The employees don't know about the products they're selling, and several workers aren't interested in customer service - or the work they do overall. The product quantities online do not match what they have in stock. Products on the shelves messed up and some are already battered. The arrival of products from Zagreb is really slow.

Unfortunately, apart from two very good employees, the service is mostly sluggish and poor. Their webshop doesn't work properly as well. Could use much better management that is in contact with reality, not just fake smiling in some photo from their offices with a tie. I went there to leave thousands of Euros which they didn't want, so I went to Pevex. Much better service. Not great, but much better.

Employs here pretend to be sort of expert but only for their small part of expertise. Very much in their mode to bit the time, customers are not their priority.

the service is disastrous, unfriendly, unprofessional and uncultured! the store is as big as the offer, but there are no employees anywhere to help. it wouldn't be bad if they changed the staff.

I needed hangers and bars for curtains... Online I found a package that included all, 160cm, 30 euro. When I arrive in bauhaus Split, there is no package but all separate parts (that are in the package) are available so i collect all that normally is in the package. I go to the cash register and the bill was 145 euro compared to 90 if I bought 3 packages... I go back and buy some other brands and luckily i can reduce my bill to 125 euro... And funny thing: apparently those packages for 30 euro are available in Zagreb... Really Bauhaus??? What a bad service!!!!!

I love Bauhaus Split. It has every material and tool I need to do work on my boat, or you need for your building, swimming pool or garden. All very well displayed and arranged. The very large building is air conditioned, has a nice enough cafe, clean toilets a huge car park and helpful cheerful staff. What more could you ask of a retail outlet? All at agreeable prices. They also have a pretty well stocked boat chandlery department. Mainly consumables like rope, chain, fenders, lifejackets, polishes, and chemicals. Useful. B & Q could learn from them.

I recently visited Bauhaus Split and wanted to share my experience with you. Overall, I found the store to be underwhelming due to its understaffed nature and relatively high prices compared to same stores in Austria and Germany. Firstly, the shop seemed to be severely understaffed. It was challenging to find someone available to assist with inquiries or provide guidance. Long queues formed at the checkout counters, resulting in frustrating delays for customers. It was evident that the lack of manpower hindered the overall efficiency and customer service experience. Furthermore, I noticed that prices at Bauhaus Split were noticeably higher compared to similar stores in Austria and Germany. While it's expected that prices may vary slightly between regions, the price disparity was significant enough to impact customers' willingness to make purchases. This aspect left me with a sense of dissatisfaction, as I expected more competitive pricing from such a renowned brand. In light of these issues, I would strongly recommend that Bauhaus Split invests in recruiting additional personnel. The store's apparent profitability suggests that they have the means to expand their workforce and provide a better customer experience. Hiring more workers would not only alleviate the strain on the existing staff but also improve efficiency and reduce waiting times for customers. Overall, my experience at Bauhaus Split was marred by the store's understaffing and higher prices compared to its counterparts in Austria and Germany. With some investment in people and a reconsideration of their pricing strategy, I believe Bauhaus Split can enhance its reputation and provide a more satisfying shopping experience for customers.

Good selection of tools, although the prices are a bit too high

If there is one store in the Split area that's got absolutely everything you need, especially when it comes to lights/lamps, furniture and garden supplies, it's Bauhaus!

The associate seemed to be bothered by being asked to come away from his little desk stand to help us. It wasn't even like he was in the middle of doing anything but standing behind it. The store has a good selection of merchandise, though they didn't have what we were looking for, and their customer service is lacking. Hopefully this was an isolated incidence.

Everything you need from garden all the way to construction. The place is massive. They do not only have great quality product so don't buy the first prices.

Really like a Home Depot in USA. Go here to get all your stuff.

The store itself is ordinary, but the staff (administrators) made a mistake in filling out the documentation and then we had problems. When they came with a question how to fix it, they did not help. They spread their hands. The manager also did not help and gave different answers to one question.

We’re renovating a vacation home in Ciovo and near-daily trips to Bauhaus have been a part our improvement projects. The staff has all been extremely helpful especially in light of the fact that we only speak English. We also had a problem with one of the saws we bought and the manager was fantastic at working with us to make sure our project stayed on track. Bauhaus has been awesome!

Very well stocked with items you need for your home and not only. You will not be disappointed. Also very busy, that's why 4stars. In season you will spend some time in line to the cash register so be patient.

Large store with a nice selection of different products. However, it is very difficult to find available employee if you have any questions for them. They seem to be severely understaffed. Also, multiple times I have found a product without a price-tag on it.

👍 Big store offering everything you might need for party decorations, candles, home decor, kitchen utensils etc similar to a Tedi or Tiger. Quality and price is also about the same. I would say great to buy accessories for the apartment, one-time use items for parties, and things like candles, napkins...
