia. The staff was simply amazing,.. Always cheerfully greeting us, one guy worked for over 30 minutes just trying to find us a restaurant that was open. We ended up going to an amazingly good restaurant. The breakfast was perfect. I especially liked the yogurt and the made to order omelette. The rooms were comfortable and nice. Everything was within walking distance to all the action in Split, but removed enough to find the hotel peaceful.

Overall satisfaction! Quite close location to old city. Kindful &friendly staff. Cozy room with lovely white tone room. Do not miss here if you'd like to stay in Split.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, close to old town but just away from the bustle. Easy to relax here and enjoy this beautiful port city.

We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights at this hotel. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Our twin bed room is quiet, clean and very comfortable ! The hotel staff were all lovely and quite friendly from the beginning to the end. I think I love Split more because of my experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel. We love the design. The people were wonderful and helped us in so many ways. My wife accidentally left her watch in the room and they mailed it to her next travel location the same day. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Wonderful experience. Quick walk to the palace and Riva.

Not worth 1/4 of the price. Stayed elsewhere in croatia several times for better accommodations at a fraction of the price. Bed sizes were exaggerated, no parking, no laundry service or facilities, no restaurant, no closet or place to hang anything, weak shower with fluctuating temps, soap smells awful. Clean, close to diocletians. Worst night in a week

Location- Can't get better! 1min walk from bus stop for all major intra-city buses (Got down here from bus #37 from Airport). 5mins walk to main bus station (Bus #37 for Airport and Trogir initiates here) 3 mins walk to Golden gate of Diocletian Palace. Breakfast - was great. On demand Omelet and Crepes. Rooms- Clean, neat and tidy! Nice view of Palace. Staff - Very helpful , super friendly. Helped us in recommendations for travel around /inter cities.

"Friendly Charming Hotel in a good location" We booked this Accor hotel directly from them as we were a big group of family with demands. Zlata was really amazing! She accommodated all our requirements. She was always prompt in replying my emails. We arrived late at night for our 3 nights stay and had help from 2 gentlemen in getting our group luggage in. All our keycards were ready for us and there was welcome drinks consisting of wine and juices. The rooms aren't very big but they were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It looked new. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast was ordered to make with choices given. We've been traveling for so many days and I can say that the breakfast here was the best. The servers were patient with all our request and got us our breakfast promptly. The reception staff always greeted us with smiles whenever we walk pass them. Another great thing about this hotel is its location. Its in walking distance to all major attractions, old town and restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend my friends to go stay there.

Great hotel! Love the feel from the moment you walk in. It also has a kind and effective staff. The rooms are not large, but the quality overcomes the lack of quantity. The short walk into the ancient city is amazing. Only place I have stayed in Split....may be the only place I ever will! Love it.

Glad we found this hotel as a good rate as it was new, I can see the price really increasing over time when it gets more discovered. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The hotel is obviously new and the interior design of the room was incredible, definitely my type of style so was very happy. The room has a balcony which was massive and a great sized bathroom. The room and general hotel areas were really clean and had such an elegant feel around them. The staff were super friendly and were always welcoming, helpful and spoke a great standard of English. They always had useful recommendations. Breakfast was good in the morning with a good selection of foods with a continental style. Hotel has parking too for €15 a day.

I booked this MGallery hotel in Split for two consecutive nights. As a payment I‘ve choosen a cash and points option, as I could do so as a member of their loyalty program. I booked a loft room and upon arrival I received a superior room. To be honest I couldn’t figure out what’s the difference. The room was nicely designed with high ceilings and it was quite new, as the entire hotel. It was not very spacious, but quiet. Another thing I didn’t understand is, that the welcome drink was a non alcoholic beverage only. As far as I understood, they don’t have a bar or restaurant, except for breakfast, but room service only. I didn’t book the breakfast. Nevertheless I liked this hotel and I enjoyed the stay and would choose it again, although it was a different hotel experience compared to other MGallerys I‘ve stayed in. It‘s located just outside of the city center and staff was nice during my stay.

Design hotel just outside the old town. Rooms are cosy and stylish. Breakfast was tasty but with limited choice. Small car park and no swimming pool which is bad compared to other and cheaper hotels in Split.

Amazing BRAND NEW boutique hotel, ideally located right outside of the old town (which is great to escape the buzz from the narrow streets, and within easy walking distance from all the sights). Only the very best has been used for the refurbishment of this art nouveau building. Linens, beds, amenities (Molton Brown)…all is of the highest quality. Nice welcome cookies and personalised welcome letter. Staff is extremely friendly, there is a useful parking, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside are the few common areas. Nonetheless, this is THE place to go when in Split. TOP, TOP, TOP!

Amazing place to stay! The staff were highly professional but also very personable - a kind team working hard to make their guests happy. We made a very last-minute decision to go to Split, and Bruno was exceptionally helpful and polite on the phone - it made the whole same-day booking process much less stressful. The building itself and the furnishings are absolutely stunning: true to Fermai’s Art Nouveau roots with a uniquely Mediterranean twist. All very boutique, but not at the cost of comfort or functionality. I couldn’t resist asking reception who the interior designers were (Franic Sekoranja, I am told) - it is just so special and they get all the details right. We were actually going to stay at another place for our third and final night, but once we’d checked in, extending our stay at Fermai was a no-brainer. Breakfast is lovely - good buffet and a selection of warm/cooked options. Some local cakes, strudels, meats and cheeses as well as the “usual” selection. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family. I can also see it working really well for business travelers. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and loved it. Rooms are nice, clean, modern, and well lit. The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to help navigate for first timers in Split.
