You get what you see! Spacious room, super clean with a wonderful view! The hostess is very kind, friendly and helpful. Excellent quality of service and value for money.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Restaurant down stairs has amazing pizza.

It was the best hotel experience I've ever had! The rooms are big, there is a 2 person bed, a big couch, TV, desk, big dresser. The shower is nice and strong and also wide enough to comfortable move around. The service is incredible! We had breakfast and it was too much for us so we asked for a doggy bag. No problem they even asked if we wanted to add more of the products. There was a lot of choice, even when you are vegetarian. Dinner at the restaurant was good: price/quality/quantity. We also asked for a lunch packet when we went to the plitvice lakes and again no problem! It was more than expected. TLDR: Friendly, generous and a great price.

A little tricky to find & slightly rough roads. Only stairs, no lift. However, parking was directly outside, welcome was warm, room was a good size & well appointed: large fridge, kettle provided on request, comfy beds, clean & new, quiet air-conditioning, good shower, small balcony, but great for drying clothes. Restaurant underneath was good value & we enjoyed the food.

Great location, great room with a fridge and a balcony overlooking the sea. Family run business and the owners are very friendly and nice. The restaurant is really good. Can't say enough nice things about the place.

Very beautiful apartment with nice view room. The host is so friendly and gives us a warm welcome. Also the pizza and risotto from there restaurant are so dame good!!

Very neat and very comfy modern bed and breakfast apartments. Restaurant has excellent food at affordable prices as well. A lot more value for your money than what you would find in Split town centre.

just a beautiful place to have a perfect summer vacation. Stipe (host) and his family do really everything to make you feel comfortable. The food in the restaurant (which also belongs to the hotel) serves delicious food (see the pictures) at a very fair price. You can rent bikes for free and Stipe will give you a lot of recommendations if you ask him. We had some really awesome days here at Stobrec. Hope to come back some day.

Great place for closing the deals. Great and fresh food, especially bread and meat (pizzas also) from bread oven! I strongly recommend!

Our experience at Rooms Margarita several years ago was very nice. Good lodging and nice meals. I am very glad that Rooms Margarita is still doing fine. I wish the family (all of them were very helpful and friendly) running this place all the best! We hope to visit you one more time.

10/10. Really nice room we had with the terraces. Lovely view, lot of towels, a nice powerful hair dryer and oh the bed… what a great bed. I’m really going to miss that bed. Also, I enjoyed the vanilla Nescafé they offer at the room. Lovey stay, thank you!

Rooms are perfect location is quite 4k out of the center of Split… The owner and the staff are super friendly not to mention about their restaurant that is a must to eat..!!! With a Bolt or Uber you have to pay 8€ and escape the parking nightmare in Split. Definitely would be me first choice when ever I’ll be in Split…!!!
