Good but too expensive. In Sydney you pay roughly 4 AUD for a flatwhite and here they charge you almost 5 Euro.... thats almost double. Smh at least the coffee was good but pricing is horrible there and keep in mind what someone from Sydney earns in comparison to someone from Split. Wondering if locals even get a chance to have good affordable coffee in their own city?

Maria was an excellent 👌🏻 host with very good qualities of barista & storyteller 😍👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 A little positive feedback => BRING MORE DIFFERENT ORIGINS (Brazil is only for the basic or uninitiated people in specialty!!!😉) Lactose free milk 🥛 (dairy not vegetarian) would be a cheap option since experts estimate that about 68 % percent of the world's population has lactose malabsorption 🤫😉 The place and the position of the coffee shop combined with Maria would or should be a top 🔝 spot in specialty 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

By far the best coffee we’ve had in Croatia. As Melbourne coffee snobs, my partner and I have found it quite a challenge to get good coffee in Croatia. Look no further, Tinel is #1 Tinel is a small coffee shop tucked away in the streets of Split offering fabulous coffee. There are limited food options but for coffee, Tinel beats all else. Matej is a great barista who happily shared recommendations for places to explore in Croatia and Slovenia. Thanks for the great coffee and chats!

Excellent coffee! The traditional cookie which is like a raviolo has an almond filling which compliments the coffee. I ordered a flat white and it was one of the best coffees I’ve had. The cafe has some seating and tables inside which was nice. The barista is very knowledgeable and gave great tips on how to best extract the coffee. They also sell coffee beans which are reasonably priced. I bought two bags of coffee beans to take back home. Highly recommended!

Bought a very delicious coffee and also had a nice local specialty snack „Rafiol“. I highly recommend trying it! The service is really nice and friendly, the prices are good. We came back often during our stay at Croatia. You can take everything to go, but there also 3 tables inside.

It's a very small and cute coffee shop. The service was great and the drinks are nice. There is a huge selection of different types of coffee and the seats are comfortable. The drinks are ready to go in less than a minute.

Do not miss. Perfect brew. Expert pour. Great service. Ideal coffee spot in Split. It’s quite a rarity in this part of the world but you won’t find better quality coffee, the likes of which are normally confirmed to Melbourne or the hipster haunts of side street London. To top it off the operator is friendly, happy to talk through the offering and the place is set up for a comfortable coffee experience

This is a perfect little coffee shop to stop by and grab coffee and a small snack. Espresso is fantastic, and the only local place i found that sells bean. Baristas we’re great each time I went in, and so welcoming.

Small and nice place with just a few tables to sit, here you can definitely enjoy a great coffee with a cookie or a croissant. I loved it ☕🍪🥐

Really small coffee shop with a few tables. Good service. I loved my iced vanilla latte I had here. But the chai tea latte was not good. Hard to describe the taste but it was lacking the chai tea flavor. The good latte makes up for it though.

The coffee at Tinel is good! Better than many cafes in town. I would recommend the Flat White and the almond croissant! The shop’s space is quite small but if you can find a table it is a nice place to relax. Because the space is small, I tend to go elsewhere to work/study/etc. A quick coffee stop here is enjoyable and I would recommend!

Beautiful seating in a cool street under a fig tree, basic but tasty coffee. It's a shame that this place uses outdated early 2000s glasses for iced coffee 🙃 Triggered a bad trip down the childhood memory lane. Please buy new ones!!!

Easily the best coffee I had in Croatia. They do a large variety and have multiple milk options. If you get in early enough you'll be able to get their cold brew which is very good. I'm glad we were staying around the corner from this place and found it early. If you're a pretentious coffee snob like me and need your caffeine fix this is the place to get it.

As a coffee lover, there is nothing better when travelling to a foreign country than finding a brilliant coffee shop. Our iced lattes and cold brew were perfect every visit. Highly recommend.

A cozy cafe with air-conditioned seating inside and one bench in front. Very good coffee, friendly staff. In addition, close to Riva, I recommend visiting.

Very good pour-over (V60) made by a barista who knows good coffee. What more can you ask? A good selection of high quality and well-roasted beans. Snacks are limited, but you don’t come here for those. Overall, excellent experience!

Great place, friendly staff, good coffee (and if you want yours hotter than warm). Very tasty traditional cookie with almonds, lemons zest and rose. They have some lite bites as well like croissants and toasts. They do coffee to go

While in Split for a week, my girlfriend and I visited this shop every day but one. The staff we fantastic and even in that short time, we built a wonderful rapport with them and they gave us some great recommendations for the local area. The coffee was top quality and I personally sampled various different types of drinks that were available on the menu. The croissants were freshly delivered from the local baker and were well received and the breakfast and Croatian cookies were also outstanding. When we come back to Croatia, we will definitely be coming back and stopping in. I wish them the best with their business and hope to seen them again.

🫤 Good food and drinks. The food portions are on the smaller side. The waitress added a 15€ tip to the bill when we wanted to pay by card without asking how much we want to give.
