From the moment we booked until the moment we left we were treated like royalty. A parking space was reserved for us upon our arrival. The staff, Ivan and margarita were both amazing. The gave excellent recommendations on food, places to visit, beaches, etc and really made poor our a fantastic one. The apartment itself was lovely, and fully kitted out. The centre of split was a five minute walk away. The food we had was delicious and all well priced. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. One of my best holidays ever. Stay here. It's a small apartment. Short 3 min walk to the walled city. I know it's difficult to find coz u check in from the garage area. Jus figure it out. Well worth it for the full size bathroom, hot shower, kitchen and living area. GREAT value! I'll try and post a picture from the front door(which u will be using)

This place is fantastic with friendly and helpful service. When we arrived in split we turned up at the vestibule Hotel (by mistake). It was midnight and there was a thunderstorm. The concierge was so kind- she offered us water and even offered for us to stay at the hotel suite for the night so she could arrange their golf cart to take us to the nearby residence in the morning- we gratefully declined and made our way to the nearby residence apartment. The Residence is in a quiet part of Split about 15min walk to the old town. Apartment was huge and new. Very clean, comfy bed, good security, balcony, and good shower with plenty of water pressure. The residence staff were wonderful and provided Great dinner and sightseeing recommendation. They even arranged for the golf cart to take us to our departing ferry. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot even express in words how happy we were staying here. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. It was so clean and in such a nice location. I would definitely stay here again.

Boutique style apartments This modern apartment hotel is in a great location just a short 5-minute walk from Diocletian’s Palace. Our studio apartment was modern, spacious and well designed with 2 flat screen TVs, a lovely bathroom with a rain shower, nice toiletries, fluffy linens, super comfortable bed, a sunny balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. If you have a car, there is parking beneath the apartment complex (by reservation for an extra cost of €20 per day). Big thumbs up for the daily housekeeping service too! There are some very noisy peacocks in the neighbourhood, but we didn’t notice the noise at night as we slept with the doors closed!

Beautiful apartments, very nice and welcoming staff. Excellent location, walking distance from all major hotspots. If arriving by car, there is a private garage to park so it is very convenient! Highly recommended!

You get a great room. But there's no breakfast. There's ne pool. There's no work out room. Sooooo. It does not have a lot of stuff but the rooms are great!!! And it's very new! It's only three years old! It has underground parking. It's very good in my opinion. If you are going to stay for 1-2 night(s)

Modern quiet apartments just a short walk from old Split. Friendly staff, garage parking, and very safe. Rooms were clean and modern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel were both professional and friendly. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any questions or requests made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, which added to the overall positive experience. It was easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a great choice for travelers. The room I stayed in was of a good size, providing ample space and comfort during my stay. The well-appointed room contributed to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. While the stay was enjoyable, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be even more convenient if parking were included as part of the stay, as this would eliminate any extra hassle for guests. Additionally, having a coffee machine in the room would be a welcome addition for those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfort of their own space. Overall, my stay at this hotel was positive, thanks to the excellent staff, convenient location, and comfortable room. With a few minor enhancements, it could become an even more attractive choice for travelers.
