Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, let us stay and check out late as our flight wasnt until the evening. Rooms were very clean as was the outside area. Location particularly good.

The service of both the reception staff were amazing. The pool after a long day at the beach (joke on how lazy days are in split) is refreshing. Get a aperol spritz and just enjoy. The staircase is amazing. The grounds beautiful and the overall vibe is spectacular. I loved this place and the location to shops and anything you need is amazing. We had the balcony which was extra special.

A nice hotel for the price, but with some room for improvement. I believe this is a relatively new hotel still finding its feet. The positives: - nice pool and hot tub - friendly staff - central location - comfortable bed - the hotel very kindly arranged for a laundry service during our stay To be improved: - check in could have been smoother - we waited for a while and had to call the landline in order to be seen and let in and nobody was around when we needed to check out; - no breakfast within the hotel itself (breakfast was included within our online booking, so the hotel kindly arranged for us to have breakfast each morning across the street at Šug, but the options were limited and there was a shortage of ingredients) - the bedroom was quite small with limited amounts of natural light. If you’re spending lots of time in the room, it can soon become stifling. If you’re planning to only use the room for sleeping, I don’t expect it will be an issue. I believe that other rooms are larger, so if you are staying for a few nights then ask for a larger room in advance. - rooms aren’t soundproofed (but neither are many rooms in the city centre) - lower quality toiletries (lavender is produced locally relatively cheaply so why not provide natural products?) - the smart TV in the room wasn’t connected up so we weren’t able to use Netflix etc on the TV. This should be an easy fix.

Stayed here for 6 days Maria,Dino and all the staff were so welcoming and helpful made our stay a delight.Lovely pool and jacuzzi and really close to the site’s in Split and wonderful restaurants .

Very pleasant stay! Friendly staff, super central but still a quite oasis with access to a little but fantastic pool area.

Excellent location and the pool & hot tub were a welcomed change to the beach :) The room was huge, as was was bed - super comfy and relaxing too! A real hidden gem and a must visit when in Split.

Great place to stay within a few minutes from the Diocletian Palace. The rooms are beautiful and modern with all essentials. During the afternoon heat you can relax at the pool and explore the city in the evening. The host and the whole staff were super friendly and very helpful. There is also an excellent restaurant (Šug) within 50m from the apartment which we would chose any day over the restaurants in the Palace.

Amazing location, sweet and accommodating staff, perfect and nice rooms and awesome to have a pool and the jacuzzi! Will stay here next time we come back to split for sure :)

A really nice play stay, ideally located, nice and cosy rooms, with quality equipment, a pool and a jacuzzi, and a very friendly staff!

Fantastic place just a few minutes walk from the old town but super chilled vibe. Loved it!

Clean, convenient and really nice outdoor area with pool. Rose and Dino are great helpful hosts.
