Scrumptious, also known as One-eyed Willie, lost an eye to disease last fall. Our vet did his best, and consulted with a specialist in the Tri-Cities, but knew only failure. This past March at the height of lockdown, and my father-in-law being placed on Hospice for lung cancer, her remaining eye began showing signs of disease . I asked our vet to consult with a new specialist, and explain we can't travel, we couldn't leave Dad. Dr. Kaiser was very understanding and agreed to consult. A new plan was developed, but sadly, we saw little improvement. There were extenuating complications, but she held her own until we could travel, and bring her in. Dr. Kaiser and his staff were amazing. Friendly, caring, and attentive, when I had questions they were answered quickly. Scrumptious couldn't groom herself, and she wouldn't let me comb her let one lick her, so she became seriously matted. They even gave her that fancy shave you see. She's on the mend now, and we're hoping that with some excellent follow up care her eye stays stable. Also important, but not the most important thing, her visits and meds actually cost less than at our regular veterinarian office. Also, also they laughed at my jokes so I think they're extra awesome.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I had one veterinarian tell me there was nothing wrong with my dogs eyes I just had to get used to them tearing a lot. We decided to give animal eye clinic a try, they had the proper equipment and they found exactly what’s wrong with my little guys eyes. We are trying an noninvasive approach first but it looks like we might have to have some minor surgery. While I was there I talked to people that had the same surgery and they said that it was working great and they were very happy with the eye clinic.

They are sweet and compassionate. They made me feel heard and they allowed me to have my input without attitude. My only complaint would be that I can't be there for the appointment.

The front desk, the woman with short hair and purple scrubs, is so rude. I’m not sure if she is the same person that answers the phone, I’m pretty sure she is - she was unnecessarily unkind. If the Dr. and the students weren’t so amazingly wonderful, I would’ve walked out and never gone back. I wish she didn’t work there.

I enjoyed being able to talk one on one with Doctor Kaiser, and to discuss the details of my pets surgery, and post-op care. He took time to explain how the procedure went, and his thoughts moving forward, etc. He was very thorough, and using a model of the eye was very helpful to explain details.

Super efficient, friendly and professional - they were very busy but we were seen at our appointment time, the exam and additional testing were thorough and I was given all the time needed to get my questions answered. Options and estimated costs were broken down and explained. I wish we hadn't needed to be there but feel very confident that Cooper is getting the very best care.

The staff and Drs took excellent care of my little Cocker Spaniel with “cherry eye”. Explained everything ahead of time, were extremely polite and caring. Amazing place to bring my dog-baby!

I brought my dog to this specialist when my boys eye sight was going due to complications of diabetes. The doctor ( sorry i forget his name) did an awesome job treating his cataracts and keeping us on track with follow up care. Can't recommend this specialist enough! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the Animal Eye Clinic. The staff was very kind and caring. Dr. Kevin Kaiser took the time to explain Rusty's issues and not rush. I'm so thankful we have these services for our pets.

Dr. Kaiser is simply amazing! He performed eye surgery for cancer on our cat’s eyelid that another vet had previously removed but grew back. Our regular vet at that time wanted to remove the eye ball, but Dr.Kaiser removed the tumor, saved the eye and the tumor never came back. Today we had our dog in to have 3 growths on his eye lids removed, and older dog with other health issues. Dr.Kaiser went above and beyond checking with our vet, a radiologist and lab work before proceeding with surgery. I have the utmost confidence in him and his staff, and have no problems paying for excellent care. You may have to wait to see him, but if you care about your furry family, it is worth the wait and the price. Love them!

I can not say enough positive things about the staff and Dr's at this clinic. They gave us our boy back. He went in blind and came home seeing like a puppy in 24 hours. They got him in quickly, did his surgery and kept us well informed all the way. Thank you so much from Dexter and our family.

We took our cat here. The staff and doctor we very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Our cat ended up needing surgery; the surgery was successful and he had an excellent recovery. We were very pleased with the process from start to finish!

Friendly and caring staff located on a beautiful campus. Once you figure out the parking, it's nice to walk around with you pet while waiting. I've traveled several hours to this clinic for my dog many times and I highly recommend them. 👌

This place has really been impressive!! They are super friendly and do a great job of explaining everything. They can be a little strict on their rules and processes but make up for it with the quality. Highly recommend!

Thank you Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane!!! These people are amazing! I am in the vet field myself and we decided it was time to turn to the professionals and so happy that I did! They treated my cat's rare eye condition and I am shocked, impressed, and full of tears at the result. I was positive she would lose her eye and I was prepared to do whatever surgery they recommended. Even though exhausting, their recipe of medications worked! We're not 100% out of the woods yet but I am so happy and thankful to have my spunky cat back.(she was miserable with her condition) Thank you guys so much! You're amazing and your staff and doctors are so kind and so knowledgeable. -Karli and Saki Maki
