    I moved 2 months ago and have been fighting with Molina every since to get my address updated. Every time I call I get told something different. I’m very frustrated and disgusted with them at this point. I now cannot get a hold of of anyone to determine dental/vision benefits for this year. I am not finding any dental providers in my area. It isn't even clear to me who the covering providers are for dental/vision. I am very dissatisfied and plan on switching when open enrollment comes up again.

    I have had my share of difficulties with insurance and medical transactions. That being said, coming from a medical and insurance background, Molina Healthcare has always done their best to help. They have given me good customer service, helped me to resolve any issues, helped me find quality care providers, and I have had minimal issues with getting my treatments paid for. Any insurance is going to be confusing and can be a hassle. Molina is above par with their dedication, ownership and customer service I have experienced. Molina has a wide network of professionals to choose from so I never have a problem getting the care my daughter and I need, and that is why I keep going back.

    After 4 months of mailing the invoice to the correct address they sent the bill to the old address. On the next bill it showed as late/unpaid. After paying it I tried to call and make sure they had the correct address that they had used before. They couldn't disclose that information! I spent almost 45 minutes from place to place and never was able to confirm the address they'll use so I can pay my bill. Absurd!

    Update (6/3): I can't speak for the regional office specifically, but my experiences with Molina throughout 2023 have been a massive improvement from my previous interactions with them. Original Review (Oct 2022): I've been waiting for 2 months to get a response to my complaint and an assignment to a new case manager - which was supposed to take 3-7 business days. My most recent case manager argued that her bad recommendations were great and the reason I couldn't find a provider was because I had a "bad attitude," not because she was suggesting things like addiction treatment facilities for general psychiatry. Charlatans.

    The ABSOLUTE WORST insurance company on the PLANET! Wont do the surgery on my disabled husband so he can work - told him to get on SSI so the government pays for it. They also BARELY cover my DEAF, AUTISTIC daughters needs - have refused prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies! NO INSURANCE IS BETTER THAN HAVING THIS COMPANY INVOLVED IN YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS.

    Possibly the worst customer service ever, even if you get someone on the phone, they will say they have to transfer you, and then they hang up ion you. Called my insurance broker, and even he couldnt reach them. Tried to log into Mymolina.com butit said my password was expired.I got a new password, but now the site doesnt work. Why am I paying so much money for this???

    Absolutely terrible. I called the back number “member services” for help. The Molina app did not have the ability to find the medical equipment I was prescribed. You get transferred to an outsourced call center that is useless. I can’t believe that my husband and I pay $680 a month for this low quality of insurance.

    If I could give negative stars this would be more accurate, Molina is Thee Worst I have ever come across, They care nothing of the patients or customers, but they can hang up on you multiple times when you try to get through to ask questions.

    I’m newly pregnant and I haven’t even been able to start prenatal care because they have hung up on me everytime I try to cancel my insurance. I don’t even know if my baby is still alive at this point….

    Worst I ever experienced!!! Ordered my over the counter products took way too long to get through! Then they sent me double my order I've been trying to get a hold of them to let them know for over a week now I have spent hours day and night to get a hold of some one only to be hung up after hours on phone!!! I'll be doing research on talking to other seniors my age to see how thair plan is people turning 65 do the research before picking a plan ! GOOD LUCK!!!

    December I changed plans because the one I had no longer was covered and I would have to pay $300 a month if I stayed on that plan. Molina told me I wouldn't have to pay that since I switched then I get a bill online saying I do so I call and get pushed to health finder who tell me I didn't switch in time. so they say they can send in a ticket and have January canceled coverage so I won't have to pay $300 and in Feb my plan that I switched to back in December would take affect well it didn't because molina never took care of the ticket so it wouldn't let me pay for February coverage I call get kicked back to health finder who send in another ticket to get it fixed and again no response from molina now we are 4 months in and I still haven't gotten it fix or heard anything from molina . Molina online says My coverage was terminated.there is extremely bad communication with molina and health finder. when you try to fix stuff with molina directly they send you to health finder . Then molina ignore what health finder sends them. Also molina won't alow me to send messages online anymore so I can't even email them to have some kind of paper trail or a decent response. I will NEVER choose molina again.

    Molina has absolutely NO problem holding your life - dependent medication, until you pay $1300 up front. Until you do, they will not provide your insulin or pump supplies, until you pay. We plan on taking legal action, and already have the paralegal draft in. This is a joke, and I plan on ending it.

    Useless! I needed a diagnosis code for a script I’ve been getting for a year then they didn’t like that code so I need a new one. I guess my asthma can wait over the weekend. I don’t NEED to breathe. And they won’t even let me pay out of pocket. There’s a reason you ppl have 1 star. Your little “sorry” DOES NOT HELP
