It’s half hour drive from airport, the view is wonderful, the staff was absolutely helpful and smiling all the time, Karlo was really nice to us, we enjoyed our stay with you! THE BEACH is so good that when we were on our Uber from airport, the driver told us as a local resident this beach is his go to beach, only 4-5 local people are there during the day, not too big but really beautiful, will definitely come again if I got the chance!(not sure why the wifi works fine for the smart TV but on phone is weak tho) (lots of cute homeless cats near)

Parkplatzsituation in dieser Gegend ist leider sehr schlecht, das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung stimmt bei dieser Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall!

Great place to stay. We stayed in one of the 2 apartments under the bar with the most exceptional view. Free parking was a huge bonus and was easy to get a space, but it was November so am thinking it might be a bit tight in the summer. Other guests have commented about tiny bathroom space but I can't concur. There was s bit of noise from the bar above but given the view and amenity it was small change. Stairs to apartment are definitely not wheel chair accessible but are not a problem otherwise. Local neighborhood is compact with some great cafes but not many affordable restaurants unless you are cashed up. We chose to catch the bus (number 25) from Stobrec central, a 5 minute walk from the hotel which only cost 2a euro's per punter into Split. Consierge supplied timetables and town maps which was a big help. Kitchen was pretty good but a bit frustrating for me as I was not used to an induction stovetop but Marko from the hotel came and showed me how to drive it. Sunset on the balcony was sublime! Would return happily.

Nice small hotel, very far from the city's central area, but 2 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are new and big but the shower is tiny, we could not really sit on the toilet seat because it was right next to the shower which blocked it. The breakfast was nice, they make you eggs if you ask from them, and the staff was kind and helpful. There's a lot of free public parking around, but it gets full very fast with locals parking there to go to the beach.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach and nice restaurants. Rooms facing the sea with beautiful view. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a nice stay for 3 days.

So glad we decided to stay here. The staff were welcoming and friendly on checking in, recommending us good places to go and to eat in the local area. The rooms are modern and well equipped, the only downside being the en-suite which served almost as a wet room, as there was no shower door. Basically meaning due to the small size of the en-suite, anytime anyone had a shower, the whole bathroom was soaked. Not a big issue, just something to note. Location is great too. Close enough to Split to go if you want, 12€ ish for an Uber in to town. Do not get the local Split taxis though, one tried to charge us 60€ for the 10 minute drive. Only when showing him what an Uber costs did we get him to come down to 30€ - still twice the price of an Uber. The number 25 bus can also be got into Split for 2€ a person, and takes 30 mins. It leaves from the bus stop in the centre of the village. The beach bar across the street is one of the nicest places I've ever sat and had a drink. The balcony hangs over the stony beach below and looks over the coastline. The bar is also extremely cheap. We paid 1/3 the price for a beer than we paid in Split. All in all, we would stay again next time we're in Croatia.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con mi pareja. La atención es excelente el personal muy amable 10/10!. La habitación es chica pero cómoda, tiene lo que necesitas. Solo falta una heladera pero nada grave. El desayuno es simple pero muy rico y nos ofrecían huevos revueltos por la mañana. Si vas en auto se puede estacionar enfrente gratis. Tiene una playa enfrente del Hotel que es muy linda y familiar, vale la pena quedarse allí ya que las playas de split ciudad no son muy lindas. La zona es muy segura y a 300m del hotel hay restaurants y para cambiar dinero. Recomiendo y volvería en un futuro.
