We stayed here and can say that it’s a very good deal, specially for the compatibly little price (we paid 50€ for a double room). The interior feels very valuable: thick, soft carpet in the rooms, many windows, even in the bathroom, good quality linen and sheets and very generous size of the rooms with lots of space for suitcase, to hang clothes, to sit and even to work (there is a little desk). The wifi is very good we well - I had to work 3 days and could chose between the desk in my room and the nice and quiet tables in the lobby. In the Lobby there is also free coffee which tastes very good. The staff is absolutely lovely, both the cleaning ladies and the Woman from the reception. Only one thing: the jacuzzi and roof top terrace belong to the suite, it’s not for everyone. But the pool is nice as well, although we did not use it. Of course the location is not the very best, it’s not in the old town, but one could see that on google maps and it’s just a couple of minutes per taxi/uber to get there, so no problem at all. Would recommend the place 100%!

We stayed at Bel residence for 5 nights. We arrived quite late so they left everything we needed out for us to be able to sleep and then check in comfortable the next day. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help. There is a pool on the premises too. It is right by the hospital, and if you are arranging an Uber, the pick up is by the hospital so factor that in to your pick up time. It's about a 8 minute stroll. The hotel is in a quite part, with the centre and port are a short drive away. However, there is lots nearby in the form of restaurants, tennis bar and some beach clubs too.Everything within 15-30 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in a quieter part then this is a good option. I didn't hear any ambulances but my friend did, so bear that in mind if it might bother you when you are in the room.

Todella hyvä paikka suosittelen. Meillä oli kattohuoneisto ja oma jacuzzi. Alkuun ei osattu laittaa jacuzzin lämpöä isommalle mutta sitten sekin oli helppoa. Hienot näköalat, sai ottaa kahvikoneesta ilmasia juomia ja croisantteja oli myös. Uima-allas oli kylmä ja aurinkotuoleja aika vähän mutta meitä se ei haitannut kun oli omalla kattoterassilla tilaa. Täältä pääsi helposti kaikkialle autolla tai kävellen. Näkymä oli todella hieno. Henkilökunta tosi mukava. Alkuun oli hieman vaikea löytää parin mutkan takana mutta hotellin yläkulmassa lukee iso bel residence. Tykkäsimme.

Such an amazing place, top class service, very clean and modern object, nice pool, pretty close to beach and old town, absolutely worth its price.

Modern & clean hotel, a bit ridged receptionist girl... Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and functional. Quiet all together. Located besides big hospital.

Absolutely A+ Customer Service from Carla & Anna and the rest of the staff. My 1st impression upon a warm friendly welcome was "Wowza this place is Clean, Smells lovely and very Sleekly Modern chill vibes and look." Highly recommend staying here for so many reasons I'll start a list: Excellent customer service; very helpful with any questions you may have or advice and have fun personalities. Coffee machine at reception (free 24hr) 7 min walk from the coast/beach where you can swim, bars to eat drink etc. 20 min walk to the main part of Split (simple journey after the first time you won't get lost) Bus stop outside Parking available Hopefully this review helps you with your decision on where to stay, enjoy! Great short stay in Bell Residence, clean and comfortable ❤️beds are just amazing, spotless bathroom and beautiful balcony. We were here on a business trip, shared a room with a colleague. I didn't like that the sink was outside the bathroom. The room was clean, but the staircase was not very clean, a lot of coffee stains on the floor. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus! Very nice and friendly staff.

We visited croatia in may2021 at the perfect time for the weather and without too much tourists. The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Super clean with comfy beds and a beautiful pool to enjoy after a day of visiting the city. Will come back for sure !!!

The staff went so out of their way to make our stay amazing. We were celebrating a hen party and the hotel staff decorated our surprise room for our friend, it was honestly so thoughtful and kind. The pool is great, the beds were lovely, rooms were well air conditioned. My only request is that there is a different type of breakfast items served instead of the small croissants with no butter/jam etc. other than that the stay was perfect, would highly recommend and would revisit!

Privately owned hotel that is situated in the midst of everything, modern architecture and sunny, bright and spacious rooms gives you comforth and great stay for your money. Service is pleasing and always eager to help out with whatever you might need during your stay.

Had a wonderful 2 days at Bel Residence. The staff was very helpful, serviceminded and polite. The room was perfect for me and my bf, situated with everything we needed. Bel Residence is a little outside of the centrum but still has everything you need in walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Split :)

Beautiful rooms. Unfortunately pool not open yet but weather not warm enough yet anyway. It's a good 30 minute walk to the old town.

Anna is so lovely and made our trip. She organized tours, transport, places to eat and just did everything she could to make our trip memorable. Although the pool was not open Due to the wind during our stay, she totally made up for it. Would visit again
